This review is way over due. Luis has done several stone countertop installations for us over the last few years and he has always done a beautiful job. He’s professional, hard-working, reliable, fair and does beautiful quality work. I have recommended him over the years and everyone I’ve sent his way has been thrilled. We have a big kitchen remodel coming up and will also be doing another bathroom soon as well and I reached out to Luis today to get an estimate and he called me back immediately and was so patient, going back and forth over text with all of my questions. Wow!!!! Luis's customer service is exemplary! I called and left a message to 3 companies! I received a text back immediately from Luis! He made an appointment to help me with my needs, sent pictures and led me to his website to show me his work before I even met with him! Thank you Luis for helping me achieve my goal! We love Luis! He has done great work on two countertops for us and even found us a great deal on a remnant marble we could use around the tub! We will go to Luis for all our future granite/marble/quartz needs. He is so fast, professional, and does great work! He truly tries to help make things affordable and works with his customers. For any remodeling, it’s nerve-wracking because I never know if I can trust the person. I much prefer to hire someone who is decent than someone who can do it faster or cheaper. I already had good feelings about Luis just with text exchanges, so when he came and agreed to take on our job, we were relieved. When we replaced kitchen cabinets, we were told that we would need to replace the countertop too by several people. We liked our old black granite countertop and we wanted to keep it. We were told “It’s not possible.” “They won’t be able to remove it without cracking it.” “That’s not how it’s done.” In search of finding someone who can remove it and reinstall it, I was ready to call many numbers. Of course, I called the highest rated place on Yelp, Central Coast Countertops. Thank goodness, Luis responded right away. He came out to our house to see if it is possible before he agreed to take the job. Luis said I was only the third person to ask to save the countertop in his 35 years of business! He said he is 99% certain that this will work out. I didn’t need to call anyone else. When Luis came, I mistakenly thought he worked alone, that this project might take some time. Silly me! He brought a crew of 4-5 people both for removal and installation, and they worked so fast and efficiently. It was such a nice surprise. Modifications were done to match the size difference of the new counter space. His modifications were cleverly done, so precise, and matched the original perfectly. We were in awe. Luis and his team are such good people, and we were so happy with the result, I had to have a picture taken with everyone before they left. No wonder Luis is rated number one! Thank you so much for doing such a beautiful work for us!

Luis and his team are fabulous. They took care of all our quartzite needs for our home remodel. They had our kitchen countertops ready in about 8 days and delivered the counter tops perfectly. They did this at a reasonable price. We have s second need in another room and we are planning to use them again. Good workmanship and quality.
