Can't say enough about Dark Star, especially Steve and the installation crew. Our countertop couldn't have turned out any better! Everyone there is friendly, easy to work with and answered any question we had. Steve was super helpful throughout the process and installation guys were on time and efficient. Well done!

Amazing company! Every single person was professional and nice! Steve helped us pick out our quartz. Jimmy came to do the template and 2 weeks later Dillion, Chris and Gabe installed our new countertops! It couldn't have been easier! The installation guys were friendly and very knowledgeable. Not a single detail was missed. I highly recommend Dark Star!

We recently completed a remodeling project for my master and hall bathrooms and we purchased Quartz countertops for each vanity at Dark Star. During our visit to the showroom, we selected two different slabs that were a perfect match for the bathrooms. We worked with Steve D. in the showroom and he was very helpful and informative assisting us in making the best selection of quartz for our remodeling job. There was absolutely no sales pressure and the communication was great throughout the whole process of selecting, purchasing to installation of the countertops. We were also able to make electronic payment for the purchase so we didn't have to drive back in to the showroom after making a final decision on the purchase which was nice. The installation of the quartz was absolutely seamless! A technician arrived a week before installation of the countertops to laser measure where the countertops were to be installed. He (I believe John?) was very professional and explained what he was doing and completed the work in a bout 30 minutes. A week later we received a reminder call from the office the day before the installation date. We then received a call from the installer about 45 minutes before arriving to install the quartz countertops. The installers Gabriel and Chris were top notch, professional and their attention to detail was impeccable! They explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it ahead of time. They completed the work with no issues and they did a great job of cleaning up the job site! The work was impressive and were our extremely satisfied with our beautiful countertops! Definitely a 5 Star experience!

Absolutely recommend this business! The salesman (Steve) was low pressure and very knowledgeable and helpful. The installers did an excellent job with the countertop - they were quick and clean and they called ahead to let me know when they would arrive - very appreciated!! We recently did a full kitchen renovation and came to Dark Star for our counter tops! Our sales guy was Craig and the guy who came out to measure was Josh. Josh really really went above and beyond on everything he did and provided amazing customer service! There was a tiny little issue after install and I called him on his cell phone and he was here within a few hours with the install manager and they fixed it! Craig was nice enough to let us make a few last minutes changes to ensure that we were happy with everything! The only thing we wished that would have gone better is the install guys were not very friendly nor were they respectful to our contractors so that was a little bit of a downfall but it can be overlooked. When we do our bathrooms throughout the house we will definitely be going through Dark Star again! Thanks guys!

Love ❤️ Love ❤️ Love ❤️ my new granite countertops and beautiful sink from Dark Star Marble & Granite. We had a few measuring glitches along the way but the team at Dark Star made it happen & made it right!! I chose Vanilla Ice Granite & they let me pick my slab to get just the right lightness and movement in the stone. I am so happy I finally put my kitchen together & equally happy that Dark Star was who I chose .

I can't say enough good about the service I received from Dark Star. Craig was amazing in his knowledge and help picking out just the right granite for my home. He showed me the differences with the products so that I was able to make an educated choice for my remodel. When the installers arrived they made sure every detail was perfect and without a hitch. Gave me a tutorial on how to care for my product. This was a great expirience!! I would give 10 stars if I could!! Thank you!

Wow, a great experience working with Steve and associates. Dark Star has a great selection to choose from in the showroom. The staff was very patient letting me take my time to select exactly what I wanted. Per their recommendation I did take in one of my cabinet doors so that I could match with the slab and get exactly what I wanted. The gentleman that came out to measure took his time and did an excellent job. He measured our fireplace and a buffet as well as we were adding marble to coordinate with the kitchen countertops. The installation team was FANTASTIC. Thank you guys! They did a great job removing the old countertops and were very careful and thorough installing the countertops, fireplace hearth and surround and the buffet counter top. I couldn't be more pleased. It is beautiful! Thank you Dark Star Marble and Granite!!!
