A large selection of counter tops from granite to quarts and beyond. The selection of cabinetry is very large, and the construction of the pieces ate better than I've seen in quite some time. Recently went with Creative Concepts for a new quartz countertop in my kitchen. I could not be more thrilled with this decision! Beth was so helpful in the showroom, and Danny, who came to measure, was very professional and communicative. Install went very smoothly. Project design and discussion started well with good intentions. Overall installation, remodeling and follow-up management provided by Creative Concepts, in my professional opinion; poor and lacking for customer satisfaction. Discussion with company yielded results in essentially "that is the way it is and we cannot do anything about it" was the tone of the granite installation part of this project. After expressing my concerns, it appeared that this company did not want to hear my dissatisfaction or be held to task and apparently my tone to them prompted to totally vacate the job even after stating on the day of this discussion of the granite installation, that they would continue from here and, the following day called and said they could not work with us.
