I worked with Kim to fill a spot where our dog crates used to reside. We have used Cleveland Granite in the past for our kitchen and bathrooms and they also turned out fantastic. Kim was great to work with and kept me up to date on the status of my order. The installers were fantastic this go around and were extremely clean and through with the install. Very happy with this installation!

I can’t say enough good things about the people who work at this company. EVERYONE we dealt with at the showroom, on the phone and at installation was as professional as you can get. Most importantly, the majority of their employees have been with the company for years, which tells you something about the level of experience and stability of this company. Finally, the installers were absolutely meticulous is making sure the installation was perfect (and they were personable too, which we appreciate!). I would not hesitate using them for future projects.

Kim and her team at Cleveland Granite have now done both my house and my parents. I'm very happy with the end results and how it came out. This job consisted of 52 Sq. Ft. of Silver Cloud 3 CM granite w/backsplash. The kitchen and first floor bathroom now match. This kitchen and bath work was completed in March 2018. Just recently 2/4/2019 I went back again to have them fabricate a dog cage top for my new counter space. This cage project was self installed but perfectly fabricated! I walked in on Monday with a drawing and walked out Thursday by Noon with my newly cut pieces! Thanks again!

We had a house fire and a lengthy repair process (due to contractor issues), but Kim was awesome and held the countertop material we’d selected for months, and when we were finally able to get it installed, everything couldn’t have gone smoother. Kim is a gem, so helpful and friendly, and so were the installers! Excellent selection, prices, and especially top-notch service.

Don't use this company. They ruined our countertop granite by cutting the kitchen sink wrong and did very little to make it right. We soon became an afterthought by the owner/manager. This eas in our lade home. Looking now again and would never return.
The installation team were good to deal with.

After searching for hours to find honed carerra marble for our kitchen, we finally ran across Cleveland Granite and Marble. I spoke with Kim initially on the phone, and she was able to direct me to a stone warehouse that had it. Kim was extremely easy to work with, quick to respond, answered all of our questions, and has a true passion for her work. The countertop and backsplashes turned out beautifully- Mike and Carlos were the installers- it was not an easy job but they handled it professionally and made it look easy with their years of experience. We could not be happier with our experience working with Kim and the final product. Highly recommended!

A few months ago, our kitchen caught on fire. Fast forward, our kitchen has been remodeled. A couple weeks ago, we had our perimeter countertops installed by Mike and Rich, who were so professional, neat, and personable. I didn’t have my floors installed, so they were gracious enough to wait and give me an appointment for later. Finally, yesterday, I had my island countertops installed. Mike and Rich came again (yay! They are the best!). The whole team was great! Customer service was way above standard. Kim is so fair in her pricing, beat out the big box stores. Her workers have been with her for years, because she treats them like they are her family. She was always responsive and polite. Thanks so much Cleveland Granite and Marble for making my kitchen beautiful again after the house fire destroyed it. We love you guys! The Warners

I recently completed some changes in our kitchen, and the crown jewel was our quartzite (granite) countertop installed by Cleveland granite. I wish everybody I worked with was as professional, precise, personable and pleasant. Kim could not have been more attentive, Kevin is an actual artist and Jovan did impeccable work as well. To be honest, it was the best price out of any of our estimates . We loved the installers, and they could not have been more talented and neat. We even had some other professional contractors come in and compliment the waterfall effect, miters and seams. I will absolutely use them for our master bathroom, and whatever other projects that I might plan in the future. I would recommend Cleveland granite to any of my family or friends.

Does Cleveland Granite & Marble offer cutouts for sinks, cooktops, or other elements?
Yes, like most professional contractors in the market, Cleveland Granite & Marble performs cutouts and countertop preparation for various components — both standard and modern. According to our findings, these services are typically included in the overall project estimate. The standard scope usually covers cutouts for sinks (undermount, drop-in, or farmhouse) and holes for faucets or other plumbing fixtures. Additional cutouts — such as for cooktops, hidden or pop-up outlets, built-in wireless chargers, or other accessories — are discussed individually at the project planning and estimating stage.
It’s important to note that while the cutouts and countertop preparation are usually performed by the company, the installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures (such as faucets, outlets, or appliances) may not be included in their scope of work and could require licensed professionals. We recommend clarifying this point when placing your order.
To avoid misunderstandings, ask for a detailed estimate with a breakdown of all services: cutout pricing, installation, and any add-on options. This will ensure project transparency and help you clearly understand what you're paying for.
What guarantees does Cleveland Granite & Marble provide for its work?
According to our information and industry practice, Cleveland Granite & Marble, like most participants in the ranking, provides a workmanship warranty valid for 1 year from the date of countertop installation. This period is usually specified in the contract. We do not rule out that the company may have extended warranty terms (2 years or more), however, during our research, we did not receive confirmed data from the contractor regarding the duration and scope of its warranty.
The contractor’s warranty covers defects in fabrication and installation, such as uneven or separating seams, leveling and fastening issues, detachment or sagging of an undermount sink, flaws in edge finishing and cutouts, premature failure of seam materials, and cutouts that do not match the approved design. Warranty coverage does not include damage from use (thermal shock/burn marks from hot cookware, chips or cracks caused by impacts), stains and acid etching (for marble), wear due to insufficient maintenance or lack of sealing, natural characteristics of stone (veins, micro-pores, variations in shade/pattern within tolerances), shifts caused by base deformation, or any modifications performed by third parties.
The material warranty is provided by the manufacturer or the official stone supplier. Engineered quartz brands often offer a limited “lifetime” warranty for residential properties (subject to registration and compliance with care guidelines). For sintered surfaces, typical warranty periods range from 10 to 25 years. Natural stone usually does not come with a factory warranty — its quality of fabrication and installation is covered by the contractor’s warranty. The term and scope of the warranty depend on the project and materials — contact Cleveland Granite & Marble in any convenient way on this page to get the current terms.
