Excellent Service and Highly Professional. I got granite for my kitchen (Cotton White looks amazing). Pricing is per square feet. No gimmicks like other granite stores based on slabs, etc. They work with you to fit your schedule for slab selection, measurements and install. Everything was on time as promised. Adrian was patient and courteous throughout the process. The whole Best Buy team is prompt and professional.

Fabulous work! Not only did they replace my countertop with a beautiful new one, but when I got a chip in it washing a heavy pan they came out and patched it for me. I can't even tell where it is now. The process to choose and order was simple and they were in and out installing in half a day. On top of that, they replaced my carpeting as well. Great prices and service that makes me wish they did more things I needed just so I could use them again. Absolutely going to recommend to anyone in need.

Stupid idiots. I've been waiting for the curb for 4 days now from the date that they promised they will deliver.

Do Not Use this company! Of course they sound great at first when selling you but we were promised by 4 yes 4 different individuals including the owner Andy that they could match our wood stain. We did understand new wood installation would look different to the rest of our floors but they didn’t even get close. The samples were way off and they didn’t even try. We even provided the stain color we found in storage from previous owner. The installer Salvador was very sure of himself and said to listen to him because he knew. He was quite rude once he was told he had to re-do them. We tried to tell them we weren’t happy w the color but they proceeded anyways. Being upset they had to redo the floors, they left out home a mess, walls damaged and didn’t finish w a buff n polish like we’re supposed to. The owner Andy never followed up w us or came to look at the issues, we had to call him and follow up ourselves. It was a Horrible experience and we were left to fix our home ourselves from their mess and damaged walls and settle with floors that are mediocre and feel rough to the touch but paid $$$ for them.

Herbie and his team installed carpet and luxury vinyl flooring in my home and I couldn't be happier with the finished product or the professionalism and responsiveness of everyone I interacted with at Best Buy. Would definitely use again and recommend to all of my friends and family!

Excellent product choices at reasonable prices. Customer service was exceptional and installation was professional, careful and completed with quality and sensitivity to respecting my property. I purchased granite counters and carpet about 10 years ago from BBC&G and was so pleased that when I needed to replace kitchen and utility floors with plank vinyl along with more bedroom carpet I immediately went to BBC&G. Since installation occurred over 3 days, I was particularly impressed with the concern for my daily functioning and the cleanliness achieved at the end of each day by the installers. I recommend BBC&G without reservation.

I would absolutely recommend Best Buy Carpets and Granite. Best Buy installed hardwood flooring and granite for us and both were done with quality. I have used installers in the past, but I was quite impressed with Best Buy's prices and professionalism.
