What can I say? I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude to Pete and his team for the great transformation to our kitchen. From the first day, Pete understood what we wanted and went above and beyond through every step of the remodeling process. The crew were always on time and ready to work. I could always ask questions and they'll have the answers for it. I will definitely recommend this company for any renovation and it will be on the top of the list for future changes to my home . I can't say enough good things about the people at Countertops and Cabinets who worked with me on my kitchen. And on top of that, they gave me a really beautiful new kitchen! My project was not typical in that it was in a 200-year-old house, and we needed to gut the room to start from scratch. They even repaired the rotted subfloor and joists. They were friendly, easy to be around and were very professional and knowledgeable about all-things construction! Communication was good and they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the results. I strongly recommend them without reservation!

We are so happy with our new kitchen & everything Nick & Illona did for us. They helped with the design process - coming out to our house, creating and printing CAD drawings, being patient as we tweaked it all. The installation was quick and productive! All the cabinets were installed in 3 days! We did have a few doors that had to be re- ordered but it was no hassle! We love our gray quartz countertops ! The process & knowledge Nick showed as he measured & designed the new island was so impressive!! They even tried to help us sell our old cabinets! We couldn’t be happier !

Hands down the very best in the business. In a pinch CM’s team had a massive commercial countertop measured to perfection, cut, delivered and installed in astronomically record time after someone else flaked. I’ve never seen such perfect seams on large slabs, or perfect cuts (or a beautiful unique stone). I cannot recommend these guys enough for anyone who needs countertops.

I had a large kitchen countertop and two vanity tops done - all with new sinks and I love all of it. These folks are pleasant, easy to work with, skilled, neat, prompt and reasonably priced — just couldn’t be happier. Disregard the finish work shown in the photos that I still have to do. Update: Backsplash finally done. Beautifully installed by Giuseppe’s Remodeling. I am so happy with my kitchen !!!

We did a kitchen and an entire first floor remodel. We were extremely pleased with all of the work that was done. The staff was friendly, efficient, and organized. They also made many great design suggestions that turned our outdated space into a modern living space that we are proud to have. Pete and Shawn were easy to work with and took great pride in making sure everything was perfect and to our satisfaction. We have received many compliments on the work that was done. We will definitely use them again to renovate our second floor.

My wife and I have done 3 different solid surface kitchens with them. A true American business with the personal touch. Everyone I have worked with there I am very comfortable leaving the house completely open and they will lock up as the finish for the day. Nick, is great every time I have talked with him, providing experience and professional feed back when designing kitchens and color schemes. This is especially when my wife and I don’t agree. Ilona, is very professional and transparent when she picks up the phone. She puts a smile on my face when I call or stop it. I would say best small business in Syracuse.

The minute I walked in to the store I felt like I was listened to and respected. They gave me good advice and took time showing me the product. My contractor installed the vanity, the countertop and sink were installed in a timely and efficient manner by Countertops and Cabinets.
