I recently had CabinetsNow install quartz countertops in my kitchen and bathrooms, along with new sinks in my bathrooms. While the materials themselves were of good quality, my experience with the contractors and CabinetsNow as a company was far from satisfactory. The contractors they sent did not install my kitchen countertops properly, leaving significant gaps between the kitchen island drywall and the countertop itself, compromising the stability and structure. Additionally, they severely scraped my drywall during the installation. Numerous other professionals who later inspected the work unanimously agreed that the contractors' workmanship was unprofessional and sloppy at best. To add to my woes, one of the bathroom sinks they installed ended up cracking. Communicating with CabinetsNow about these issues was an exhausting process, taking days and even weeks to get a response. When I finally did hear back, CabinetsNow was hesitant to offer fair compensation for the extensive repairs I had to undertake. Ultimately, I was compensated inadequately. The final straw was when the manager at CabinetsNow called and offered me a mere $100 to keep quiet about the ordeal and not post any negative reviews online. This amount didn't even come close to covering the costs I incurred to hire professionals to fix their mistakes. Needless to say, I refused to sign the contract. While CabinetsNow may offer good materials, their professionalism and accountability are severely lacking. If you are considering buying countertops and having them installed, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

We had a very disappointing experience with Cabinets Now. Initially, the purchase of laminate went smoothly, but everything changed when we returned an extra box. The staff member in the back treated us terribly—his behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. He was rude, dropped the boxes on the floor, breaking them, and even went as far as calling my husband names. Being treated like criminals for simply returning an unused product is outrageous and uncalled for. This experience has left us feeling extremely disrespected, and we would not recommend this business to anyone. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, Cabinets Now failed in a big way.

There's highs & lows/ pros and cons to most experiences. We had some bumps along the road.Some miscommunication/ misunderstanding in certain fees - assembly,materials etc...Julios calm, cool,collective temperament/ demeanor throughout was 5 star though!! Couldn’t speak of the quality or price as my husband and I walked around the showroom for 20 minutes with not so much as a “hi” from an employee. Visited on Feb 10 at 12:50pm. Left by 1:10pm. We were obviously there to seek help and peeked in and out of every crevice waiting for someone to help or explain the process. The staff seemed more concerned about sitting back in their offices than to help customers as they walk in. I’ll guess I’ll be doing my entire home remodel through a different company.

Wow! So impressed with this company and website. I was so nervous to order cabinet doors myself. Their videos are so helpful. The shipping was fast. The hinge holes were predrilled but they also had starter holes for the screws to attach the hinges. So impressed. It made the installation process so easy. Worth every penny!!

I bought kitchen cabinets, cabinets for three bathrooms and marble for countertops. when I brought the complete order home, the packages did not include: one side panel for base cabinet, three panels for walls cabinets and back panel for pantry cabinet. I tried talking to Manager Benn. At first he ignored me, and then when I told him that I would report it, he sent me pictures showing my car in front of the warehouse, and fa workers loading packages. There are absolutely no visible marks on the packages. In addition to the bad experience, my pocket also suffered because I had to order and pay again for all the parts that I had already paid for. I will try to get my money back. Beware of these people.

Beware!!! This company charges a refund fee and do not tell you about it at the time of purchase. 2 days ago my 73 year old father was pressured into some funky flooring that's way too dark. He paid for the flooring that they have in stock so this wasn't a special order. The flooring was never pulled or moved from their stock so absolutely no labor was used yet he was charged 80.00 to simply get his money back..? We will not ever come back nor do I recommended doing buissness with Cabinets Now.. As they are not upfront about their shady buissness practices!

Krystal Zhou and the crews from Cabinets Now helped make a BIG difference in our home and our lives. Things like that happen when you work with dedicated professionals. We did a lot of research on kitchen cabinetry, a frustrating nightmare is how my wife described it. That all ended by walking into the Cabinets Now shop at 4375 S. Valley View blvd. Ten minutes after meeting Krystal Zhou life got easier. We found just what we wanted, at a afordable price. (a savings of thousands of $'s over their competitors) The quality of their product is top notch and their service is impeckable. We actually got a lot more than we expected. The installers were total pro's. Clean, efficient and they all worked like a well oiled machine. Less than six hours to build and install all our cabinets and less than four hours the next day to do all our beautiful stone tops. In and out and no one got hurt! (especially my wallet) We whole heartedly and without any reservations recommend CABINETS NOW to friends, family and contractors.

