We recently used CFM for our counter tops in our new home. We had a great experience! Nicole was quick to set up an appointment and get a quote sent out. We were able to see out slab before it was cut and it was very helpful in visualizing out kitchen dreams.

I had a good experience with with CFM. I’m not a contractor but when remodeling my master bath I met with Nicole and she made the process of choosing our stone very straight forward. Bill came to measure (template) and then two guys came to install our stone. I would have given 5 stars but the installation guys wouldn’t install the pieces that go in the shower (threshold, bench, and capstone). The contract said they were supposed to install them but they insisted my contractor do this. (I did the renovation myself, so just another thing for me to do!). After talking with Nicole she took some money off the bill for this issue. Overall I was really happy with the staff and the craftsmanship. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a five star experience with CFM. We needed quartz for our kitchen, den, and master bath. All employees we worked with knew there business and were very professional. From Nicole at the showroom, to Bill who came and measured three times, to Josh and his team who installed all were fantastic. Thank you for making this process and enjoyable one. CFM stands out from others as you can walk through their HUGE storage area to see if there are any remnants that may fit your project. At times you may come across a remnant that you would want to order a full slab. It gives you so much more of an idea on how your project will look. Thanks!

Thank you to Tom and his team for being patient with me as I picked out my stone for my new countertop! I could not be happier with my choice - white supreme quartzite - it looks gorgeous. Tim and Nate came for the installation and they were very professional and friendly. Also, their pricing is way better than other popular local fabricators. With covid, you will need an appointment - I would highly recommend this company.

Poor customer service. Still waiting for a response after requested pictures were sent to show the uneven countertop. It has been over a week.

The people at CFM have helped me through two major projects - building a brand new house and finishing my basement a couple years later. They are with you from selection to measuring and cutting to the final installation. I could not imagine a better partner to work with during what can be very trying times. I used them for every solid surface in my new build house to where we even designed an entire kitchen around the amazing selection of surfaces from CFM they worked tirelessly to meet deadlines and to make sure the layout and each cut each cut was perfect! I cannot thank them enough for all of their patience in me picking out so many different slabs of granite but the house was built around the most gorgeous piece of granite ever! Every person throughout the entire process was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend CFM Stone!!

Horrible customer service. Lost 4 days of work due to their scheduling problems. Waited all day to be called at end of business that they can't make it. Drilled 1 hole instead of 2 for faucet. Mismeasured backsplash (too thick) & took 6 weeks to cut down! Several defects (stark white circles) in counter that no one would address. Called & emailed owner without any response back. Terrible experience.
