BEST EXPERIENCE! We went to a bunch of other countertop places and were feeling disheartened by how expensive and “blah” everything was. We walked into Coastal thinking it would be the same experience—boy were we wrong! We were greeted by an adorable standard poodle and a super helpful woman named Vanessa. She took us out to look at their slabs and my bf and I IMMEDIATELY saw two we liked. We chatted a bit and gave Vanessa our countertop measurements. She got back to us within 24 hours with estimates and we were SOLD! (And blown away by the FANTASTIC price!) It was quick, efficient, and painless. I wish we would have stopped here first! We should get our new countertops in 5 weeks! We can’t wait! Highly recommend.

Phenomenal customer service and craftsmanship. Quoted the same exact quartz countertops at several locations and CC was not only the least expensive, but their professionalism and knowledge of the trade was unmatched. After the countertops were installed, we went back for our hearth and again, we were impressed. We'll be back for bathroom countertops soon!

Keith and his team at coastal took excellent care of us during our bathroom remodel. We loved the attention to detail, excellent service, and pride in what they do. Excellent experience working with Coastal team, from the initial proposal, all the way thru completion. We really enjoyed working with their installers. Coastal's desire to put the quality and success of the install as the number one priority was apparent, and they were very communicative, and made sure we were in the loop and pleased with everything before leaving. They are very flexible, attentive to our needs and style preferences with competitive costs that meet our budget. They also deliver/install on time, if not sooner! We just had quartz countertops installed by Coastal Countertops of Virginia Beach. The entire process was totally stress free. It was a pleasure working with Vanessa, Keith, the fabricator and installers. Everyone was professional and customer oriented. Vanessa handled all the paperwork and communication. Keith did all the measurements. The fabricator did and outstanding machining the tops. The installers did an outstanding job installing the countertops. They did high quality, professional and clean work. The countertops are perfect. With all this great stuff said there in more. Their pricing was extremely competitive. This local family owned business was very personal, caring and provided excellent quality service. Each and everyone I dealt with including the owner Keith provided kind courteous service thought the whole process. I will recommend them to anyone in need of granite.

I never ended up doing business with this company as the office personnel talked me out of it. As someone who's been in the construction business most of my life I would be extremely upset if I found out that a secretary was costing me business. I met the owner, who was nice, but couldn't provide me with an estimate at that time. I'm not sure why as everyone else I talked to did provide one on the spot. Anyway, after a few days go by I called the office to enquire about it and was told that I will get it shortly. That was Friday. On Monday I still hadn't got it so I sent an Email request. I'm thinking they must be so busy that they didn't care about my job. It was 60 sq feet of countertop. Well, the response I got back was not only rude but she decided to tack on an extra $1500 to the estimate with a snide remark about really looking forward to doing business with me. Needless to say I went with another company and was very happy about it.
