Capaul StoneWorks did an utterly fantastic job coordinating and installing our new granite kitchen countertops AND backsplash from start to finish. The process can be a little overwhelming and involves a number of steps and in home/office appts. Every member of Capaul went beyond the call to ensure a timely, pristine, well organized and beautifully executed job. Always on time, always highly professional, armed with the latest technology and expert installers, Capaul ended up with the lowest quote and earliest timeframe to boot. I don't give them 5 stars; I give them a hundred! Thank you Capaul and COSMOS Granite and Marble for their gorgeous selection of stone and their help in the process. (Hope the pics come out OK.)

I’m not sure my words will do the work that Capaul Stoneworks did enough justice. They made the entire process so easy from choosing the stone from their one-site slabs all the way through install. They kept me informed at every step and change, and triple checked every measurement if I asked. The knowledge, patience and reassurance they graciously gave me through this process is undoubtedly the best customer service from any contracting or home improvement team I have ever experienced. The before and after photos leave me breathless. I absolutely recommend the entire Capaul team.

Capaul Stoneworks and their plumbing subcontractor was a pleasure to work with over a sustained period of time. Their sales managers and computer design team were extremely helpful and patient with me as I made up my mind between natural stone, quartz, or porcelain. Their installation team was fantastic, good natured, respectful of my home (especially in the demolition phase) and they did beautiful seam work on the countertops. I would not hesitate to trust this company with your home remodels or when building a new home.

Absolutely loved our experience with the team at Capaul, Tara was super helpful and listened to what I was looking for in the type of color and veining I wanted. I talked to her about our project and she gave me suggestions for a beautiful quartz sink, backsplash and even cabinet pulls and I used every one of her suggestions. We had Capaul Stoneworks replace our tile countertop in our kitchen with quartz countertops. Everyone we encountered was fantastic and it was obvious that it was very important to them that we were happy with the final result. Josh was especially good during the installation phase. I highly recommend using them!

Capaul was amazing to work with. Their number 1 priority was to make sure we were happy with the end product. When our contractor made a measuring error with our quartz countertops in the kitchen, Capaul came in and fixed it after our remodel was finished. They did not have to do this, but they did. And not only did they spend most of their day fixing this error, they also made sure everything else involving this project was perfect. (We also had 2 bathrooms remodeled.) I would definitely trust Capaul with any project I had involving their products. Our quartz countertops are beautiful!

I chose Quartzite for my large kitchen island project in the color Bianco Superior and absolutely love the fresh and lighter style that it brings to my open concept kitchen. Did I mention their quick timeline? They manage their schedules closely and from the date of my deposit, the work was completed in three weeks time. Capaul Stoneworks just replaced my bathroom countertop with quartz and I would like to recommend them to anyone looking for stone work. I’ve been so impressed with every aspect of this company’s performance. As first time granite purchasers, we had a lot of questions. Once we ordered the granite, the communication was excellent. Heath was professional and kept promises and returned phone calls in a timely manner. When we had concerns about the sealing of the countertop, Heath did not hesitate to send someone to the house to take care of it. This is a company that stands behind their products and their employees. Everyone we dealt with from sales to billing have been friendly and helpful.

They do great work but seem to have trouble keeping the time frame of appointments they set. They give you a two hour window and both jobs I have used them on they have had to reschedule to a later time. That may not seem like a big deal, but when you plan your day around that time frame....’nuff said. Workmanship is great.
