Thank you, Mary Kate!! There are many places to choose from (of course) when choosing home renovations. It’s very overwhelming at times and making educated decisions on the fly can be really stressful. I really can’t say enough about Mary Kate and how wonderful she was to work with. She is kind, calm, a wealth of knowledge and let me interrupt her multiple times while she attempted to hydrate or have breakfast or lunch! This rating is for the first steps in ordering or kitchen . Dave at budget Cabinets was knowledgeable and patient. I will rate and post the overall results when kitchen is completed. I would work with Dave again . My kitchen has been completed. I was very happy with the whole process. If would recommend making an appointment. The people there will be very helpful when they have the time..It is unreasonable to ask them to leave a customer they are already waiting on. Picking out a kitchen is not a fast process.

I did struggle a little bit with my google rating choice because I did have some hiccups with this order along the way. I have been in sales and customer service all my life and I've learned a lot along the ways from both sides of the track. We are all human and people make mistakes. You see anyone can take an order and make a sale but it's what happens after the sale that' really sets the salespeople apart from the top notch customer service providers. Go see Amanda Budget has a wide selection of vanities and tops- - I ordered a double sink vanity w granite top. Price was fair- Amanda is very helpful, very polite. When my Vanity came in for my bathroom remodel, it was damaged. I called her up and she helped me right away, no questions asked. When the new vanity came in it had a scratch on one of the cabinet drawers - again I texted Amanda and she got me a new drawer….. When your spending thousand of dollars it’s important things are perfect. It’s not her fault but she made things right for me. That’s all you can ask in today’s world. Thanks again Amanda -

They sell good quality cabinets and good prices. Two things they need to improve: 1. They have no place for you to inspect your cabinet or countertop. They just load and you find out any scratches or dents at installation. If you insist on looking at what you paid for before it’s loaded, it’s a haste for the loaders and you can look at it in their dimly lit warehouse. 2. The stone countertops they sell do not come well sealed. At loading they told me this, so plan to buy and use an expensive high voc sealer. The water based sealers will not work.

Love, love, love my cabinets and my experience with Budget Cabinets! I dealt with Jim who was great to work with. I called and stopped in several times with questions or when I needed some advice. Jim always was as there to help and always got right back to be, which is so rare these days. Made the whole remodel experience very positive for me (at least the cabinet part!). Had a small issue, not their fault, and they took care of it. High quality, beautiful cabinets. The guys who came to deliver were also awesome. Came wearing masks, and were so friendly yet very professional. Highly recommend.

First impression is that this is a great company to do business with ! My friend and I went up today with no appointment and they took the time to speak to us and offered to come out and do measurements. They carry multiple lines of cabinets at different price points and many lines are made in the US. They also carry countertops, hardware, etc. If you need more than cabinet replacing, they will refer you to some contractors who are willing to do more. Still doing my research so more details to follow but they are in contention based on their first impression!!

Have used them several times in the past and have been very happy. However was there today and was going to purchase and island and countertops. When we walked in there was only one other couple, who were being helped and us. We walked around. The store is not big. There were other employees there. We were never acknowledged, never told someone will be right with you. We waited 15 minutes like we were invisible. Then another couple came in and keep in mind the door rings when someone enters. An employee says to them may I help you. That's when we left. I did call to voice my displeasure and was told sometimes it's busy and we don't know who has been helped. I replied there was only one other couple in there when we arrived. It was not busy and the employees that were visible were not on a phone that they could not have helped. Unfortunately because of poor customer service I will take my business where they want my business

If you want great service as well as quality, then do NOT use Budget Cabinets. We spoke with someone who was very distracted with other things. However, we made it clear to him that we wanted to order a bathroom vanity cabinet, vanity sink top, as well as a medicine cabinet. We chose what we wanted and were very clear when we asked him to order the three items. He said he would as we paid the 50% deposit as requested. After waiting six weeks for our order to arrive, we noticed the medicine cabinet was missing. When we reminded him that he was supposed to order it, he said, "well I can order it now for you, and it will take another six weeks. Because of his error, our bathroom project was put on hold for almost two additional months. He never did apologize for his mistake.
