Had a great experience with classic kitchens job was completed on time and although there was complications they were addressed promptly and fairly.

Thank you Classic Kitchens ETC for providing me with my beautiful new home. My kitchen was poorly designed and had a lot of wasted space. I wanted to make better use of the existing space and dreamed of having an island. My bathrooms, carpeted floors and popcorn ceilings were in bad shape and needed attention as well. I eventually added updating the fireplace to the project. Making product selections in their showroom was easy and stress free and it was nice to be able to see samples of the cabinets, countertops, flooring, and tiles that I had selected. My project was a large undertaking and it took a number of months to complete. There were a few unexpected issues but all available options were clearly presented and I was able to make sound decisions. The finished product was well worth the time and money invested because Jay Adams and his team exceeded my every expectation. Every room in my room was touched in some way and I could never imagine that my home could look this beautiful. I am especially in awe of my dream kitchen with its 10’ island. A home remodel is a huge investment and I highly recommend Classic Kitchen ETC to anyone who is in search of professional contractor who performs quality work, is easy to work with and will bring your vision to life.

I have known Jay for approximately five years and have always been very impressed with his work. He is a straight shooter and is very thorough in his budgeting/ bid process, which means his quotes are honored unless a change order/ upgrade is requested. It’s rare to find an individual who is elite at both design and building quality, usually one person does not possess both of those skills. Between high-end design, craftsmanship, stellar communication and a reasonable, fair approach toward his clients, working with Jay and Classic Kitchens is always a pleasure. We used classic kitchen for our master and guest bathroom remodel. We were very impressed by the quality of work and the customer service that Classic Kitchern's offered. Earnesto the project manager communicated effectively and paid attention to every detail so that we were more than pleased with the results! Overall two thumbs up.

In early 2022, we decided to remodel our outdated kitchen as well as our living room. In the process, we interviewed several contractors and eventually decided to go with Classic Kitchens Etc. From the first meeting with Jay, we never felt pressured, he listened to our plans and wishlist, and with his eye for design and expertise, he helped merge all of our ideas into a digital rendering of how the remodel would look like, before construction started. Once the construction started, Ernesto (superintendent), kept us informed of what was planned for each week and was on top of all the tradespeople that were on site. Midway through the construction, we decided on some additional changes, which Jay and Ernesto, did not hesitate to discuss and make happen. In the end, Classic Kitchens Etc., remodeled our entire kitchen and living room, which included raising an 8 foot ceiling to a 12 foot vaulted ceiling (including a 25 foot steel support beam, custom build on site), eliminating interior walls, relocating exterior windows, removing exterior doors, installing sliding doors and stucco and masonry work. Jay and Ernesto were very accommodating and understanding with any changes that we requested on such a project. We couldn’t be happier with the dream kitchen that Classic Kitchens Etc created. All of the employees, were very respectful, took pride in their craft, always kept an organized worksite, and it was evident that they were proud to represent Classic Kitchens Etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Jay and his team for your next project.

We started out wanting a redo of our 35-year-old kitchen. We noticed Classic Kitchens, Etc. off the 10 Freeway and decided to stop in and look. We were very impressed with the products in their showroom. So, we asked for a visit from the person responsible estimating what our kitchen redo would potentially cost. Jay Adams paid us a scheduled visit where we discussed what we would like and how much it would cost. The same day, we had Jay look at our master bath and give us an idea of how much that would be. We ended up hiring Classic Kitchens to renovate not only our kitchen and master bath, but our living room and hallway way as well. They also painted the outside of our home and put a new roof on the entire house. Once construction began, we found Classic Kitchen’s construction workers to be very professional and hardworking. The quality of their work was excellent. Jay visited our construction regularly to ensure that all the work was going as planned. We found Jay to be a very likable and professional person to work with. Our renovations are now finished, and we couldn’t be happier! In fact, they exceeded all our expectations! We were so impressed with Classic Kitchens, Etc. that we have begun a new phase of renovations to our bedroom and closet area. We also plan to update our guest bath, two more bedrooms and patio next. We would highly recommend Classic Kitchen to anyone interested in upgrading their home. In fact, previous to hiring Classic Kitchens, we got estimates from a building store and visited the showroom of another contractor. There was no comparison to the outstanding work of Classic Kitchens.

I found Jay, owner at Classic Kitchens etc. through a YouTube video on shear walls. I had a wall removed in my home, not knowing it was a shear wall. Once I was made aware of it and knowing the safety concerns, I started looking for contractor & structural engineer all inclusive as I wanted a team with a good working relationship. After getting multiple quotes and vague answers on what these other contractors plans were, I reached out to Jay. Jay scheduled a site visit that following week, let me know what his game plan was. He provided multiple options of how we can make the structure safe. Jay is super knowledgeable and intelligent. In about a week, he provided a quote. Jay was flexible and understanding that I wanted to spend as least as possible and really did his best to accommodate my requests. Jay was upfront with the numbers, when he expects the payments with contract drawn out by his staff. Jay worked with our city to submit all necessary permits, scheduled all inspections, negotiated with city through revisions they were requesting to continue to advocate for me. The completed work is outstanding- can’t thank you and your team enough for the fine services. Everything went along seamlessly. I loved how courteous and efficient the workers were and how they cleaned up every single day not leaving any trace of their work.
