So far it has been a seamless experience for us! We had an initial zoom consultation (since we live 2 hours away) and had a follow up appointment in store a few weeks later. We were able to tweak our designs a little and see materials in person before making a decision. We just received notification that our cabinets are ready for collection, and we're excited to get them installed!

40 + calls over 2-3 weeks and they never answer the phone. The “owner “ replies to the negative reviews to “help” but doesn’t answer the email you send her. We have been waiting 1.5 weeks to hear back from Gloria, the “owner “. They are literally screening our calls because they don’t want to deal with us/don’t have answers. In the meantime we are still waiting on a guess of when to expect the replacement cabinet that we paid for 3+ weeks ago and is now over 2 months delayed. They still haven’t spoken to the fact that they sold us used cabinets that they are trying to pass off as new, and the sales lady changed our order without telling us. Don’t give this company your business. I’m ready to start consulting attorneys.

Starting with the phone call, Aaron was kind, respectful and informative. He gave excellent customer service and was really great. After being treated so rudely by Home Depot, it was a breath of fresh air to get such great service. Once inside the store, which we went on a Saturday, they were welcoming and warm. Aaron again assisted in getting us started in the direction we needed to go in and helped us until one of the sales representatives could take over with the design and quote. Morgan has been outstanding with her bright personality and disposition. The process was swift and smooth and we cannot wait to get our new kitchenette completed. Cabinets to Go is a one stop shop and we were able too pay for the design and installation all in one process! Great place to shop and I am grateful for the helpfulness and kindness we received. Worth it all!

Super efficient and helpful. We spent months of back and forth at Home Depot and couldn’t get our plan finished. We spent a few hours with Morgan and got exactly what we wanted and our order was being created before we left after signing off on the contract. Great experience.

We had a fantastic experience with the Everett branch of Cabinets To Go. We worked primarily with Kristina Nettles. She was efficient, professional and personable. She assisting with the design of our entire kitchen remodel. She gave great input and expertise. She responded quickly to all questions and phone calls. The cabinets arrived in the designated timeframe. One cabinet came slightly damaged. We contacted Kristina who had us submit pictures and requested a replacement cabinet. Marianne from the Everett office followed up for us to ensure it was being handled. She also followed up with us to communicate the anticipated delivery of the replacement. It was replaced it without any hassle. We are very pleased with the Everett Cabinets To Go and would recommend it!

Time to update my lovely 1990 contractor's special in my townhome. I did a lot of comparisons and didn't want to spend a ton of money but didn't want to go cheap either. Que Cabinets to go. I had reached out to them VIA email before we went into the showroom. The assistant manager was super amazing and got back to me answering any questions that I had without being super sales-y and pushy/ Nothing is worse than that. At the time they were running a special, by an upper get a lower free. Great, let's do it. I thought that it would take weeks and weeks just because that is what everything is now. My cabinets actually came in early! We chose just regular cabinets that you put together yourself and install. So far, everything has gone off without a hitch. I highly recommend that you go see them here. Not pushy, betting than a big box store. Even the delivery guy was polite and gave me a heads up on when he would be there to drop them off.

Honestly just don't. From day one I had issues but was made out to believe my kitchen would be done before July 2024. My cabinets were left outside for the installer to bring into the designated area of my house. It down poured all weekend and the company tried telling me that my warranty would be voided. There was cracks in doors, one ENTIRE cabinet is the wrong shade but they tell me it's just my lighting. The designer didn't take into account my ceiling lights and I trusted a professional but when the installer went to install a floor length cabinet the light was going to be covered by the cabinet and he had to cut into my ceiling and pull the light forward so the cabinet would fit. That's an expense I have to foot to find someone to replace, patch, texture and paint my entire ceiling to match the original ceiling color. I choose Nantucket Bluff and a Pewter. The wood is so soft there is dings all over it, that's "normal wear & tear" even though the finish date wasn't until after Nov for me to have a fully functioning kitchen. The paint chips, it peels off, again it's normal wear & tear and I can use the paint sticks to fix it. These are cabinets are something a slum lord wouldn't even place in their rentals.

The kitchen designers here have no degrees and are trained on the job. This means a big waste of time and money for you, the customer. It took weeks for the supposed designer to reorder the correct their mistakes. Get your designs from a real designer with a degree or years of experiences of experience. I notice this company pays just over minimum wage, no wonder the mistakes. Best to avoid a company that has no value for their employees because they will have no value for anything else.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had!!!! They are literally repackaging used cabinets at the factory and selling them to us as new. When I let the sales woman Marianne know she said sometimes customers pull a fast one on them and she trains the warehouse to recognize used cabinets. Total BS, they were repackaged at the factory with tissue and styrofoam, parts missing, scratches, and hardware still installed in the "new" cabinets. It's been almost a month since we let them know and we still don't have a date of replacement even though we have called and emailed several times. Not to mention that the sales woman changed our order of her own accord and didn't inform us. Now we need a replacement cabinet that we have no idea when we are getting even though we paid for the replacement. We have 2 young kids and delaying a kitchen remodel by over a month due to incompetence is very frustrating. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

If you expect to go to this "showroom" to actually see the cabinets and configurations, don't waste your time or gas. We wanted to look at what they had for bathroom vanities and they only had one. There were a handful of kitchen cabinets. The rest of the "showroom" was just the different doors and, colors and hardware. The couldn't even provide a catalog with the different bathroom vanities. You're better off going to Ikea.
