I am happy in general about the installation however, to ensure that customers are super pleased and happy with their install, I think that the person who take the measurement should ask the customer how much they want the countertops to hang over the cabinet. Because of this I wasn't all the way happy about my countertops. After they install, I could see certain areas (imperfection) of my cabinet that I was not able to see before with my previous countertops.

Really pleased with the quick work and professionalism of this company. They took the time to explain the options and styles we were looking for that fit our budget. To top it off, Matthew and Dalton went the extra mile during installation. They were extremely professional, they took the time to make sure the job was done correctly and that I was happy. They even cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company.

I can’t in good conscience recommend this company. I had a specialized application that I pointed out several times and their staff made little effort to understand the specifics of my project. They disregarded me when I asked questions. And while I made the finished product work, and the granite itself is absolutely beautiful, it’s not all it should be. Plus the granite itself has small nicks and bumps on the cuts that could have been corrected with just a little more effort. And they failed to properly install the sinks, requiring me to add silicone myself. However, if you have a very simple layout with no special features, they will likely work just fine for you.

Well the last of the installation crew just finished and I have to say the experience with this business was amazing. They were very patient with me from beginning to finish. I was back and forth trying to make up my mind on my countertops and Jay was just as nice every time I changed my mind. I checked reviews and got a few quotes and they were by far the best. The installation crew was amazing and I couldn’t ask for nicer young men. I will definitely tell anyone that they have a huge inventory, best price, best customer service and an awesome installation crew.

Went to look at countertops and was met with friendly sales person. They were very helpful showing and explaining what they had available. They have a real nice selection to pick from but was not sure exactly what I wanted. Told us to look online to see what else was available and came back another time after looking at what was available online. We saw something online we liked but they did not have it in stock so they suggested for us to go to the the warehouse in Atlanta to look. We went and took a close up look of the piece of interest. They arranged for it to be sent to their shop and called us after it came in to view it. Love it and now waiting for it to be prepared to be installed. So helpful and patient with me while I was making up our mind.

When we decided to change our granite countertops with quartz, we contacted several companies for quotes. We went Countertop Solutions and couldn't be more pleased. We worked with Jay on this project and he was outstanding. My wife was interested in a piece of quartz but it was destined for another project. Jay called his supplier to see if they could get their hands on the same type of quartz. He let us know that the supplier could not but offered us some other options from his supplier. As it turned out, the quartz my wife wanted, became available for us. Their quote for the quartz for out kitchen island, back counters and master and guest bath was extremely reasonable and beat out the other quotes easily. Coordination with Jay and the entire Countertop Solutions team was outstanding. We highly recommend them for your countertop needs. You won't be disappointed at the quality, service and price.
