UPDATE: Tanner was AMAZING to work with! He called after I wrote my first review and they came the next morning to fix the sink, do it right, no charge, and paid for the plumber. I had this company install my kitchen counter tops with an under-mount sink almost 2 years ago. When they first installed it they had several 2x4's and 1x4's screwed together to hold the bottom of the sink up but they didn't touch the bottom of the sink so they had it shimmed so only a small corner was actually touching to hold up the sink. When I called to ask if this was really how it was supposed to be I was told to send pictures and didn't hear back for weeks. I had to keep calling back and finally the girl just told me it was fine. 2 years later I'm filling up a jug in my sink and it falls into my cabinet because the 2x4's ripped out of the sidewall of the cabinet. I now have an unusable kitchen sink and I've called to ask them to fix it and the same girl just says she'll tell the manager... I asked when the manager gets in and she says "she doesn't know his schedule." I asked if she could get a hold of him since I don't have a usable sink and she says "he doesn't take calls or do anything when he's out of the office." I asked if there was anyone they could send to look at it and fix it and she says "there's no one else."

I honestly can’t say enough about Black Granite! Out of all the subs we used on our new construction they were by far the best. Steve and Zac were so kind and professional. They gave us great design ideas that made a big difference in our kitchen, helped us pick out quality stone and all around made the process so easy. Their install crews were amazing too! I had seen them on Dream Home Makeover on Netflix and they were even better in person. So friendly, answered all of my questions and quick! My builder was so impressed by the company. The countertops are beautiful and we are beyond happy with them!

Update: black granite sent some people over and fixed the issues that were bugging me. I’m happy with their service and really appreciate them reaching out especially with such a crazy, challenging year we’ve had. The showroom people were nice and I like the quartz. Only issue is that there’s on little patch in the kitchen where the quartz isn’t polished or something. And the sink was installed unlevel so there’s a pocket where water pools. I called to see if it could be fixed but since it was too long since installation, they won’t address the issues themselves. It is my fault for not calling them sooner about these issues, but we’ve had a crazy year with pregnancy, blood clot, 2 surgeries, new baby, etc. All shortly after moving into the home. So I just didn’t get around to it. It would be nice for them to give a little bit of grace but what can you do?

My contractor “Vertex Homes” used this company for my quartz. First my sink was put in backwards so they had to come and turn it around for me (someone else's mistake). They manage to break my quartz while taking it out and had to come back again because they took it back to fix it. The third time they came was because the caulk that was holding the quartz together was coming apart. I added this quartz in my bathrooms and my kitchen. They fixed it the first time. Now this happened again and it looks so tacky. I am not going to have them come fix it again. I have been living in my house since June 2018. Less than a year and it has been twice. I will take pictures of this. They were very helpful when it came to picking a quartz and were here when they said they would come. My contractor was the one with bad communication.

Emailed twice for a bid. I gave them specs from Wolf and exact countertop product info, including where a slab was in stock and never heard back after a week.
