I hired this company and deeply regret it. They installed damaged cabinets and did not say a word to me. When I sent pictures and said something, they showed up with wood filler and spray paint to "fix" them instead of replacing them. A respectable company would never have installed them to begin with. I went 5 weeks with no kitchen as the cabinets were "delayed". I was told the project would take 2-3 weeks and it would be done before Thanksgiving. It's now the day after and it's still not complete. Michael refuses to take ownership and/or replace them. They left trash in my yard for over a week and never clean up their mess before they leave.

Custom Countertops did a small kitchen for me with some unique features. A few companies didn’t want to quote the job because it was “too small”. Custom Countertops promptly came out, measured and gave me a quote. Scheduling was easy without a long lead time. I was worried since some of what I needed was not the “norm”, it would be missed. But the job was completed just as I requested. Price very fair, with a quality installation.

Very happy with service, quality and price. Definitely would recommend for your countertops. Visited as well one of their Suppliers and viewed rows and rows of actual slabs to choose from. It was well worth the visit. Highly recommend to everyone to do. Sample pieces do not do justice. We chose the Angola Black polished granite. Now to decide on our Backsplash- We had a counter splash with our laminate tops prior but didn't want with these is why you are seeing the wall not painted close to countertop.

The process with Michael and his crew was effortless and they did such a great job! They took accurate measurements at our initial meeting and were directed to go view samples at their warehouse. After we went to their supplier's warehouse to view the samples and choose the one we liked, Michael gave us a quote and then began cutting the quartz to the right size. 1.5 to 2 weeks later, we got our countertops installed in a few hours! Very happy with the end result and can't wait to use our kitchen again!

I have broken cabinets, missing shelves, no hardware and my island is just sitting on the floor and not attached. They left trash in my yard for over a week and never cleaned up their mess before they left. Michael (assumably) walked away from the job a week ago. He will not return my texts, emails, etc. They took my money and disappeared, leaving my kitchen unfinished.

Our counter tops were installed a year ago! They cracked by the sink the day they installed them but they filled it in and said it would be okay! We now have 2 huge cracks going down the counter tops above the dishwasher since they did not add support they came out and filed it, since then they have gotten worse they are turning black and yellow ! And they will not return our calls or text messages! Very unhappy after spending $5000 to get an amazing new look! And now it is shot to hell!
