Just bought three vanity counter tops from BW Granite. Got a lot of helps from Sam and Grace in the selections to meet our needs and budget. Really appreciate their help and their supervisor Steve in final installation process. The shopping process were very pleasant. Their price was very competitive and they worked with us to find the best options. Definietely recommend.

Absolute nightmare when it comes to install. Measurements were taken 3 times. Backsplash was still cut incorrectly. Original stone supplier only had 2 large slabs from same bundle. We used a different slab for island to make do. When their staff cut the backsplash wrong, they want us to use another slab from the original supplier which does not match the already installed countertop. They are refusing to use the slab that matches the most from another supplier because it's prices higher. THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM! THIS IS NOT TETRIS, I DO NOT WANT MY KITCHEN LOOKING LIKE PATCHWORK!! Their employees incompetency should not be my burden to bear. And the communication with them after they get your money is absolutely HORRIBLE! I also have video of their install quality for anyone that wants it since it won't upload here.

Excellent professional services! Installation of quartzite countertops for my kitchen turned out gorgeous. We worked with Kelly. She was great! As a black couple, we were welcomed and felt valued. Sometimes my husband and I enter businesses and we get treated as if we don’t belong there. We didn’t feel this way at BW Granite. Kelly walked us through everything and provided us a quote with my measurements. She responded quickly. The installation was quick and the countertops look great! We shopped around the city and they also had the best price by far.

We were referred to Grace by friends and it was the best decision!! From beginning to end Grace helped us every step of the way. I had a vision of what I wanted and shared my ideas with Grace. She hit it out of the park! After seeing so many different slabs, Grace called me in for some sample slabs she had received and she nailed it!! BW Granite Design is 10/10! I walked in their location and Grace was quick to help us out. We replaced our old counter tops with new Quartz and could not be happier! They are very professional, great communication and got the job done very quick! After inspection, we noticed a chip in the quartz a few days later and they still came back and got it fixed up perfectly! Price was very agressive compared to others, I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them again in a heartbeat!

The product quality and installation is great. The service is outstanding. I have many concerns and questions to choose the countertop color, material and time for installation. Emma helped me a lot.
