I called 7 places and got quotes and was told the island in my kitchen was to big for a single piece of granite. I was also told they didn’t make the color granite. Got really frustrated with the search until a friend told me to call Josh so I did. Said he’d come give me a free estimate the very next day. Josh came out and measured and told me he could get exactly what I wanted, one piece and the material that I wanted. Josh came out with the guys for the install and it looks Incredible and the price was over $1,000 less than the other quotes installed. I would highly recommend Josh and his business. I would give Carolina Countertops 10stars if I could!

Josh treated us like friends- we weren’t just client number, he made us feel like we weren’t rushed to make a decision. He spoke to our kids, and was so patient- I had a quote from him later on that same day (Friday) and then he came back out the following Monday to do official measurements! His installers came about a week later to install and they were so kind, clean and professional! We couldn’t be happier with our new countertops and so thankful we went with Carolina Countertops!

I can not say enough good things about Josh and his team, headed up by Daniel. From going out of his way to find the exact look of stone I was going for, to installation Josh and the team were professional, friendly and accommodating. The stone they installed is beautiful and the communication through out the process was excellent. I could not ask for a better experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for someone to help them with their home. I plan to call on them again when I renovate other rooms in my home.

Josh was by far the most no-nonsense countertop specialist I contacted (and ultimately who I went with for that reason). He takes a straightforward approach to sizing up the job and doesn't balk at potential difficulties, such as tricky cut-outs. I had to get new countertops as the scope grew for a kitchen sink project, so I didn't think I would be happy about having to replace countertops that didn't really need replacing aside from the fact that they didn't fit the new sink. However, Josh and his team did a fantastic job - the cuts, edges, polish, and stone itself are terrific, and it is a definite unexpected upgrade. On top of that, his team managed to get out the old countertop without damaging any of my tile backsplash, so my "clean-up" is basically zero. Overall, I really appreciated working with someone who went the extra mile (he happily cut the old granite into pieces for me to use in furniture) and didn't treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about (as most other companies I reached out to did).

We left a voicemail message for Josh and within minutes he replied via text to discuss our situation. He then came to our home the same day to repair a kitchen granite countertop chip. So impressed with his work, Josh earned our business for another project. Extremely professional with exceptional commitment to service.
