I cannot say enough fantastic things about our experience with Cary Granite. Their timely reply from when I was requesting a showroom visit. The staff very friendly and knowledgeable, and listened to the type of quartz I was looking for. We worked with three other companies and chose Cary Granite and loved that they could source and do the fabrication all in house. They offered us to come down for the layout on our island and counters prior to cutting. The turn around was only a week from the measuring- which I thought was amazing for this area. Again-from start to finish- we could not be more pleased- and the added bonus is that it is a small family run company.

Cary Granite installed quartz countertop in our kitchen last December and they did a superb job. We selected them seeing their Google reviews and are very glad to have done so. They were first in our list of installers. They invited us to visit their showroom. We liked some of the quartz slabs they had in stock. There was absolutely no pressure but always honest responses to our queries. Kate Murphy was wonderful and she responded to our emails promptly. We did get quotes from two other installers: one came lower and the other higher than Cary Granite's. But what made us select Cary Granite was their trust in us. We asked them about payment and was told to write a check and give it to their installers after they have completed the job. But the other two installers wanted us to pay 50% of the cost before the slab is cut and the other 50% before the installers enter your house! This showed that they had no trust in us and found it unacceptable. So, we signed up with Cary Granite. They were very helpful, professional, and accommodating from start to finish. Owen did a great job with templating, and both he and Kate sent us pictures before the slab was cut and sought our input. We wanted a "zero-reveal" sink installation. They told us that though they mostly do a "slight negative reveal" installation, they will do a "zero-reveal" installation for us. The seam is where they told us it should be and you can hardly see it. Luis and his team of installers did a great job and the countertop looks like a piece of art. We are so glad to have gone with Cary Granite, and if we have to do another installation, we won't contact any other installer but sign up with Cary Granite right away.

Our bathroom vanity came out better than we could have ever expected thanks to the Murphy's and Cary Granite! They have an amazing selection of counter top options and were exceptionally knowledgeable about each stone's characteristics and care. It is abundantly clear that they love what they do and care about their customers. Cary Granite's service and professionalism is unmatched in the Triangle!

Working with Owen at Cary Granite was a great experience. Owen was very patient with us as we picked out many different samples. The pricing was very reasonable and the turnaround time between when he made the template to when they delivered and installed the new counter tops was amazingly fast. Highly recommend!
