We recently hired Bella Kitchen Bath and Flooring to remodel our kitchen and powder room plus put in new flooring, closet doors, and a few other improvements as well as paint the interior of our house. The remodel involved removing two walls between our dining room and kitchen plus removing a window in our kitchen. The team at Bella were wonderful to work with. From the owner, Mark, who had the great idea to replace our pantry with cupboards (including a pantry cupboard) to Michele, our design expert, who offered suggestions for carpet, laminate, cabinets, and countertops that met our design esthetic and made the whole selection process so much easier. Carlos, the construction foreman, displayed great project management skills by ensuring daily that the appropriate team(s) were onsite to keep the work moving. Plus he kept us informed daily regarding progress and what to expect the next day. Everyone at Bella was professional and respectful at all times. We were impressed with their expert construction knowledge and craftsmanship, not to mention their ability to bring the project in on time based on their original estimate. We love our new kitchen and dining room. It feels so spacious and beautiful. We would definitely hire Bella again for future remodeling jobs.

Michele was friendly, knowledgeable about the products, and asked good questions to zero in on what styles and brands would best fit our desires and budget. Thorough our conversation with her, we found out that the owner of Bella, MarkH, had been our bathroom remodel contractor almost 6 years ago when he owned his first remodel company. True professionals! The entire process from start to finish went more smoothly than I've ever seen. Sam's designs, planning and experience are the best. Carlos and his team of top-notch specialists handled every step in the rebuild of our 2 bathrooms and kitchen perfectly. The build of every part of the process: demo, plumbing, drywall, tiling, cabinets, appliance installation, and final touches was done on schedule and the quality of their materials and work are the best in the industry. We have come back time and time again to Bella, they do very good work, but mainly because their designer Sam has a very good eye and helped us design some absolutely stunning rooms. He also has ALL the patience the multiple times I asked "hey how would it look if..." After working with Sam at Bella in 2019 after a slab leak we decided to work with him again on our bathroom remodel. I wouldn't call anyone else for a remodeling project, I trusted Sam and knew he'd take care of us. He was so kind during our slab leak at such a difficult time and the project went seamlessly. The bathroom remodel 4 years later was just as perfect. He listened to our vision, helped us make our final choices and kept in touch during the entire project. We decided to remodel our 1970s master bedroom, master bathroom, and our hall bathroom. This was our first remodel, and we did not know what to expect. Our journey started when we walked into the Bella storefront, and we met Michelle. Immediately we felt comfortable with Michelle, and she took the time with us to help us decide on the look of our remodel. The owner Mark and Michelle then sat with us on two occasions to explain the details of our remodel. The remodel took about 7 weeks, and Carlos - the Project Manager - keep the project on schedule. He communicated with us daily, and he addressed any issues that we had quickly. The crew was wonderful: Luis, Jose, Alfonso, and the rest of the team were great, and respectful of our home. We are so happy with the work that Bella did for us. We are happy that we chose Bella, and many thanks to the awesome team at Bella!

We had to do a kitchen remodel after we had a leak in our kitchen. I talked to several people who had used Bella Kitchen and Bath and without exception they were given rave reviews. Mark the owner takes a personal interest in every phase of the process. The company has a collection of outstanding employees who we worked with. Never pushing us one way or the other, always willing to help made adjustments in our layout, appliance selections and tile, flooring (we changed our minds at least 3 times), and cabinets. We recently worked with Bella Kitchen and Bath to remodel our kitchen and had an excellent experience. After trying a number of different contractors without success, we walked in to their store without an appointment. Mark the owner initially assisted us and was very helpful while also hearing what we wanted and in quick order was able to pick out the design elements. When Sam the designer was available he assisted with the more specific details. A few days later both Mark and Sam made a house call to get the remaining details. A few days after we received the design details and budget quote. A week from our initial visit we made the deposit and set a start date three weeks out in order to have adequate time for all the cabinets, countertops and fixtures to be received. The expected construction window was three weeks, but ultimately it took four, but that was due to change orders we made based upon the demolition and having a better understanding of what needed to be done. Our construction manager, Carlos was amazing, clearly communicated work schedule and items needed to keep things moving. Carlos managed our expectations with progress and really made sure the job was done right and listened to all of our concerns were addressed. The construction team was great, everything was done well and they were really tidy. Can't say enough of how great our experience was with Bella, definitely exceeded our expectations! All in all we will repeat working with Bella Kitchen and Bath, it's hard to beat under budget, tight working schedule and a great finished product.

