We used Crossroads Granite to install kitchen counter tops, farmhouse sink, and back splash. They were helpful in helping us find the colors we wanted and allowed us to tour the warehouse to see all the options. They were always pleasant to work with, answered questions, offered their input too. As with any project, we ran into additional questions as the project got started and they were able to address our concerns along the way. The crews were nice people and hard workers, some did not have strong English speaking skills sometimes but we were able to get through the language challenges. As another reviewer commented, the advance notice of showing up was a bit short to what I would have liked, but we were always able to work with them on that and they were always accommodating with us too. The end result was that I had a happy wife with the make-over and remodel, it really did turn out well IMO. All-in-all, I'd give them another chance to do a project at our house and I say it's worth getting a quote to see what you think as well.

I own a landscape and outdoor living design build company. We use Crossroads Granite for nearly all of our outdoor granite projects. We've worked with Jeremy for around 3 years now and he is great to work with, timely with estimates, quick to respond to requests and always willing to help our clients make decisions. Just remodeled our kitchen at our home in Claremore, including new granite from the wonderful folks at Crossroads. I can’t compliment Jeremy and Carla enough for their professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process. Pricing was very competitive but more important to us, their service can’t be beat. Jeremy helped us select a beautiful high quality product while still staying on budget. Carla also went out of her way to actually chalk mark areas of the slabs we selected for use at specific countertop and island locations. Instal crew was also very knowledgeable and job and cleanup was very well done. Outstanding!!

We had several personal issues during our remodel and had to keep rescheduling. Jeremy took such good care of us and was so very patient with all the things we had happening. The end product was well worth the wait!! Installation was quick and the guys cleaned up after they finished. Don't waste your money by going anywhere else

We got Jeremy's name from my nephew who builds houses and he knew I was looking to get granite done and he tells me, Uncle, your wasting your time, call Jeremy. So I did. From the very beginning Jeremy explained the entire process, helped us find the right granite at the right price, coordinate everything, sent his guys to make templates, and came and installed on 8-14-23. All I can say is AMAZING!! Communication was top notch, He happily answered all my dumb questions, communicated and navigated everything perfectly, all appointments were very prompt, every little detail documented and executed perfectly, and his crew that came for the templates and install were truly some of the nicest, hardest working, accommodating and professional guys I've ever seen. And the end product was gorgeous and PERFECT! I can't stress this enough.... if you're looking around for countertops, STOP ✋️, You've found the right place with the right guys here at Crossroads. For something as important as countertops are for a home, you can rest easy knowing that it gets done right, right here. That assurance is priceless. I'm not impressed very easily, but I was REALLY IMPRESSED and VERY HAPPY with my granite and the entire experience with Jeremy and the gang. Just call him. You've found the right place, hands down. I worked with Carla and the Crossroads Granite team just a few weeks ago. Carla was an absolutely delight to work with, answered all my questions (I had a LOT of questions), and talked me through the whole process. She even stopped by my house during the installation to check on the progress and to see if I had any additional questions. The team that came to work on my kitchen was on time, and kept me informed at each step of the process, and now my kitchen looks amazing.Great customer service and great results.

Casey, Carla, and Jeremy are the best of the best. I had my kitchen remodeled in our old house. It was fantastic. We just had our kitchen remodeled in our new house. It is so beautiful. We are about to remodel our master bath and then our guest bath. Crossroads granite is the place to go. They go above and beyond with every step of the process. It can be overwhelming and Casey makes it go smoothly.

Thank you Jeremy and Carla and your team! My kitchen remodel and hall bath are beautiful. I couldn't be more pleased with the team that entered my home last week for a kitchen and hall bath remodel. Friendly, pleasant, reassuring and professional. They covered my floors with canvas, covered my appliances with plastic to protect from the dust and worked hard to complete the job in a timely manner. They cleaned after the tile and granite tear out, and cleaned again shaking out the canvas, before the install of the counter-tops. They answered all my questions and reduced my stress level with a smile and "no worries". The dry wall went in the 2nd day, again, cleaning and protecting my house. The tile went in the 3rd day and the professional that put the tile in worked meticulously to perfection in getting it done. I happened to see their company as I was going to look at stones early on. After seeing the consideration they gave to people in the shop also looking, I asked Jeremy to come to the house for my 3rd measurement and quote and ended up choosing this fabulous team. Carla was wonderful to send quotes as I was checking out stones. Jeremy answered every question (and I had many not being familiar with all of this). Jeremy was also very professional and patient as I took some time choosing my stone for counter-tops knowing I would live with it for a long time. I highly recommend Crossroads Stone and will use them again in a heartbeat!
