Beware. Serious installation issue on quartzite kitchen countertops. Could not be remediated and have to replace the countetrips. They tried to help, but ultimately they did not stand behind their work. $30,000.

Coast 2 Coast Countertops is so good, that after installing my kitchen countertops, I asked them back to install a bathroom countertop. Jason and Jose can fabricate anything from Corian to marble, and even their ogee bevel looks seamless. Their workmanship is extremely precise and detail-oriented, and yet their prices are competitive. David even stayed and sealed the vanity countertop, so the plumber’s chemicals wouldn’t stain it. Jessica was prompt in returning calls and seeing the process through to completion. I would bring them back in a minute, their craftsmanship is so good!

We had two major events (septic backup 2 days later water backup thru the whole house) and we were having trouble getting the renovation done due to initial company being busy. Coast to Coast was recommended and they were out the next day to evaluate what needed to be done. They started two days later. Louis M. was the guy in charge and the work was done quickly. When we had a question he'd respond usually that day. The work done in the house is great. Great company and thank you to Louis!

Just had my kitchen and bar countertops redone in quartz by Coast 2 Coast. From the beginning to the end of the process Jessica, Shilo, Jason, and the crew that put the countertops in were fantastic and patient with my many questions. I had a lot of countertop space but they did the job quickly. Additionally, the angles in my kitchen and bar were tricky, but they handled them beautifully. The countertops look fantastic, and it was a pleasure to work with everyone. Highly, highly recommend.

Coast to coast Jason and Jessica saved our kitchen nightmare. It all started with a Tile & Marble company on Rancheros drive in San Marcos. After a year of head aches in which we we had to get our attorney involved to resolve. We found Jason and Jessica, the owners of Coast to Coast. They showed us how this should have been done. Jason met us at the granite supplier with the templates he had made of our kitchen. He put them on various slabs until we found just the right slab with just the right pattern. The actual installation took less than a day, they did an outstanding job and left our kitchen as clean as if nothing happened. They are proud of there work and the finish product shows that. We highly recommend them, so don't hesitate to call them. Thank you Jason and Jessica we love our kitchen.

We moved into our home in July of last year and began creating a list of: must do, want to do and nice to do. It took us a few months to realize that the high quality, beautifully installed granite counters throughout the kitchen were such a terrible color...we escalated counter tops to a "must do." We put a ton of weight in consumer reviews (genuine ones) and take the time to vet service providers/sources before handing over our money - especially when it's a larger purchase. Cutting to the chase...I am so thrilled that we found Coast 2 Coast. They were extremely responsive, prompt in scheduling, very professional and friendly, and they did an amazing job on our new Silestone counter tops. The quality of the counters matched the quality of the install - both excellent. Pricing was very reasonable, especially given the outcome. I would highly recommend these fine folks. You will not regret it.

Finally remolded my kitchen. Did mist of it my self, but for the Granite counter tops I wanted to leave them to a professional. I got a lot of quotes and asked around alot before finally finding Coast to Coast. These guys are awesome, true professionals. They gave me a very competitive quote and charged me exactly what they said they would. No change orders, no messing around. After signing the contract they came over on time and made a mold of my whole kitchen, so they could cut the granite to exact measurements to fit my home perfectly, even if a wall or two was out of square. After the template was made, they came back on scheduled day within 15 minutes of instal time, no four hour window to wait around. In just a few hours they had my counters perfectly installed and left my kitchen cleaner then when they arrived. Five stars four this mom and pop master counter top company.

Coast 2 Coast did a marvelous job on our kitchen & vanity countertops! Prior to contacting C2C; I went on Yelp and read every single review. I wasn't sure if the reviews were accurately stated ( too good to be true). Well, I must say they were! Jason, David and rest of the team were true skilled professional! They worked well together, thus made the work process seamless. What impresses me most is their organization skill, and they clean up after each segment. Since we chose not to use a general contractor for our remodel I've encountered many subcontractors over the last couple months. I wish all of them were as fantastic as Coast 2 Coast. From my first phone call... Jessica was knowledge about their product, process, pricing, and potential schedule. After I supplied rough measurements and edge detail I had pricing in writing within 24 hours, and new counter tops within 7 days of when they received the material. They were honest, on-time, professional, and employ skilled fabricators and installers. They left the kitchen cleaner than when they arrived... even thought there was other construction going on in the area... most subs use this as an excuse to leave a mess. All of this and their prices were within $100 of the other estimates we received. I will happily be pointing my friends and family in their direction!

I used coast 2 coast To put in granite counter tops this past week. They did a fantastic job! From start to finish the whole team was great, responsive, and efficient. Jessica worked with scheduling and quotes- always responded promptly and was a pleasure. Dave (I think that was his name) did the measurements and gave good input on how backsplash should be placed. Jason is the owner- really good guy to talk to and came out for the install. My wife was there when they did the install, and he even gave advice on what type of faucet to get. They came with a team of 4, so the install was quick- only a couple hours. They even came back without any issues to re-install our new faucet and drill into the granite. During that process, Jason had to purchase an extra piece that wasn't included in the faucet i bought. He went out to Ace Hardware across the street, purchased it, and didn't even bother charging me more or complaining about it. Fantastic service. It's nice dealing with contractors that go above and beyond in doing their job. When you're doing upgrades or renovations to your home it's stressful enough, and coast 2 coast was great, I knew that I could trust what they were doing before they started. And when I saw the finished job, it was better than I anticipated. After going through a slab leak and dealing with several different aspects of the cleanup, Jason was a breath of fresh Air. We have already referred him to several friends and will use him in the future for our bathroom. I wish all the other business's treated us the way he did. Recently I had my kitchen renovated and new granite counter tops installed. I received a quote; molds were made and new counter tops two weeks later. Jason French is the owner of the company and who also installed counter tops along with two of his colleagues. Quality Service and Well Priced After a less than stellar experience with another countertop company in Santee, I was fortunate to find InCounters in Escondido. Responsive and friendly, David quoted me a price, arranged to receive my new Silestone slab, and within less than a week, his installers arrived to replace my existing counter. Joey and Juan were clean, pleasant and efficient and were in and out in about an hour. I hope if you need any sort of solid surface work you will call these terrific contractors. They handle all the products and are happy to spend time with you answering questions to help with your decision.

WE had a very bad experience with this company. Not so much the work...that was okay. It was that we were told we couldn't have a detailed invoice. The contractor just told us the price after the project was in...and that was that. He could no supply the real cost of the sink, or anything else. When we requested a real detailed invoice, he refused, saying he did not reveal his vendors. I took it to the BBB, and he submitted a "sample" invoice from another company which I guess they took to be HIS invoice (although the date was March 15 and the work was done in January), so it was dismissed. He threatened to put a lien on our house if we didn't pay within a day of his demanding the rest. We still never got an invoice.
