Contacted Classic Kitchens and spoke with Jay who came out and gave us an estimate for our kitchen remodel. Jay gave us some great ideas and is very knowledgeable. We ended up adding some extra work to our project and the job came out looking great. Jay's team of workers did a great job from start to finish. Everything was explained to us as the job went along. Highly recommend Classic Kitchens etc for any home remodel jobs.

Thank you Classic Kitchens ETC for providing me with my beautiful new home. My kitchen was poorly designed and had a lot of wasted space. I wanted to make better use of the existing space and dreamed of having an island. My bathrooms, carpeted floors and popcorn ceilings were in bad shape and needed attention as well. I eventually added updating the fireplace to the project. Making product selections in their showroom was easy and stress free and it was nice to be able to see samples of the cabinets, countertops, flooring, and tiles that I had selected. My project was a large undertaking and it took a number of months to complete. There were a few unexpected issues but all available options were clearly presented and I was able to make sound decisions. The finished product was well worth the time and money invested because Jay Adams and his team exceeded my every expectation. Every room in my room was touched in some way and I could never imagine that my home could look this beautiful. I am especially in awe of my dream kitchen with its 10’ island. A home remodel is a huge investment and I highly recommend Classic Kitchen ETC to anyone who is in search of professional contractor who performs quality work, is easy to work with and will bring your vision to life.

I have known Jay for approximately five years and have always been very impressed with his work. He is a straight shooter and is very thorough in his budgeting/ bid process, which means his quotes are honored unless a change order/ upgrade is requested. It’s rare to find an individual who is elite at both design and building quality, usually one person does not possess both of those skills. Between high-end design, craftsmanship, stellar communication and a reasonable, fair approach toward his clients, working with Jay and Classic Kitchens is always a pleasure. I would not work with anyone else, I highly recommend using Classic Kitchens for all your home remodel needs.

In early 2022, we decided to remodel our outdated kitchen as well as our living room. In the process, we interviewed several contractors and eventually decided to go with Classic Kitchens Etc. From the first meeting with Jay, we never felt pressured, he listened to our plans and wishlist, and with his eye for design and expertise, he helped merge all of our ideas into a digital rendering of how the remodel would look like, before construction started. Once the construction started, Ernesto (superintendent), kept us informed of what was planned for each week and was on top of all the tradespeople that were on site. Midway through the construction, we decided on some additional changes, which Jay and Ernesto, did not hesitate to discuss and make happen. In the end, Classic Kitchens Etc., remodeled our entire kitchen and living room, which included raising an 8 foot ceiling to a 12 foot vaulted ceiling (including a 25 foot steel support beam, custom build on site), eliminating interior walls, relocating exterior windows, removing exterior doors, installing sliding doors and stucco and masonry work. Jay and Ernesto were very accommodating and understanding with any changes that we requested on such a project. We couldn’t be happier with the dream kitchen that Classic Kitchens Etc created. All of the employees, were very respectful, took pride in their craft, always kept an organized worksite, and it was evident that they were proud to represent Classic Kitchens Etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Jay and his team for your next project.

We started out wanting a redo of our 35-year-old kitchen. We noticed Classic Kitchens, Etc. off the 10 Freeway and decided to stop in and look. We were very impressed with the products in their showroom. So, we asked for a visit from the person responsible estimating what our kitchen redo would potentially cost. Jay Adams paid us a scheduled visit where we discussed what we would like and how much it would cost. The same day, we had Jay look at our master bath and give us an idea of how much that would be. We ended up hiring Classic Kitchens to renovate not only our kitchen and master bath, but our living room and hallway way as well. They also painted the outside of our home and put a new roof on the entire house. Once construction began, we found Classic Kitchen’s construction workers to be very professional and hardworking. The quality of their work was excellent. Jay visited our construction regularly to ensure that all the work was going as planned. We found Jay to be a very likable and professional person to work with. Our renovations are now finished, and we couldn’t be happier! In fact, they exceeded all our expectations! We were so impressed with Classic Kitchens, Etc. that we have begun a new phase of renovations to our bedroom and closet area. We also plan to update our guest bath, two more bedrooms and patio next. We would highly recommend Classic Kitchen to anyone interested in upgrading their home. In fact, previous to hiring Classic Kitchens, we got estimates from a building store and visited the showroom of another contractor. There was no comparison to the outstanding work of Classic Kitchens.

