So far it has been a seamless experience for us! We had an initial zoom consultation (since we live 2 hours away) and had a follow up appointment in store a few weeks later. We were able to tweak our designs a little and see materials in person before making a decision. We just received notification that our cabinets are ready for collection, and we're excited to get them installed!

40 + calls over 2-3 weeks and they never answer the phone. The “owner “ replies to the negative reviews to “help” but doesn’t answer the email you send her. We have been waiting 1.5 weeks to hear back from Gloria, the “owner “. They are literally screening our calls because they don’t want to deal with us/don’t have answers. In the meantime we are still waiting on a guess of when to expect the replacement cabinet that we paid for 3+ weeks ago and is now over 2 months delayed. They still haven’t spoken to the fact that they sold us used cabinets that they are trying to pass off as new, and the sales lady changed our order without telling us. Don’t give this company your business. I’m ready to start consulting attorneys.

Cabinets To Go has been awesome to work with. The design service worked great, the product is high quality, and the price is affordable. They will be getting more of my business.

Starting with the phone call, Aaron was kind, respectful and informative. He gave excellent customer service and was really great. After being treated so rudely by Home Depot, it was a breath of fresh air to get such great service. Once inside the store, which we went on a Saturday, they were welcoming and warm. Aaron again assisted in getting us started in the direction we needed to go in and helped us until one of the sales representatives could take over with the design and quote. Morgan has been outstanding with her bright personality and disposition. The process was swift and smooth and we cannot wait to get our new kitchenette completed. Cabinets to Go is a one stop shop and we were able too pay for the design and installation all in one process! Great place to shop and I am grateful for the helpfulness and kindness we received. Worth it all!

Super efficient and helpful. We spent months of back and forth at Home Depot and couldn’t get our plan finished. We spent a few hours with Morgan and got exactly what we wanted and our order was being created before we left after signing off on the contract. Great experience.

We had a fantastic experience with the Everett branch of Cabinets To Go. We worked primarily with Kristina Nettles. She was efficient, professional and personable. She assisting with the design of our entire kitchen remodel. She gave great input and expertise. She responded quickly to all questions and phone calls. The cabinets arrived in the designated timeframe. One cabinet came slightly damaged. We contacted Kristina who had us submit pictures and requested a replacement cabinet. Marianne from the Everett office followed up for us to ensure it was being handled. She also followed up with us to communicate the anticipated delivery of the replacement. It was replaced it without any hassle. We are very pleased with the Everett Cabinets To Go and would recommend it!
