I am just so impressed with this company and cannot express my gratitude enough. This company provides FANTASTIC customer service and great quality workmanship. From Marta and Yahssel in the front office, and Guillermo and Don who manufactured and installed, all were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, caring and top-notch people all around. The crew installed my new quartz counter top some time ago and since then I had them come back and replace my sink (my choice, no problem with the install). I then had Guillermo come back and do our tile back splash and he incorporated some one of a kind tiles we saved from the original kitchen. Everything they have done has been above and beyond. We will be calling them when we need more done.

We highly recommend Creative Quartz and Granite. I've been waiting to post my review hoping to have some photos to post as well but kitchen cabinets arrived with the wrong stain so I'll hopefully come back and post pictures. They do such a great job. We had a couple of small issues that were taken care of right away. No company is perfect but when they aren't it's what they do to make it right. Excellent work and will use again for our kitchen island. Mamo also fabricated a custom platform for the toilet from a template we made and it worked great. If you're thinking about using this company, don't hesitate - great price, great work and great service!

Absolutely 5+ stars. Very fast, the best value (thousands less than some weirdly expensive places that are 3-4 weeks out for install), very efficient communication. I got a quote within 20 minutes of my selection (other places took 5 days, not sure why it takes so long to put in dimensions into the program and give you an estimate). Then, it took 1 day from my request for the guys to come in and do a template and now a week later the countertops are in! You know that every minute counts without a kitchen, so they understand and respect that. Now, pictures are louder than words, look at the countertops and the guys who did a great job putting them in!

Great people, Quality products, and good prices. Would definitely use it again, and look forward to working with them on future projects! Their prices are reasonable and the work was done swiftly in one day. We recently did a complete kitchen remodel and purchased our quartz from Creative Granite & Quartz. I cannot stress the amazing quality, excellent customer service, and price we received. The finished look exceeded our expectations and to this day I’m so happy that we went with them! Highly recommend them for any of your home projects. Adan was AWESOME! Top-notch service and I will definitely be using Adan and his team again. Creative Granite is a family run business and was very good to work with. Adan's excellent customer service made it an easy decision when deciding who I would use to do my kitchen updates. Guillermo, the owner, was the icing on the cake though. He is extremely talented and very easy to work with. The boys came in and demoed all kitchen counters, two vanities and powder room. They replaced all with a beautiful leathered granite called Blue Dunes mountain thunder. I couldn't be happier. Everyone, Guillermo, Adan, Yahssel and the other guys who helped were excellent.

I just want to say that Creative Granite and Quartz did the most amazing job in my kitchen. Both Yahsell and Marta in the main office were so helpful and patient with all my requests and questions. Guillermo, Jesse and Adan were very professional with the installation. They updated me throughout the process and made sure everything is how I wanted it, also gave me suggestions when I wasn’t sure. They were quick and efficient with the installation and clean up. There are a lot of varieties of countertop and backsplash products available to choose from at Creative Granite and Quartz. I would recommend them for all your countertop and backsplash installation. We ran into an issue with one of the pieces and they replaced it. They also have a great showroom and stone yard. I highly recommend them for your stone countertops.

We purchased a new home that needed updating and required some renovations, and we wanted to stay within a certain budget. Our real estate agent recommended Creative Granite & Quartz. After visiting their shop and viewing the slabs and getting estimates with very reasonable and competitive prices, we decided to use them. Everyone at their shop was friendly and knowledgeable and worked with us to get the right materials for the look we wanted and to stay within our budget. They did our bathroom countertops, a laundry room sink top, and also the kitchen cabinet and island countertops. They did such a fantastic job on all countertops, we also hired them to install the tile around our fireplace and kitchen backsplash. I will post another review soon for tile work along with the images of the kitchen countertops when the work is finished. We really liked that the owner worked with us on ideas that gave our kitchen island some contrast to the other kitchen countertops. He also made sure that the supports underneath the slab of the kitchen island was adequate. So on top of great prices, know-how, and excellent work done in a timely manner, we also got some style/design advice. We couldn't be happier with everything they've done. Stellar company, and we hope to work with them again in the future.

Wow! I really needed to update the kitchen in my new-to-us older home. Kris made it so easy! He came over and really LISTENED to what I was dreaming about and made recommendations that fit my needs and not just the sale. This was our first big project and he made it so easy. Overall, I'm happy with the new counters & backsplash. Its just beautiful. Everyone was very friendly. I want to mention a few things this 1st timer experienced. Demo- if you are removing old counters & backsplash, be prepared for some slight repairs & touch-ups on cabinets and / or trim. Also, they do not remove your existing faucet, garbage disposal, oven vent etc. Nothing plumbing or electrical. If you add tile on a wall where there previously was none, expect to need longer machine screws to put the outlets back. If they don't notch out the tile for the plate covers they will not be as flush. We found both of these things out the next day while trying to put the outlets back in & covers on. If using your existing sink, the sink clips may not fit with new counter. We had to remove sink & caulk under. I hope this gives some insight for others as we had no clue of the process going in.

I have experienced better. I have two fairly serious complaints. 1. Communication and attention to customer needs seem to be lacking. In my original quote from the owner Kris I decided on one larger square sink for one bathroom and two smaller ovals for the other because of its small size. When the countertops arrived they were all the larger square sinks which left me with almost no countertop space in the master bathroom. Nothing I could really do about it at this point in time since I was on a strict schedule to get these two bathrooms done. 2. In the area of workmanship I have seen better as well. I will say they were quick. Installed two countertops and 3 sinks in less than two hours. They did fail to add any caulk or sealant to the countertop-cabinet junction which they said they would. They did drill the faucet holes after the countertops and sinks were installed in the house. This was never done on my previous installations so I wasn't aware of the danger that almost sent me to the urgent care clinic to flush quartz dust out of my eye, but luckily my glasses caught a couple of "splashes" of dust that they didn't clean from the inside ledge of the sinks. It fell right on my face when looking up from inside the cabinet to install the faucets. Note: always insist that these holes are drilled before the slab enters your house. I should have known better and been suspect when I called their office and offered to drop off the faucets and they said they didn't need them. A secondary problem with this was a dirty countertop with the fine white dust which they ended up caulking right over when they caulked the backsplash to the countertop, leaving a rough feeling caulking job and a countertop that was not clean. All in all, not a good experience.
