We discovered Cabinet plus after a bigger store quoted us $20,000 for cabinets alone. Within an hour of entering Cabinets plus, they had a mock up of our kitchen in their system as well as a cost for us. Alex did a great job working with us and changing things in the layout.At no point did we feel rushed to make a decision. The installation of cabinets took about 3 days. after they came in. Any issues we had, Cabinets Plus was more than willing to fix. Cabinets Plus made sure we were 100% satisfied before requesting the final payment. The end results were just as wonderful as we expected and half the cost of the other company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My Wife and I couldn't be more thrilled with the Taj Mahal countertops that Cabinets Plus installed in our home. From the very beginning, their customer service was top-notch—knowledgeable, attentive, and patient as we navigated through our options. We really wanted to have the stunning Taj Mahal quartzite, and Artem and Alex were really helpful of finding the perfect slabs for us. The result far exceeded our expectations. The countertops themselves are absolutely gorgeous. The soft, creamy tones with delicate veins of gold and gray create a sophisticated, timeless/ modern look that complements my kitchen beautifully. The natural variation in the stone adds an element of uniqueness to each surface, making it feel like a true work of art. The finish is flawless, with a perfect balance of sheen and matte that’s easy to maintain, while still giving the space a luxurious feel. What truly stands out, however, is the quality of the installation. The team at Cabinets Plus did a flawless job especially with the custom breakfast table attached to the island. Every edge is smooth and precisely cut, and the seams are virtually invisible. They worked efficiently and with attention to detail, ensuring everything was level and aligned perfectly. I bought cabinets here in November of 2024. We definitely had a rocky start and ran into problems along the way, but in the end, they made sure everything was done right. I ended up with a beautiful kitchen at a reasonable price.

Mei Ping did a fantastic job so I referred people and unfortunately she was no longer working there and the service & outcome was very poor. They messed up the cabinets multiple times and delayed the bathroom remodel by a few months. The cabinet delivery team doesn’t speak any English so they are extremely difficult to work with. They would just drop off pieces in the driveway and drive away without any paper work or explanation leaving the wrong pieces multiple times. When we would try to ask questions they just walked off, never responding or acknowledging and driving away when we were clearly trying to ask about something. Very poor customer service. They need at least one that speaks English or is courteous enough to have an employee that does speak English on the line ready to speak with customers.

We went to multiple places around town, and Cabinets Plus ended up getting our business. Their quote for the kitchen and countertops was the best we could find, and the service was top notch. Salesman listened to what we wanted and also suggested a few places to go find a countertop slab. We installed the cabinets ourselves, all went well. Their team came out to install the granite, they did a great job, very professional.

I work for a construction company and Andrey at cabinets plus is our rep. He takes care of all our cabinet, counter tops, and backsplash needs! He even takes care of some of our flooring jobs! Cabinets plus is a dream of a company to work with. They always go above and beyond! Amazing customer service and always providing great products! We ordered countertops from this company, and the salesperson we worked with was fantastic. The countertops themselves were beautiful and high-quality. However, the two ladies at the front door (a blonde and a brunette) were incredibly disappointing. They lacked customer service skills, were unhelpful, and came across as rude. We visited the store several times to explore different countertop options, and each visit was met with the same unpleasant attitude from them. If it weren’t for our nice salesperson, I would have rated this experience zero stars. I hope the management reads this and addresses the issue to ensure future customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect. I may stop by again to see if the service improves, if not we’ll be taking our business elsewhere for our next kitchen project.

Recently we had the very positive experience of purchasing a quartz countertop from Cabinets plus. The price was substantially less than the other 5 quotes I received. The product quality and installation skill were all I could have wanted. Monica who did the quote, Nick who did the template, Vitaly and Boldon who installed all were polite & professional. Very professional in what they do. Me and my wife are ecstatic that we chose Cabinet Plus to do our kitchen. They are easy to work with. We screwed up the first time and they came out the second time to remeasure. Their elaborateness in crafting our kitchen deserves to be admired. Well where to start. The showroom was nice and had great examples to choose from. The staff listened to my needs and provided wonderful feedback to create a new layout. I had measurements in advance but Cabinets Plus came out and verified. If you want fast installation for a full kitchen remodel...PLAN AHEAD. (6 weeks) I was prepared. I had cabinets, counters, appliances, and flooring replaced. Some work I did myself. Each phase was at least satisfactorily completed. Some were outstanding. Vlad did an amazingly detailed job on the cabinet installation and added key pieces that ensured great fit. Cabinets Plus was responsive to factory defects and the flooring guys went above and beyond to complete a great installation. The counter guys did a very good job but forgot to shield when adding circle cutoffs on the island corners. Kind of made a mess of debris on everything around but it wasn't horrible. No project is perfect and there will be hiccups along the way for these installations. Lots of moving parts. If you can have some patience you will get more than you pay for with these guys.

Cabinets Plus installed an expensive granite countertop in our kitchen. Someone wasn't paying attention and drilled two holes for a one-hole faucet. Not only do we have a random hole in the top of the counter, upon closer inspection, we realized that in TWO areas of the kitchen, the countertop had been pieced.... yes, expensive black granite, cut and GLUED together. When we went in to speak with the owner about this oversight (his own estimate states, "sold by the sf only, no remnant"), Mr. Velikanov defended his company by saying that gluing remnants together and selling them as one slab was common practice. Really? We spent a lot of time in the Cabinets Plus showroom before chosing our kitchen. No examples of pieced countertops with stray holes drilled for non-existent items were anywhere to be seen in the lovely display kitchens. BUYERS BEWARE... these are NOT honest people. They are selling discards and pieced-together products to unsuspecting customers, and will NOT repair mistakes, replace damaged products or refund you your money. We are absolutely disgusted and cannot believe this happened to us...

I would not recommend this company. At first we were excited that we had found them and that their prices were so reasonable, comparatively speaking. We quickly realized that you get what you pay for. They have awful communication & do not show up when they say they will. They were supposed to come on a Friday. So we ripped out our existing counters & removed our sink but they never showed. I called and they said they couldn't make it and would come Monday. After it was installed, the two slabs did not match and they hadn't measured the sink correctly. So they rush ordered our quartz and gave us a $400 discount. Which we were very grateful for! It ended up being a full week without a sink and plywood for counters. Another mistake they made was they installed the wrong bathroom countertops. I wasn't so mad about that mistake though since I luckily liked them better then the one I happened to pick. Anyways, after a month of our kitchen counters finally being in, a foot long crack started in a corner! We called right away and they said they would be right out to replace. That was in February 2018. After calling and going well over 10 times, we finally had a date for install. And they didn't show up. It's January 2019 and we finally got the new ones installed. However, during install, they broke two of our tiles so now we have to wait until they come to fix that. Hopefully it will not take a year. I will say every time we have called and gone in they are always kind, just very poor follow through.

I can not tell you how much I dislike this company right now. Ordering and paying was no problem at all. They sure like to take your money. But when it comes to them installing it has been a complete nightmare!!!! First they did not measure correctly so they could not finish the install on Friday. We went all weekend with no kitchen. They promised they wpuld be out first thing monday. Called monday and they promised they will be at your place by 4pm. Tried to call them at 5pm after waiting all day and they wont pick up the phone or return your call. It is now 2 days till Thanksgiving and I still do not have a kitchen. Beyond upset and will NEVER EVER work with them again.
