The Quartz installation was spot on, installers showed up right on time, set up, and went right to work. The installation was excellent and when they were done they made sure to clean up and leave the job site better than they found it! Much appreciated!!

I am a professional home builder / remodeler and have used Best Granite (& Cabinets) for my past 3 luxury home projects. Attached are pictures of the kitchens and master bathrooms. I had the cabinets installed by my personal sub-contractors. The quartz, granite, and marble were installed by the Best Granite installers themselves. I have had an extremely overall positive experience with Best Granite: 1) the quality of the materials of both cabinets and granite/quartz is just outstanding, 2) the price is probably one of the most competitive in the area, 3) the schedule (delivery of cabinets, and install for countertops) is very quick, and 4) I absolutely loved the experience of working with Cheema and Dorothy. Great job, Best Granite! I plan on continuing to work with you all on my next projects!

After shopping around for quality wood cabinets for my 4-plex, I found Cheema on Google Maps. His price was more than competitive and his product really solid. His cabinet designer John was very professional and spot on with his plans. Highly recommend this company. I appreciate the complaint by the other reviewer, I only bought the Cabinets, and I did not use his installation vendor. I also purchased the granite separate on this job. With that said, I just purchased 4 more sets of Cabinets and 8 slabs of 3 cm Quartz counters. Again, I believe Cheema’s product for wholesale services is an awesome choice.

I am extremely satisfied with my Counter tops and Installation. They made the selection processes, measurements, purchase, and install a breeze. I choose Carrera Quartz.....They showed up on-time, worked quickly and professionally and they even installed within days notice for me and I will only use this company going forward with all my counter top installs. I'm a Realtor and Real Estate Investor and this was installed in my investment house in Dallas and I am so happy at how amazing the counters look.....the house is under construction during install and they did awesome working around all that was going on. They also provided the sinks cheaper than I could get them anywhere else and installed them at no extra cost. Awesome!!!!!

I am a repeat customer and again very satisfied with my purchase of 12 cabinets from Best Cabinets. Mr. Cheema helped adjust the layout to get the most efficient use of space with the sizes of cabinets available from the manufacturer. We included a corner lazy susan to not lose any valuable storage space. The preassembled cabinets save a lot of time during the hectic installation process. Materials were high quality plywood boxes securely and accurately assembled. Quality hinges allow for detailed door adjustments and all hardware was soft close to extend the life of the cabinets by reducing excessive wear and tear. They were delivered on time and in good condition. They were well organized on 3 pallets allowing the driver to place them in the garage where they would be securely locked until installation the next week. We purchased fillers and trimmed to size to eliminate any gaps and provide a professional, finished look. The remodeled kitchen looks great and has increased the property value by much more than the invested cost. Will continue to be a customer of Best Cabinets in the future.

Would highly recommend & will use in the future. The owner of the company was easy to work with and prompt to respond to calls/inquiries,his shop has hundreds of slabs to choose from in quartz, marble and granite (despite the name of the business). His prices were more than fair, installation and demolition went smoothly. The sinks he provided were top shelf items, not discount builder grade. I went with a calacatta marble - quartz in the kitchen and powder room; and a dark granite with browns and blacks in it for the mahogany wood wet bar area. Looks great. I do wish the round wet bar sink was half the size, it didn't accept a small drain that came with the faucet, instead this is more of a kitchen prep sink and will only take a fullsize kitchen size drain. That's on me - not their fault as the owner told me the size he had; and I could source a new sink on my own, and he'd deduct the price from the whole. I told him to just use what he had. Other then that, great experience. Would highly recommend. Dave did the measuring; and Eric and his team did the installs. They arrived on time, and finished on time. Also the owner gave good advice on matching surfaces to cabinets, sink styles, and talked me out of a copper sink in the wet bar - which was great advice, having talked to several friends who hate their copper sinks - constantly working on them.

I was wowed by this company. There was some discrepancies on time of delivery and the installers made two bad cuts on the quarts. HOWEVER the GREAT news is they fixed it in a timely manner and the results were a new fabulous Kitchen!! You always have to check in the end because sometimes workers do miss things. But these guys addressed any issue I had immediately with satisfactory results.There prices are unbeatable and they really do good work. Thank you to this company for it's great product and hardworking employees. I noticed some of the bad reviews on google on the installation and they must have improved that issue.....

