I normally don't do reviews, ButClassic stone company and its staff deserve more than 5 stars!! Their natural stone slabs are simply out of this world! No other place has the quality in stone that they do My counters in my kitchen are breathtaking the installers were amazing. Very careful not to damage anything and swept clean when done All finished in five hours such hard workers even my husband was happy about the job!! That's a first! Ask for Rose she is great and helps you with the choices of slabs For what you get pricing is very fair

I have kitchen stone work and a new wall feature in my living room by Classic Stone Gallery. It's all exceptional craftsmanship and elegant design, especially the 21' tall feature wall which was very involved to create so large. The extra-large book matched porcelain stone is just 4 pieces but when finished looks like one contiguous piece. Its intricate veining, adds a luxurious and sophisticated touch that is both modern and timeless. The seamless integration of the sleek television and the elongated fireplace enhances the overall aesthetic, making the wall not just a part of the room, but a standout focal point. Beautiful selections, great service. We originally remodeled our kitchen and had the best experience with Classic Stone. Recently we remodeled a bathroom and they fabricated and installed our vanity top we had some issues with the wrong stone being cut but they took it back and found the reminant we originally selected. I appreciate a business that makes mistakes but makes it right. Install service is great and will always be my go to for all my stone.

Classic Stone is top notch ! Their products , prices, staff, owners, installers, and customer service are the best in the business. Steve the owner comes himself to measure. He makes sure his team of cutters have the exact facts. It’s not often these days in the construction business that the owners are so hands on. They removed my old stone and installed the new the same day. They sent a crew to get it done. They did the kitchen, the bar, and the billiard room bath all the same day. From the day Steve came to measure to completion was about 2 weeks. Rose at the phones is super too. We needed an adjustment once the kitchen appliances were installed and they sent a crew within 2 hours. That is simply incredible. We just started a new outdoor project and Classic Stone is our choice ! Thanks so much to everyone on the team ! We could not be happier.

Classic Stone Gallery did an amazing job upgrading our kitchen sink from a bland stainless steel sink to a custom stone sink that completely changed the look of our kitchen and gave it the WOW factor! Joe and his crew really have a passion for custom stone work and it really shows. The crew had to do some polishing of our existing granite counter top and they took great care in keeping the dust to a minimum and took great pride in their craftmanship! We spent a lot of time looking for the best granite and back splash replacement for our kitchen until Classic Stone Gallery was recommended to us by our plumbers' Service Manager. Steve showed up about an hour after we spoke with them about a quote, and took measurements. We arrived at their store and lot a couple of days later and Sergio spent all the time we needed to pick out the 'perfect' granite and back splash for our tastes from their extensive collection. Joe then took over to schedule and follow up on the removal of our existing granite and installation of the new granite, which only took one day. We even had them replace our guest bathroom granite. The back splash we picked was difficult to install (kind of like a puzzle), and several appointments to get it to our liking. Joe even stopped over to check on the job and make sure we were happy with it. Their selection of materials, workmanship and installation were perfect. We recommend them wholeheartedly and know you will be pleased with their product, installation and service. Dealing with Classic Stone Gallery was a pleasure.

👎👎Never again! After giving my deposit I was misled on the counter strength by Juan Carlos the sales rep, the initial demo was incomplete but they put new granite on top anyway, the walls were damaged unnecessarily, and the Classic Stone team even covered up AN ELECTRIC SWITCH. I called a dozen times to make sure there were no hiccups along the way but it turned into a big clown show. Joe the owner blamed his sales rep and took no liability. The job was completed over 2 months late, but all Joe the owner could say is "sorry, I have a lot of customers and have to get off the phone now."

I just had the tops for my outdoor kitchen completed and I'm thrilled with the results! Joe and his Team are truly professionals. All of the steps we were involved in from the selection of materials to templating and the installation went smoothly. They are the only trade/supplier we worked on this project that did exactly what they said they would do and completed the job on time and on budget. Run the other way. You spend time picking out your granite, they tag it etc.. Go back to look at it to match back splash and it’s gone!! We watched them remove tags off of other people’s stuff and try to sell it to us. Don’t waste your time and money

I love everything that Classic Stone Gallery did for us and our renovated kitchen! They were recommended to us by a friend (after I had been to 4 other places and couldn't find a quartz countertop that I loved). They supplied many samples but I fell I love with their Q9 is what I believe they called it. They worked with us on our budget and our schedule! Their employees were very helpful and the owner came out twice to measure for us. The men who installed our countertops did a fabulous job! We continue to get many compliments on our countertops and we couldn't be happier with them!

I wish I would've found this company 1 year ago. I wanted a quality waterfall island with a mitered edge and continuous veins- Classic Stone completely delivered. I looked at many stone yards for the perfect slab and spoke with several fabricators after finally landing with Classic Stone Gallery. Their communication level was impressive. This company provides quality work in a professional manner that was well worth the wait. Sergio provided suggestions to narrow down exactly what I thought I wanted and what I really needed. The installers were so professional and cleaned up completely after themselves. They also provided care tips and made the necessary holes for the counter top air button for the disposal and for the soap dispenser. They also had a very large selection of granite and when I realized that I just was not ready to do my bathroom, they immediately cancelled that order for me with no problem. My only regret is that we didn't find this place sooner!! After countless Saturdays spent searching for the perfect countertops and backsplash for our kitchen remodel at nearly every wholesaler and fabricator in Tampa and St. Pete, we finally found the one-of-a-kind marble we had been looking for at Classic Stone Gallery at an unbeatable price. Unlike the other fabricators in the area, Classic Stone Gallery has a ton of on-site inventory which they buy direct from the quarries. Cutting out the wholesaler not only allowed them to provide us a complete quote on the spot rather than days later, but also saved us over $1,500 compared to other bids since we did not have to pay markups. Our salesperson, Sergio, spent hours with us helping to select the right slabs and educated us on all the different types of materials and how to care for the natural stone. Gian Carlo, Steve, and Joe worked with us to schedule measurements, and oversaw the fabrication and installation. The entire team was great to work with and their quality and attention to detail was truly remarkable. We look forward to using Classic Stone Gallery again when we are ready for our bathroom remodels and outdoor kitchen addition and would certainly recommended them to anyone in the Tampa Bay Area embarking on similar projects. Competitive prices compared to other local places, and a huge selection available at the showroom area - including a generous remnant selection for smaller pieces at low prices. The sales team was very patient with me as it took two trips and many laps of the stone yard for me to decide on the three different granites I needed to source. Installation went smoothly. Shout out to Tim and his partner Junior for their hard work. They were efficient and detail oriented through the whole job even though it took all day. Would have them again anytime!

