Working with Countertops & More was an absolute delight. From the moment I walked into their showroom, I knew I was in good hands. The staff was attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to understand my vision. They provided valuable suggestions and helped me find the perfect countertop that both matched my style and fit within my budget.

We were satisfied when we paid half down on the installation of granite countertops in our kitchen. But it's been over two weeks and so far, no one has shown up to take the measurements for the size of the countertops which was guaranteed to be installed within 18 days!!! You probably should have just dropped the subject. It should be telling that it took 8 months to reply to a post about the length of time to respond to our purchase!

Worst place to buy granite cut the sink too small must’ve dropped. It cracked in two spots refused to fix it never came to caulk or seal.

I am a contractor and have worked with countertops and more, on more than one occasion. Their sales team is fine. Unfortunately on more than one job now I have had issues with their installers from cutting the wrong sinks into countertops and now making 5 separate appointments with no call and no show . This is to cut 2 holes in the countertop that they were paid for. Wasting my time waiting for their appointment window,not only upsetting me but also my clients. I understand how busy companies are in season as I have a company of my own , a no show no call 5 times is unacceptable. I have also asked to speak with a manager with absolutely no answer or promised call back . I am not one give a bad review but this level of unprofessional reaches new heights with me .

I had an exceptional experience working with Countertops & More. From start to finish, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. They took the time to explain the different countertop options available and helped me make an informed decision. The installation process was efficient and the crew paid great attention to detail.

Gabriel was really easy to work with and did an excellent job of communicating. We truly love our countertops and we're happy with the price we got them at. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was due to the countertops arriving 2 days later than expected and the installation coming over an hour past the time window we were given.

The prices were reasonable and their timing and follow up to make sure we were completely satisfied customers was absolutely outstanding!
