I just want to say that not all heroes wear capes and the people of Carol’s Carpet are definitely proof. Here’s my story: I am in the process of starting my own business and had renovated my store front to prepare for an upcoming inspection. Nearing the end of completion of the renovations I had a local contractor that would be installing coilbase trim for flooring stop showing up/ communicating with me. I was devastated because payments were already completed (5300.00). I went to the business to get some kind of understanding. I was greeted by a locked door with the contractor staring at me with no intention of opening the door. I felt cheated. As I got back into my car to return to my storefront I saw that Carol’s Carpet was open. Once inside, I was greeted by Kellie and I told her my story as I ugly cried. Stephanie was so easy to work with. Marcos and his crew also came when scheduled and on time. Knocked out three rooms in a little over five hours. They definitely knew what they were doing and cleaned up when they were finished. Very professional. Excellent work. I love my new LVP flooring!
