I am just so impressed with this company and cannot express my gratitude enough. This company provides FANTASTIC customer service and great quality workmanship. From Marta and Yahssel in the front office, and Guillermo and Don who manufactured and installed, all were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, caring and top-notch people all around. They installed our granite in our kitchen and it is beautiful! I highly recommend this locally owned company. You will not regret it.

Absolutely 5+ stars. Very fast, the best value (thousands less than some weirdly expensive places that are 3-4 weeks out for install), very efficient communication. I got a quote within 20 minutes of my selection (other places took 5 days, not sure why it takes so long to put in dimensions into the program and give you an estimate). Then, it took 1 day from my request for the guys to come in and do a template and now a week later the countertops are in! You know that every minute counts without a kitchen, so they understand and respect that. Now, pictures are louder than words, look at the countertops and the guys who did a great job putting them in!

Great people, Quality products, and good prices. Would definitely use it again, and look forward to working with them on future projects! Their prices are reasonable and the work was done swiftly in one day. We recently did a complete kitchen remodel and purchased our quartz from Creative Granite & Quartz. I cannot stress the amazing quality, excellent customer service, and price we received. The finished look exceeded our expectations and to this day I’m so happy that we went with them! Creative Granite and Quartz did a fantastic job, start to finish, with our new kitchen countertops. From the front office crew (Rachael and Yahssel) assisting with product selection, scheduling and calls, to Memo and his top notch installation team, I could not have asked for a better experience. Creative Granite is a family run business and was very good to work with. Adan's excellent customer service made it an easy decision when deciding who I would use to do my kitchen updates. Guillermo, the owner, was the icing on the cake though. He is extremely talented and very easy to work with. The boys came in and demoed all kitchen counters, two vanities and powder room. They replaced all with a beautiful leathered granite called Blue Dunes mountain thunder. I couldn't be happier. Everyone, Guillermo, Adan, Yahssel and the other guys who helped were excellent.

It was an amazing service from start to finish. Creative has the best customer service that I have ever experienced. Guillermo was very friendly, showed up on time, and worked nonstop. Definitely will be using them again in the future for any countertop needs.

I just want to say that Creative Granite and Quartz did the most amazing job in my kitchen. Both Yahsell and Marta in the main office were so helpful and patient with all my requests and questions. Guillermo, Jesse and Adan were very professional with the installation. They updated me throughout the process and made sure everything is how I wanted it, also gave me suggestions when I wasn’t sure. They were quick and efficient with the installation and clean up. There are a lot of varieties of countertop and backsplash products available to choose from at Creative Granite and Quartz. I would recommend them for all your countertop and backsplash installation. Great family owned business. They were extremely pleasant to work with. When it came time to install the quartz countertop in my kitchen, they worked on a quick turn around so I wasn’t out off commission long. They did an excellent job!

We had new quartz countertops installed in January 2020. They did a good job on the installation but their communication was awful. It took 6 days for it to be completed because they forgot to order and consider our 2nd sink that we repeatedly reminded them of. It wouldnt of been so bad but they didn't communicate with us about what was going on without our hounding. Now 6 months later we noticed a chip in our counter. we contacted them sent a picture and asked for an estimate on the cost. It took 6 days to get an answer. We were told there would be no charge. When they came out to fix it they charged $200.00. Need I say anymore about their communication? Won't use them again. Very frustrating company to work with.
