This place is truly a great place if you're in market to buy kitchen cabinets and counter tops. The sales staff is very courteous and knowledgeable, and their installers are very professional as well. It's a small business so the management is personally connected with each and every project. I had a good experience with with CFM. I’m not a contractor but when remodeling my master bath I met with Nicole and she made the process of choosing our stone very straight forward. Bill came to measure (template) and then two guys came to install our stone. I would have given 5 stars but the installation guys wouldn’t install the pieces that go in the shower (threshold, bench, and capstone). The contract said they were supposed to install them but they insisted my contractor do this. (I did the renovation myself, so just another thing for me to do!). After talking with Nicole she took some money off the bill for this issue. Overall I was really happy with the staff and the craftsmanship. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a five star experience with CFM. We needed quartz for our kitchen, den, and master bath. All employees we worked with knew there business and were very professional. From Nicole at the showroom, to Bill who came and measured three times, to Josh and his team who installed all were fantastic. Thank you for making this process and enjoyable one. CFM stands out from others as you can walk through their HUGE storage area to see if there are any remnants that may fit your project. At times you may come across a remnant that you would want to order a full slab. It gives you so much more of an idea on how your project will look. Thanks!

Tim and Nate came for the installation and they were very professional and friendly. Also, their pricing is way better than other popular local fabricators. The people at CFM have helped me through two major projects - building a brand new house and finishing my basement a couple years later. They are with you from selection to measuring and cutting to the final installation. I could not imagine a better partner to work with during what can be very trying times. I used them for every solid surface in my new build house to where we even designed an entire kitchen around the amazing selection of surfaces from CFM they worked tirelessly to meet deadlines and to make sure the layout and each cut each cut was perfect! I cannot thank them enough for all of their patience in me picking out so many different slabs of granite but the house was built around the most gorgeous piece of granite ever! Every person throughout the entire process was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend CFM Stone!!

Horrible customer service. Lost 4 days of work due to their scheduling problems. Waited all day to be called at end of business that they can't make it. Drilled 1 hole instead of 2 for faucet. Mismeasured backsplash (too thick) & took 6 weeks to cut down! Several defects (stark white circles) in counter that no one would address. Called & emailed owner without any response back. Terrible experience.

CFM did a beautiful job with our quartz countertops and backsplash. The attention to detail was amazing! Even the veining matched up perfectly! Every person who came to our home from the measurement to the installation, was professional, polite, friendly and considerate! In this time of Covid, I was a bit anxious to have workmen in our house, but they wore masks and were very careful to maintain social distance. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the fabulous job CFM did!

We are giving CFM 5 star plus rating!!! The quartzite that we purchased for our complete kitchen renovation and half bath is beautiful. They provided personal design assistance on the template layout and worked well with our desire to complete the project by Christmas with days to spare! Tom, the owner and Nicole were very professional and efficient to work with. Bobby and Dave are very knowledgeable regarding the fabrication and layout. They never complained about our frequent visits to match the cabinets and flooring and pulling out the slabs to view. The process was seamless. We highly recommend CFM and would use them in the future!

This isn't the first stone shop I have used, but it will be the only one from now on. I have purchased 2 remnants to take care of 2 small apartment kitchens so far and both experiences have been great. Christine always seems to be there when I stop in to pick out stone and she is great. They have the remnants onsite and you should know roughly the measurements that you need before you go so they can steer you to remnants that may work for you. Once you have chosen your stone, they send you an estimated invoice. After they come out to measure, they will update it in case your measurements go up or down. Their accuracy with measuring is fantastic and they drill any faucet holes on site. They have always had a very quick turnaround from measuring to installation (within a week). Make sure your cabinets are installed before they come out to measure. I will be using them when I do my own kitchen soon. Highly recommend.

Worst customer service ever. Had to take 4 separate days off of work to meet them in 4 hour window. Of course they called at 6pm that they wouldn't make it on 2 occasions. Drilled 1 hole instead of 2 for faucet. Backsplash too thick & took 6 weeks for them to cut down. Several defects in counter that never addressed. CFM Stone, Granite and Marble Countertop was chosen and paid deposit. Counter measurements were taken and one week later the counter was scheduled to be installed. That morning Nicole called asking me for model number of our sink (they had in possession for a week). I had no idea what the model number was so they agreed to "give us" a new under mount sink. A few days later (Bill) measured for backsplash. Three installers for the backsplash argued the entire time during the installation process. I had also requested that seam areas be polished as they were not smooth. The "polisher" said he could do the seam in the front of the sink but not near the area located adjacent to the faucet. During installation one section of the backsplash was cut too short (height) so they took that piece back to be replaced. A week later they returned with the newly cut section and after it was installed the one section located behind the faucet was noticeably shorter (I realized their frustration). Installers were grumpy and asked if I wanted to have it taken back. I replied that I did. Much to my surprise, I found they had removed all sections of the backsplash and left without saying anything. CFM (Nicole) called me that afternoon asking for final payment. I was shocked and told her the job was not completed but she relayed the workers told her I did not want the backsplash installed! After continued discussion acknowledging our frustration with CFM (heated at times), I told Nicole we wanted the job done. I also asked to speak to the owner but never received a call from him. The situation would be remedied with a new section being cut to match up with the other backsplash. Backsplash installation was scheduled on a Friday with a 4-hour window from 10-2. The installers never showed up and we did not receive a call regarding what happened. I called CFM for clarification regarding the issue and Tom (president of CFM) talked to my husband (Steve answered the phone and put Tom on the line). Tom advised he would be out to look at the job. Tom arrived on Monday and installed the backsplash with no problem and was able to polish the area where his worker said could not be done. Although the project was finally completed, I would not recommend CFM. Staff is very unprofessional and it was a very long process with so much frustration and aggravation. 2018

Terrible service, rude employees and rushed installation. We'd been scheduled 3 weeks for installation between 2-6pm - the installer called us at 11 and said he's on his way, my wife told him we were both at work but we'd be home within the original scheduled timeframe - he replied ok it'll have to be after 3 then. We took time off work and waited all day just to receive a call around 5:20 that he wasn't coming due to personal obligations and that he'd like to reschedule. After explaining the situation he unhappily agreed to come that night and showed up around 5:55 (Which is still within our original scheduled timeframe). The guy comes in the house with a terrible attitude and quickly slaps down our island countertop - no measuring, no leveling, no double checking - he didn't even bring up the payment balance or paperwork for me to sign off on! I requested that he measure the overhang as it clearly wasn't even on all sides - he quickly ball-parked a measurement and said "You're good" as he was walking out the door leaving the moveable island directly in front of our refrigerator (You're not supposed to touch the countertop until it sets so you'd think he'd put it back in place). My wife came downstairs took 1 look at the countertop and said what the heck? I called him on his cell and requested he come back and fix the sloppy rushed job or I'd be calling his boss in the morning - he got mad swore at me and replied "Go ahead call my f'n boss - that's how you do it!". We called a family friend out that night to fix the issue before the countertop set crooked and uneven. I called the next morning to speak to the owner - I was told he wasn't available so I explained the situation to a manager there who said she'd pass it along to the owner. It's been almost a week now, we still haven't heard from the owner after calling twice and just received a bill in the mail for the remaining balance with a note threatening to remove the countertop if the balance wasn't paid in full as per the owner. It seems this sort of terrible service and behavior trickles down from the top at CFM stone - do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