Classic stone did an amazing job for a very low cost on the master bathroom vanity; it took them less than 2 weeks from beginning (selecting the stone) to end (installation) to get the job done at a very reasonable price. I was so lucky to come across Classic Stone Gallery. I got two vanities done for less than the quoted cost of One. I am so absolutely thrilled with the two vanity countertops they installed last week. The quality and craftsmanship of the pieces were perfect! The installers were amazing. We hired one of the big box stores to replace our kitchen countertops. When we left, my head was spinning as I couldn't really figure out EXACTLY what they would do and what they would not. Everything was an additional cost. We got home and saw an ad for Classic Stone Gallery so I called them. They were here on time and told us exactly what would happen. i hired them on the spot not only because of the knowledgeable person that they sent, but also because their price was more than 20% less than the big box store. The product and crew showed up on time, were very professional and the new countertops are just beautiful. If you need something made out of stone, you should call these guys....you won't be sorry!

We had cabinets installed in our laundry room. The company installing the cabinets recommended Classic Stone Gallery for the granite. I went to their gallery and selected the granite. The associate there was very nice and helpful. On June 4th I received my quote, agreed to proceed and paid my down payment. At that time I was told it would take two weeks for the job to be completed. I heard nothing for two weeks. I called on June 18th and was told my job would most likely be ready Friday, June 19th and if not then definitely Monday or Tuesday is the following week. I waited until Wednesday and called again. I was the told Thursday or Friday. I again, didn't hear anything and called again Friday. I was then told someone would check on my job and call me back but delivery and install would most likely not happen until the following week. At 4:30 my doorbell rang and they where at my house to install. No one had called to let me know! The granite has been installed and I am satisfied with the product. I received two calls on Saturday requesting the remainder of the payment. They didn't want to wait to collect that! Based on the customer service I received I would not recommend this company.

These people are liars. They told me the stone I'd chosen for my countertops was marble and had a 10 year sealant. Water left big ugly stains. I was afraid of sitting a glass f water on my countertops because it left ugly water rings. They over charged me and lied about the product. Unforgivable. DO NOT use these people.

Do not use these people. They were exactly the opposite of all the reviews. The sale women was very nice and tried desperately to help us and make things work out. We had a kitchen, fireplace, office, bar and two bathrooms done with them. What a mistake. The issues were numerous from the beginning. The kitchen template they took for the kitchen was wrong and the installation was a mess. One installer suggested we take our cabinets out and move them over. What????? They took a piece of the wall out to get the job done and kept saying that the issue was our walls. They did give us a 300$ credit to fix our wall. One of the crew members smelled of alcohol and kept going out to the car!!! Crazy!! My husband told them. They apologized and send another crew over for the other room installations. Then they brought the wrong part of the granite for the office, had to recut and being the right one. Throughout the house gaps everywhere.. they said because of our walls. They came with the wrong sizes for the master bathroom pieces. Then came the fireplace which was a book match porcelain. The entire book match mirror affect is off one inch. For them to fix the problem they would have to rip out our entire fireplace, drywall and all. At this point I feel bad for this company and people who use them. Unreliable after several delays they finished my countertop at 2 am. The next week I discovered they broke my cooktop. When I spoke to Jorge about it he claimed he let his insurance lapse and "anything could have cracked my cooktop" so he refused to reimburse me. I bought a new cooktop and discovered gallery of stone had cut the hole too small and forced old cooktop in. I didn't call them to fix it because I didn't want a uninsured company in my home so I had to pay someone else to cut granite.

I would NEVER recommend Classic Stone Gallery to install anything!! First, they installed my granite over a week late and less than 6 months later, it has a crack in it in two different places (from settling) and they tell me that's normal AND they don't have a warranty!! Took several phone calls and a few emails before I received a call that says they don't have a warranty on their work. Definitely would NOT recommend Joe or Vince at Classic Stone Gallery.

We contracted with Classic to provide Granite countertops in our kitchen when we remodeled. They were very happy to come out, measure and make their templates. It was great fun to go to their yard and hand select our piece of rock. The installation went fine unil one day wife noticed some flaws on the surface. She contacted Classic and they promised to come out and look. We waited and waited and waited until wife got upset. Out of frustration I called and asked when were they coming. A time and date was promised and the sales guy showed and was shown the defects. He explained that granite was like that sometimes, the intricate the veins, the more likely this could happen. That was fine until we showed him an area that obviously had a putty repair and looked terrible. We were unhappy with that piece of stone but all we requested was to turn the top around so the putty was towards the back and be hidden by the toaster oven. He said no problem, he would set up an appointment. And so we waited and waited......still waiting, close to a year now. If you ever need some help on your countertops after the check is signed, these are not your guys. Can't recommend them...very disappointed.
