What a great job! The Staff was very helpful, patient, and extremely polite! The installers were awesome and friendly too! One expensive hiccup...but Big Brother stepped to the plate and fixed it with a rush. Most companies would have stuck it on me. VERY HONORABLE. It came out fantastic!!!! Kitchen is almost finished!!! Woooo Thanks Big Brother!!!

Misleading quotes. Hostile customer service. Do yourself a huge favor if you buy stone from 2nd chance and think you are going to have it cut there for a reasonable price... Don't do it! One of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had in my life. Please save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and go anywhere else.

What an amazing experience from start to finish! The customer service is amazing, the service is impeccable, and everyone, from owner to salesperson to installers, were fantastic to work with. We had a piece that did not fit perfectly, and I was willing for them to drop a small strip in behind it, but they refused to do that and came back with a perfectly cut piece that very same day! All of the work was done in 1 day and they cleaned up after themselves, were professional and attentive to detail. We had 3 counters and a table installed, and only 1 had to be seamed, and it was done so well that you can barely notice it. I was so shocked since I have never had a home improvement project that went so smoothly! I will be recommending Big Brother for sure!!!

Don't do business with these people!!! If I could give them a zero star I would! The manager (Mary) gave sent me to their "Halethorpe" location and have me the wrong address. She had me riding around for 30 min because she gave mw their Baltimore location at first after I asked for the Halethorpe location. Then she didn't provide the a suite number so I kept having to call her back. She was very unprofessional. She picked up the phone by saying "hello" like I wasn't calling a business. When I asked for the owners name she was hesitant on giving it to me and gave me. She had an attitude the whole time and she really inconvenienced me therefore she will not be getting my business It's sad to see a business that acts this way treat customers and i customers this way.

They were a pleasure to deal with. Their price was considerably less than the competition. They made a template for my project on Tuesday and install the granite on Friday. I recommend them highly.

We had Big Brother's replace our Formica counter top with quartz and install a subway tile back splash, new sink and faucet. We could not be happier with the job that was done. Carlos and his team were impeccably professional, responsive and left a clean work site. I would, and will, recommend them to everyone I know!

Awesome experience from start to finish. Chelsea found a remnant of a beautiful soapstone that worked perfectly for our fireplace pad. The team came out and completed the template on a Monday and the install took place Wednesday! I was recommended Big Brother’s and will continue to pass on the recommendation. We will be using them for future projects!

My brother is a contractor and recommended Big Brothers Marble and Granite to me. Went there with my wife on a Saturday checking out the different options. Went back again the following weekend and we made a final decision on quartz. They came out shortly after we made our choice and installed the countertops and they look great! Very friendly and helpful service. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, Big brothers was great. They were polite, informative, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. Very precisely cut stone and flawless installation. They showed up on time for both templating and installation. We love our quartzite bathroom countertop – thanks Big Brothers – we’ll definitely use you again!

Big Brother’s Marble and Granite is a company that I used many times over the years and twice in my own house for two separate kitchens. I will never use them again. After a decision to change the Cabnits in our main kitchen I called them to inquire if they could remove and reinstall the same granite the originally installed. The initial response was “sure” we can do that and I asked for a general idea of price and the lady said she was not sure but it would not be over $1000 so I moved forward with ordering the Cabnits. After many delays and misleading information they wanted $1800 to remove and reinstall 30sq of granite and this was after they had someone come out and measure. I did not even get that quote until several days later and had to call and ask for it. I have decided to go with new Granite and will to go anywhere but this company. They clearly did not want to do my job and rather than being up front about it they wasted my time and gave me a ridiculous quote. Do not waste your time with this company!
