CC crew was working on the house next door and rather than parking the truck in front of that house, they parked in front of mine which isn’t a problem if it also wasn’t in partly in front of my driveway. I could get out but that’s not the point when there was plenty of street parking available. I told them about it and a guy comes out to move it. Not only no apology but a stare down. Called the office to let them know the disrespectful people they have representing the company.

Excellent service, 7 years ago they did my granite countertops in Kenilworth and they look just like they did back then. I shoped around and his price which included the sink was unbeatable. I wont go anywhere else for granite. This is your place, trust me. Thank you again Orlando!

They set appointment times that they can’t keep , them tell you they will come later , then never show , then apologizes for it say they are coming then next day first then and still failed to show .. there operation is not professional at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

They are a 7 star company. Measuring guy came before time. Installers came on time and on the day it was promised. Installers went above and beyond - did things that were not part of their job. Back office woman was prompt, polite, pleasant and truthful in her communication. Then they surprised us with a gift. Made a tabletop out of left over granite. Highly recommended, of course.

Service is very poor. I paid for dismantle of old countertop and Installation. The installation guys dumped the old countertop and sync in the community dumpsters for which I paid $150 fine. Un professional behavior. NEVER RECOMMEND

A+++ Had a gentleman over today to measure what size countertop we needed. Not only was he quick, and professional, he seen me trying to fix a piece of molding that my contractor broke off. He stopped what he was doing, and helped me fix it. Great service, great prices, highly recommend!

I called to set up an appointment to have a hole drilled in my granite countertop for a new faucet. The gentleman on the phone was very professional and I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly for early the following week. The person who came out was also professional and arrived earlier than expected. He was quick and thorough and did the work that had been agreed upon promptly, carefully, and without incident. Would definitely recommend their services.

GREAT COMPANY! We had Creative Countertops install our SoapStone and Quartz in our kitchen. We also asked for them to make a soapstone saddle for our shower, a 1/2 bath sink countertop, a shaving shelf for the shower and 2 small sheves for our shower/tub. Candace, the owner, was super bubbly, energetic, personable and helpful. She painstakingly helped me mark off the template. Her Husband Orlando was very accommodating. Their prices were reasonable and market-competitive. They came highly recommended from our stone vendor. Their installers were prompt, professional.

STONED! Creative coutnter tops are the best in the business. They were my first stop to making my kitchen awesome. They addressed all my needs and made suggestions to make my kitchen flow and look its best. I was set on a certain stone ive seen and they recommended a better choice at a better price. After no luck with other fabricators I am so glad we followed our instinct and went with Creative Countertops. Frank was very informative and welcoming on our visit to the showroom-answered all our questions and showed us many samples. We ended up changing our original selection to a suggested material he presented that day. Because of his attentiveness that initial visit we decided to hire CC. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they could improve communications with their customers by returning phone calls and emails more promptly --i almost always had to follow up with numerous calls and messages. But overall from our showroom visit, to templating, then installation CC were nice people, quality service, and fair prices.

The worst people to deal with. 3pm appointment for the template and they showed up at 7pm that evening with not even a call to let me know they running late. 14 days later still no slab and/or no apology. Needless to say, i went with someone else and was installed within 3 days. Please do your research before using these people.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! My countertops were incorrectly templated (leaving only 1/16" of an inch space at the wall making it difficult to be installed), the installer didn't even think he could get the item in and then made me wait for hours before they actually installed our countertops. They scratched my floor, did not listen to me when I told them not to move some cabinets before putting the countertops on, and they didn't instal a dishwasher bar underneath the countertops so I could connect my dishwasher to the countertops after telling me they would do that. I am VERY disappointed and they will not respond to emails asking them to install the dishwasher bar. I will say that I did deduct $125 from my bill as I had to have part of my brand new floor replaced because of their negligence in deeply scratching my floor. Buyer beware, shop down the street or anywhere else.
