We discovered Cabinet plus after a bigger store quoted us $20,000 for cabinets alone. Within an hour of entering Cabinets plus, they had a mock up of our kitchen in their system as well as a cost for us. Alex did a great job working with us and changing things in the layout.At no point did we feel rushed to make a decision. The installation of cabinets took about 3 days. after they came in. Any issues we had, Cabinets Plus was more than willing to fix. Cabinets Plus made sure we were 100% satisfied before requesting the final payment. The end results were just as wonderful as we expected and half the cost of the other company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My Wife and I couldn't be more thrilled with the Taj Mahal countertops that Cabinets Plus installed in our home. From the very beginning, their customer service was top-notch—knowledgeable, attentive, and patient as we navigated through our options. We really wanted to have the stunning Taj Mahal quartzite, and Artem and Alex were really helpful of finding the perfect slabs for us. The result far exceeded our expectations. The countertops themselves are absolutely gorgeous. The soft, creamy tones with delicate veins of gold and gray create a sophisticated, timeless/ modern look that complements my kitchen beautifully. The natural variation in the stone adds an element of uniqueness to each surface, making it feel like a true work of art. The finish is flawless, with a perfect balance of sheen and matte that’s easy to maintain, while still giving the space a luxurious feel. What truly stands out, however, is the quality of the installation. The team at Cabinets Plus did a flawless job especially with the custom breakfast table attached to the island. Every edge is smooth and precisely cut, and the seams are virtually invisible. They worked efficiently and with attention to detail, ensuring everything was level and aligned perfectly. I bought cabinets here in November of 2024. We definitely had a rocky start and ran into problems along the way, but in the end, they made sure everything was done right. I ended up with a beautiful kitchen at a reasonable price.

Mei Ping did a fantastic job so I referred people and unfortunately she was no longer working there and the service & outcome was very poor. They messed up the cabinets multiple times and delayed the bathroom remodel by a few months. The cabinet delivery team doesn’t speak any English so they are extremely difficult to work with. They would just drop off pieces in the driveway and drive away without any paper work or explanation leaving the wrong pieces multiple times. When we would try to ask questions they just walked off, never responding or acknowledging and driving away when we were clearly trying to ask about something. Very poor customer service. They need at least one that speaks English or is courteous enough to have an employee that does speak English on the line ready to speak with customers.

We went to multiple places around town, and Cabinets Plus ended up getting our business. Their quote for the kitchen and countertops was the best we could find, and the service was top notch. Salesman listened to what we wanted and also suggested a few places to go find a countertop slab. We installed the cabinets ourselves, all went well. Their team came out to install the granite, they did a great job, very professional.

We ordered countertops from this company, and the salesperson we worked with was fantastic. The countertops themselves were beautiful and high-quality. However, the two ladies at the front door (a blonde and a brunette) were incredibly disappointing. They lacked customer service skills, were unhelpful, and came across as rude. We visited the store several times to explore different countertop options, and each visit was met with the same unpleasant attitude from them. If it weren’t for our nice salesperson, I would have rated this experience zero stars. I hope the management reads this and addresses the issue to ensure future customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect. I may stop by again to see if the service improves, if not we’ll be taking our business elsewhere for our next kitchen project.

Recently we had the very positive experience of purchasing a quartz countertop from Cabinets plus. The price was substantially less than the other 5 quotes I received. The product quality and installation skill were all I could have wanted. Monica who did the quote, Nick who did the template, Vitaly and Boldon who installed all were polite & professional.