I found Jay, owner at Classic Kitchens etc. through a YouTube video on shear walls. I had a wall removed in my home, not knowing it was a shear wall. Once I was made aware of it and knowing the safety concerns, I started looking for contractor & structural engineer all inclusive as I wanted a team with a good working relationship. After getting multiple quotes and vague answers on what these other contractors plans were, I reached out to Jay. Jay scheduled a site visit that following week, let me know what his game plan was. He provided multiple options of how we can make the structure safe. Jay is super knowledgeable and intelligent. In about a week, he provided a quote. Jay was flexible and understanding that I wanted to spend as least as possible and really did his best to accommodate my requests. Jay was upfront with the numbers, when he expects the payments with contract drawn out by his staff. Jay worked with our city to submit all necessary permits, scheduled all inspections, negotiated with city through revisions they were requesting to continue to advocate for me. The completed work is outstanding- can’t thank you and your team enough for the fine services. Everything went along seamlessly. I loved how courteous and efficient the workers were and how they cleaned up every single day not leaving any trace of their work.

I was unhappy with our atrium/dining room with a load bearing post seemingly in the middle of nowhere. We wanted to turn that small area into a bar area. Jay (owner of Classic Kitchens) came up with a plan for the bar area that turned out better than we imagined. In addition, a custom designed wine rack was created for the area, and we were very pleased with the way it turned out (one of my favorite things besides the 48” range). Jay was very thorough in describing every aspect of the kitchen and bar design and provided renderings to help us with the process. We had a few changes/additions during the process, and they didn’t hesitate to accommodate our requests. Even though we only did a partial remodel in the kitchen, they matched everything to perfection in the kitchen and it looks like a total remodel. Jay is very knowledgeable, and we were very comfortable with every aspect of the remodel. Ernesto (Supervisor) was very helpful, kind, and kept us informed at every step of the process. The tradesmen were professional, respectful of our property, and polite. They arrived on time and cleaned up everything when they left. We were very impressed with Jay and his company. We searched awhile for a contractor to remodel our master bathroom. The search included only quotes from licensed/insured contractors. A friend referred us to Jay at Classic Kitchen after having her kitchen remodeled. She was very pleased with the result. We requested an appointment for a consultation. Jay met with us, listened to our desires, and then provided some great design ideas. He submitted a quote with the renderings in the time frame promised. We were really impressed with the renderings. The quote was little higher than the others, but Jay uses quality products and the best cabinetry. Jay walked us through the proposed project from start to finish, which was reassuring and well worth the extra cost. After we made the decision to hire Classic Kitchen, we met Jay at his showroom which has most of the products needed for remodeling. The most difficult part was choosing tile, flooring, and colors. But Jay and his staff help you with those decisions. We signed the contract in March 2023 with a start date in May. Jay estimated it would take 6-8 weeks for completion which was met. From the beginning of the project, we could see the expertise of the crew, all of them very professional and talented. The supervisor, Ernesto, was on the job site consistently to ensure the quality of the work and that the project was on schedule. We wanted a walk-in shower with a bench. Jay designed a walk-in shower with a bench per our request. However, during the construction process, we wanted to make a change in the location of the bench to provide more space on the shower floor. But we couldn't come up with a feasible design until the project manager, Enrique, showed up with a suggestion. It was perfect! Overall, we are happy with the quality of the material and the final design, which exceeded our expectations. Thank you Jay and the Classic Kitchen team for a job well done!

