From the first phone call, to the final install, everything was perfect. Christine was able to get us in quickly to look at stone and was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. The install was smooth and final product looks great. Highly recommend!

What a joy to work with….from start to finish! If I knew it was this pleasant experience I would have replaced my countertops long ago. Customer service and attention to detail were exemplary. Each stage of the process, employees were respectful and knowledgeable in addition to ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. I loved the kitchen counters and powder room so much that I went back to have them do my upstairs bathrooms which I hadn’t planned on doing. I highly recommend Creative Countertop Solutions!

Creative Countertop Solutions was amazing! We called them with a budget and tight timeline. From sales (Bailey) to estimate (Lorie) to the guy who measures (Timothy) to the installation crew we received five-star service. They were patient, pleasant, professional, and they communicated the entire way. We will use Creative Countertop Solutions again and again!

It's easy to give 5 stars when everything goes perfectly. What speaks louder is when it doesn't go perfectly and you can still give 5 stars. Murphy's Law=something had to go wrong...but CCS went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and the end result was up to their high standards. Everything looks beautiful and perfect!
