I specifically asked for Marco and his assistant to install my new flooring as they have done a fantastic job on three other occasions.I appreciated Michael Moore working with me to get Marco. Once again they did a superb job on the installation. They moved all my appliances carefully and returned everything to it's proper place. They did an excellent clean-up job and my house seems cleaner than before they started! As long as Michael and Marco are on-the-job, Carol's Carpet will be my go to place and my first recommendation to anyone else .

Our church had a pipe burst and it flooded half of our sanctuary on a Saturday. We contacted Slade Price with Carol’s Carpet and they worked with us and Alfa Insurance to get the price within our repair budget. The workers were quick, efficient and they expedited the work, so it was completed before our next Sunday service! My pipe busted in my home, and someone referred me to Kellie, and she was AMAZING!! My hardwood floors that recommended for me was so beautiful, it made my home very spacious and brought out the color scheme in all of my rooms. They didn't take a long time, the work they did came out PERFECT, and I am very OCD. Carol's Carpet did a great job installing tile in our guest bedroom, den, hall, bath, utility room and two closets. Every tile is level. The layout is symmetrical and balanced. I have absolutely no complaint and can't imagine a better job.

Slade made the process of new flooring easy from a start to finish. We needed to replace old carpet and Slade helped us choose the a color and texture of floating flooring that would coordinate with other floors in the house. The installation was fast and our furniture and space were treated with respect by their technicians. The end result is wonderful and we will definitely return to Carol's for any of our future flooring needs.

I purchased some granite from Carol's Carpet recently. If you decide to use them, Deborah is the best! The experience was great overall. Everything arrived on time and things. But after the product arrived at my home I realized that it was not sealed. The company refused to fix the issue. They directed me to seal it myself. They were super nice until they received my money. Smh
