If you want your project to be done Won't agree to that,in a timely fashion call someone else. We signed a contract on July 30 2018, because The sales person, Ken, said it was their slow season so it wouldn't take too long. What a lie. Make sure you put everything in writing or tape the whole thing. Give them a deadline date and if it's not completed by then charge them so much a day after that date. If they won't agree to that, hen find someone else. I am not sure if they have insurance or not because he ruined my porcelain sink and he replaced it with a stainless steel, contractor special sink. He would not replace my porcelain sink. I should have had several other estimates but lesson Learned.

Same experience as Karen , if not worse. No communication, come and go an hour or 2, every other week at most. No return phone calls . Took most of the $ up front , our mistake to be so trusting :( Damaged tiles, damaged plumbing, left electric and lights hanging from ceiling, incomplete and damaged cabinets, measured so badly, drawers and doors cant be opened. Ryan told us the peninsula cabinet would get a "skin" so it would match the rest of the white cabinetry. It is bare wood colored, and written on with black marker. Manufacturer said there are no "skins", the cabinet ordered by Ken is NOT for a peninsula but meant to butt up against a wall. Even worse, the 2 drawers in that cabinet, jut out 5 inches from cabinet and cannot be closed, plus, have no front, just bare wood. Missing hinges, so 2 doors that are here, cant be installed. Cabinet that would hold sink, is missing the false front piece. Exhaust duct over oven left exposed. No hardware, Unfinished tilework. Missing shelves. 9 months later, kitchen still incomplete, no granite, sink, nothing but lies, poor workmanship and damage to cabinets caused by installer, voiding manufacturer warranty. Worst experience with a contractor ever.

Hired for a simple bathroom shower remodeling job. Was told that job would take 3 weeks.In total it took almost 6 MONTHS to complete. Workers only showed up for about an hour 2 x wk average. Ryan the owner never communicated with us. Acted like our business was last on his agenda. Unfortunately gave him 1/2 the money upfront so we were stuck with his unprofessional conduct.initally he was suppose to remodel both bathrooms but obviously we did not have him move forward.Also from his worker not protecting the tile floor by throwing all their heavy tools on the floor , there are chips and nicks on my bathroom tile floor which will have to be fixed. Endened up having another contractor do the second bathroom which was much more work than the first one and the new contractor completed the job in 2 weeks and was amazing. Do not use INFINITY CABINET and FLOORING. I wish I would have seen all the negative reviews before I hired him.
