Working with Eric and Wayne on our kitchen remodel could not have gone any better. They did our quartz countertops and came in on time and on budget. Their pricing was competitive (not the cheapest or most expensive, we got 5 quotes) but their customer service and attention to detail far surpassed expectations. After dealing with delays and poor communication from the other trades working on our project, Counter Culture was a breath of fresh air. They actually answer their phones (and texts), return calls promptly, show up on time, set up showroom appointments, have patience when you start to second guess the slab you chose, and fabricate and install quickly. Everything about our experience with Counter Culture has been amazing. Jess was able to listen to our vision and find the perfect pattern for our bathroom redo. Wayne's attention to detail is unlike anything we have ever seen. Not only does he do great work, he is also amazingly neat.