In 2019, we renovated the exterior of our 1977 tract home. Last year we decided to redo the interior. Even though I have 40 years of construction management experience and ran the exterior remodel myself, I didn't do residential work and needed to find a contractor to do it. After checking out several contractors and not being comfortable with them we met with Jay at his showroom. We had a good idea of what we wanted but had not selected all the colors or materials. We went to his showroom which has a huge selection of everything that you need to renovate your home and at various price points. We then made an appointment with Jay and went home and looked through the brochures we were given. The meeting went fine and working with Jay was easy. He helped us with material selections and Enrique put together estimates for what we wanted; complete renovation of both bathrooms, the master vanity, removal of all flooring and replacing with vinyl plank flooring throughout the house except for tile in the bathrooms, vanity and master bedroom closet. We removed the fluorescent light box and task light in the kitchen, drywalled over it and added 8 LED recessed can lights. Other than that, paint and flooring, we kept the kitchen as is. We also replaced the linen cabinets, china hutch, wall base and paint. The contract was signed in early January and work began on March 20th (lead time to get the cabinets and all materials prior to start of the work.) That gave us enough time to pack up the house and move as much as we could into the garage. Throughout construction, we had to move some things in the house and the construction crew helped us as required. (I never slept outside of my bed although my wife had to sleep in the guestroom with the dogs until the master bathroom work was completed.) The key was to do the master bathroom, vanity and closet first as we lived in the house and needed access to a working bathroom. As they were working on the second bathroom, they started removing flooring and installing the balance of the cabinets and started painting. Ernesto, their field superintendent worked with me on the schedule and quality control. The field employees were skilled in their trades and made the project shine! After nine weeks of construction everything was complete. All in all, we were very pleased with the quality of the materials used and the quality and care exhibited by the field crews.

So happy we found Jay with Classic Kitchen Etc. We met with several contractors prior and had just signed with another company. I called Jay (last min) We spoke for over an hour, and even though I told him we had already signed, he STILL took the time to talk to me and suggest things to share with the signed co. We asked him if he could come over and give us a quick quote and discuss our project and he did! 2 hours after meeting with him, we paid to get out of our contract (true story) and signed with Jay. Our project turned out better than anything I could have imagined! Jay & his crew went above and beyond to meet all of our expectations! Do not look any further than Classic Kitchen if you want an outstanding remodel or house/room upgrade from start to finish that will far exceed your expectations. Jay is wonderful to work with; and Ernesto and his entire team are true professionals who literally made everything they touched look absolutely beautiful. From the first day we met Jay we knew he was the right person for us to work with. He helped my husband and I re-envision our home and came up with amazing ideas. Importantly, he was also open and always supportive and positive with our suggestions and ideas. We planned the remodel for many months; and we loved all of the final plans and materials selected. But the real amazing work happened when Ernesto led a remarkable team of craftspeople and contractors through a nearly total house remodel on a very tight timeline this past summer. The remodel included removal of walls, new flooring throughout, a brand new kitchen, two brand new bathrooms, wood-work throughout, new lighting and much, much more. The house was almost gutted when they first started working and then the magic started and continued for about 12 weeks - each week it just got better and better. The quality of their work is totally outstanding and their management from start to finish unparalleled. We moved back in a few weeks back and wake up every morning in amazement that we get to live in such a beautiful home. We feel so lucky that we found Jay and the entire team at Classic Kitchen. Classic Kitchens recently remodeled a bathroom for me. Initially I found Jay through Houzz when I was just looking for another quote to compare with the company I was planning to hire. As soon as Jay showed up, he was making suggestions and talking about some of the details for the project that three other companies totally disregarded. All of the things would need to be addressed eventually, but only Classic Kitchens thought of everything from the first interaction right through the last. The different experts that came in to do their work (tiling/plumbing/carpentry/paint/drywall/electrical) were all 100% professional, kept me informed daily, and were totally responsive to any needs or concerns. I am very particular as a DIYer about the process and the attention to detail. These guys completely exceeded my expectations. I added a few things as we went along and Jay and his team were completely agreeable with the changes on the fly. As for the costs, Classic Kitchens were not the most expensive but they were comparable with the most expensive. Throughout the project they proved why they were worth the expense. Especially after comparing stories with other friends that have gone through similar remodels. The project was slated for 2-3 weeks and ended up taking 4 weeks because weather didn't let some materials cure in the expected time. My wife was so happy and comfortable with Jay and his team, she is already charting our future kitchen remodel.