I was looking at tile material to finish full redo of my flooring in my house. I had all laminate material ready purchased from different store. I still undecided direction wanted to go with bathrooms. Friend doing the redo recommended check out Cabinets Now l. It's his go to store. They have fair prices, most stuff have in stock, and have lot of stuff. Happy I went with his recommendation. The showroom is really nice from the minute walk in the store. They have couple full kitchen set ups with different looks and different materials get idea for visual. Lot of materials and samples can look at most of the laminate in the middle showroom. Back room most of the tile material. Also in the front have all different sinks, faucets, and really say most part they have everything. It comes to pricing no expert flooring. It definitely slightly more affordable feel then first store got laminate. The biggest thing love about Cabinet Now versus other store. The warehouse next to the store no needed drive different spot. It still depends on material purchase. Tile purchase they take refunds if order to much and box not open. So able save money cause ended up with ten extra box's. Really nice. The fact they have baseboards. It feels most stores out of it. Customer no doubt five stars. I been in the store three or more times. Tile and then going back purchase baseboards. Everyone contact with friendly, helpful, and made great experience. They answered all questions had cause only second time changed flooring. If looking reasonable prices material not major chain. Cabinets Now is worth checking out!!!

I just had my entire kitchen countertops replaced with quartz and new vanities and sinks and quartz counters in my two baths. I love this company. Very professional and customer service is five star! Jeff, Leo and CiCi are great to work with. The whole project from start to finish only took three days. They even clean up at every phase. Day one the demolishing crew comes in. After unsuccessfully trying another vendor, we saw Cabinets Now Vegas while driving down Valley View. We went in and met with Ben Chen, who went over our plans for putting in new kitchen cabinets. He arranged for measurements to be taken and once those were done we ordered the cabinets. Due to an odd configuration in our kitchen, the order took a couple of weeks, due to the custom design needed. The installation took two days and was done flawlessly. The installer took extreme care and paid close attention to detail. The countertops were installed the next available day, and that work was done wonderfully as well. Kudos to Cabinets Now Vegas and to the team that performed the installations. We will definitely use them for future bathroom cabinet and counter replacements.

Clearly we have had a year! Yes, they closed for a while and my husband had to put a kitchen remodel on hold for a client. But we are happy they reopened and have been back to normal. We choose Cabinets Now due to their large selection and available options compared to other places. Our Sales Rep, Crystal, was helpful and friendly with assisting us. We had a couple of minor unforeseen issues that came up during the install, and Crystal was able to get us through them. They kitchen turned out great and is a big upgrade over the 1980s style that it was prior. They did a professional job and at a price far cheaper than Home Depot or Lowe's. For our future upgrades of the floors and bathrooms, we will be using Cabinets Now.

I decided to use Cabinets Now because of their nice showroom. I ordered all of my kitchen and bathroom cabinets thru Ben. I also ordered my kitchen and bathroom sinks and faucets thru Ben. Ben is a very reasonable guy who wants your kitchen and bathroom to look the best it can be! When everything arrived, I was astonished by the quality of the cabinets, the sinks and faucets. The cabinets are solid wood and the faucets are solid stainless steel. Also, the installers were very meticulous and detailed, they were great. I was able to get the 5 boxes of vinyl planks when I could not find them online or at the store I purchased the first batch. The person that installed the floor messed up and I was in desperate need of the 5 boxes I needed to repair the bad spots. The service was fast and good. They had all their employees wearing face mask and keeping their distance while still giving great service. Very happy I didn't think I would find them. They have a large selection.

This review is long over due. This place was recommended to us by our realtor and contractor who have completed many projects using them. Our realtor told us to look for Cici and boy are we glad we did. We weren't really sure what we wanted except that we wanted our cabinets to be an espresso color. We must of done at least 3 revisions to Cici's design and she was so patient with us. Even when we already agreed on a design and she already ordered our cabinets and then a few days later we changed our minds she called the vendor and fought for us to change one of our cabinets. If you're going to come here for anything look for Cici, you won't be disappointed.

I am remodeling my home and needed new cabinets. I brought in my kitchen design. I worked with Ben and Janice. Both were very helpful. Janice even caught an error in my measurements. I'm a "do everything myself" type of guy so I figured I could do the cabinets too. Cabinets are very nice, good quality. They weren't too difficult to put together. I could have used a bit more instructions on how everything went together but I found some Utube videos from the manufacturer. Finally finished. Thanks! I plan on buying more dumpy houses and would definitely use Cabinets now again.

I bought new cabinets for my kitchen and had Cabinets Now install them as well. Jorge the installer was polite, kind, neat and did a great job as well. If you are looking for cabinets don't waste time or money other places here is where you need to go. To be honest the older reviews on this page scared me a bit but I cannot be happier with my cabinets or the job that Cabinets Now did. They came out and measured, the next day we designed what we liked for cabinets and drawers in the store and we received a 3-D print out of our new kitchen. The next week all the old cabinets were removed and 36 hours later I had all new cabinets installed. I will recommend Cabinets Now to anybody looking for quality real-wood cabinets at a good price and seamless installation!

I'm in real estate and I do a lot of remodeling. The service that I receive here is outstanding. There are no language barriers and the staff is very helpful. The manager, Janice, is a very knowledgeable and customer oriented. My contractor and I have bought a lot from this company and we continue to do so because of the pricing and the service. They have a very fair policy regarding broken tiles etc- things happen in shipping. Follow their instructions and you're golden.