Be wary of these people. I went in and selected the quartz and provided him a dimensioned sketch of what I needed. 2 weeks later he called to schedule the installation and wanted $500 more because he sold the quartz we wanted and would have to now cut a new piece. This guy is a sham. Stay away.

Did not deliver on time! Our bath remodel is on hold because this company could not deliver the window sill on time. Can you believe it. We can't finish the tile, my contractor is irritated and this company doesn't seem to care. If your looking for someone to do your project, look for another company.

Dealing with Best Granite was the single worst experience in building our house. After spending over $9000.00 we were treated horribly. Granite for kitchen island was installed with a 12" long crack in it. They tried to hide it by filling it in with putty and not telling us. When we called the owner to have it replaced he at first denied it was cracked, then once we convinced him it was most definitely cracked he denied they tried to repair it. It took 3 weeks for him to come out and look. Once he saw it was cracked and they in fact did try to patch it he switched stories and said we knew it had a crack it in when we bought it. We insisted it be replaced and he flatly refused. Finally he agreed to give us a discount and refund some of the money for that slab. We agreed to accept the discount since he obviously was not going to replace it. The granite countertops to the left and right of the cooktop were left setting on top of the cabinets not even installed and not cut to the correct dimension of the cooktop. We had to have another company come and finish the install so we could have our cooktop installed. Another piece they installed that has a 2" chunk missing from the side and the outdoor bar counter is not level. He told me on the phone he was done with us and do not call back.

If you go to their website the offer granite at $24 a square foot. Great price so we picked out a slab at this price point. A week later the installer from Best Granite came to our home to measure our counter tops. Everything was going smooth and we were excited to get new granite counters. We returned to the office/showroom to get the quote and they wanted to charge us for 2 slabs. We were naive enough at that moment to believe that we actually needed 2 slabs. We took the estimate along with the measurements that they provided and had an engineer we know place the measurements in AutoCAD software and we realized that the amount of square feet we needed could easily be cut from 1 slab. We returned to the office of Best Granite with the measurements and the AutoCAD report and told the owner we were ready to write him a check for the full amount/installed based on the FACT that there was no need to purchase 2 slabs. He called the next day and was irate and yelled my wife then hung up on her. I called him the next day and he was very hostile, he told me that I had no right to walk around his showroom measuring his granite slabs and I was not a professional so I didn't know how to measure granite. He told me they no longer offer granite for $24 per square ft but he would do it for the original estimate based on 2 slabs of granite at a price of $2100, that amounts to $46 a square ft based in the fact that we require only 1 slab. . Math is Math, it doesn't have room for error. Our AutoCAD estimate was spot on with room to spar. I was very disappointed because before this happen I enjoyed speaking with the owner and felt that we had established trust. I understand the scam of getting people to come in the door thinking they are getting $24 a square foot installed granite. I just wish he would have been honest from the start. He was very angry that someone figured out he was scamming people with his phony math. I plan to pay about 30% less than his offer of $46 per sq ft for my granite now at a trustworthy legit company that can come out within the week. We have waited 1 month all the while we were dealing with a con artist. I wouldn't allow Best Granite to install granite in my home now if they offered it to do it for free. This guy is a crook. I have also read several post since this incident about the granite being cracked that people have purchased and had installed by Best Granite and others that say the owner hanging up on them when called to complain. Do your own research: Verify through BBB, Google reviews and read the "non-recommended" reviews here on yelp. Then make your own decision.

This company is location in Richardson, Texas and they are doing installation for new Granite Countertop. All I can tell you this business is owned by Pakistan guy. This guy is completely dishonest person, he told you one thing in the contract and he will do other thing. We hired him to do our house Granite, he ended up install broker Granite for our bathroom. We called him and sent him the pictures next day. He promised to fix it. He told us to wait. After waiting for more than 2 months. We came back asking him to fix. He acts like he does not know us. He ignores and he said he does not know us .. He is scam business guy.. Selling broken Granite and run away. Please do not do business with this company. This guy is a bad guy Pakistan guy

It's hard being a single woman and a home owner, and the owner of this company just proved that to me again. No product they sell is worth supporting this owner. He is rude, demeaning, and his attitude has been blatantly different towards me when I have had a male friend with me. There is no reason to be in the sales/customer service industry and to treat your customers like they are stupid and and inconvenience. I would never, ever send anyone here to be subjected to that man.
