I'd give them six stars. Excellent service quality work enough said. Travis the owner will personally cater to your needs in most cases and make sure you are happy you don't get that in a lot of stores.

I highly recommend Countertop Specialties. I'm a kitchen sales designer and every customer we've used CSI for has been more than pleased. They're knowledgeable, on time, stick to the schedule, and fair with pricing. They can get several quartz brands, a couple of which I couldn't find elsewhere. Chelsea is such a huge help. They have a good selection of stone on property too, with by-the-sf options which is nice if you're on a budget.

Great experience and beautiful work. The quality of edges and seams is amazing. I have a waterfall edge at the tub and the seam is virtually invisible. It looks like one block of stone, which is exactly what I wanted. I also had some special requests, and they were very accommodating.

From the customer service reps on the phone to the gentleman that came to measure, to the installers... A+ service. I was so worried about the seams. They did an amazing job. Would 100% recommend.

This is a company that will remove your old countertop and then not be responsible for how the new countertop is installed. They left a 1/4" gap between base and countertop, then told me I needed a carpenter. It pretty much comes down to, we will rip it out and never accept responsibility. I strongly recommend this company, if you want half-ass work. Truly an unprofessional organization.

Built my home in Forest Ridge. So happy with my granite they installed for me. Still looks amazing.