We've had some pretty terrible experiences with some small remodels that we have done to our house in the past. I interviewed eight companies to remodel our kitchen before deciding to go with Bella. I am so glad we did. Sam was beyond detailed and great at communicating. He walked me through EVERYTHING. Luis and his crew were patient and very professional. I am super picky/Type A and while I am sure I gave them a few headaches, they continuously worked with me and walked me through every step of the process. Yelp only allows 5 stars but if I could I'd give Bella Kitchen and Bath 10 stars! On Day One Sam (our salesman) and Mark (the owner) made us feel comfortable and it was obvious to my wife and I that both men were not only knowledgable and creative in their profession, but just as important to us, were honest men of their word; and that they would ensure a final product that was not only timely but one that all of us would be 100% proud of....and they delivered in spades! Not knowing exactly what we wanted they gently guided us through a difficult decision process "without pressure" and their understanding of our needs and subsequent suggestions helped us tremendously in making final decisions that we comfortable with. After having heard of issues with supply chain and sub-contractors not showing up to the worksite and causing huge delays in the middle of the project, one of our major concerns was the length of time it would take for the kitchen remodel to be completed. Our fears were alleviated when Mark explained the difference in how his company operates vis a vis many others. First, he uses only long time Bella employees (not sub-contractors) who they schedule; and second, he never starts a project until all of the cabinets, backsplash and related materials are received and stored in his warehouse! He promised a 3-4 week completion timeframe and the project was completed exactly as promised and city inspected within the promised 4 week timeframe! Each member of the Bella Team was not only exceptionally skilled but each and every employee went out of his way to make sure we were 100% satisfied with their end product....and they did it with smiles....a giant PLUS! Luis Jr. was the foreman of the project and he tracked every detail and employee and communicated with us daily so we were always in the loop on the project status. Each of the employees were timely, neat and skilled at their jobs. The cabinetry installers Luis Sr and Carlos were amazing to work with and their work was impeccable. Jose handled the electrical better than any electrician I have ever worked with ..... he clearly went the extra mile in everything he did. Similarly Chris, Pedro and Brian worked on several projects ....all were completed quickly, efficiently and with expertise. I could write a book of individual efforts that each Bella Team Member made to bring our kitchen to a successful and timely conclusion but in the interest of space just know that the reason we picked Bella Kitchen and Bath is we believed Mark and Sam when they said that their entire Team was not only experienced and skilled at their crafts but would bring quality work and their pride of accomplishment into our home for a reasonable price. They 100% delivered on that promise, something that few contractors seem to achieve these days!

Mark, the owner, and his assistant Andy provided a prompt and straightforward written estimate including advice and possible extras. They started our job when they promised, with no delays. Their workers were on time every day. They were careful, clean, efficient, respectful, and put in full days with no delays. They minimized mess and disruption and cleaned up after themselves every day. We are thoroughly pleased with the outcome. We had Bella do our floors, cabinets, and counters. We had an absolutely great experience working with Sam from the moment we stepped into the showroom. He listened to us and helped direct us to what would work best for us. He was never pushy, always polite, and really just excellent to work with. When it came to the installation, Reza and his crew were always on time and did excellent work. Communication was top notch. We had a nasty slab leak and having the work done quickly was a big deal for us. When other companies said they would take several months, Bella made it happen in weeks. We've done several home projects and have never had service and quality at this level. Even after we noticed a minor issue with the floors, Sam jumped on it immediately and had it resolved. Can't recommend Sam and Bella enough!

Eric replaced all the windows in my 1950's rental home, painted the exterior and did several other odd jobs around the House. I was really happy with his professionalism and the quality of work his crew did. My neighbor even called me to mention she had been watching the crew prep the house to paint and they were so thorough she's going to use them when she paints her house. My husband and I went to Bella Remodeling, Inc. yesterday to ask what we can do to our outdoor ceramic tile to create a non-slip surface. Aaron said he would research this and get back to us with correct information on products we can use. About a half hour later, he texted me back with a website name and different options to research. I couldn't believe the prompt service and helpfulness Aaron provided us, and we didn't even purchase anything from his business. I know that in the future, when we need any repairs or remodeling to our bathroom or kitchen, the first place I will go to will be Bella Remodeling, Inc. Apparently, their service is wonderful. Let's face it. A Remodeling project is no painless process but with a right company/contractor the reward at the end of the tunnel is big! This was our time remodeling our home. After many contractors and bids, we went with Bella and the owner Aaron really showed me that he was the right choice. The right store and people! At Bella, Kaveh and Reza were great people to work with. Bathroom remodels are expensive, time consuming, and sometimes emotional. It takes time to pick the right pieces for your remodel (tile, fixtures, bathtub, quartz, vanities, flooring) and sometimes, you may change your mind. They were patient, provided lines items of work, and walked us through step by step. Changes were handled promptly, and they were ok if some items were no longer needed. They have a huge showroom filled with every kind of sample imaginable, flooring, tile, kitchen, bath, etc. My wife and I were able to get great ideas for work we're getting done. The guys at Bella are awesome!!! We had an 11' bathroom vanity in major need of a re-model. Eli did a great job designing a custom design that exceeded our expectations. From demolition to installation, the guys worked super hard and always left the area really clean. Reza was always available to speak to and to handle the few additions we had during the project progress. Also really nice was that Bella does not try to up-sell or apply pressure. The guys are patient and definitely fairly priced. I would use Bella again in a heartbeat!!!

Kaveh's design suggestions were beautiful and gave us everything we wanted - and within our budget! Reza's attention to detail on the job was outstanding! We got really great service from these folks. Kaveh and his staff are very helpful. They helped us pick out the right tile for our bathroom, and the installation was professionally done. We thought the deal was very good, and we were very happy with the results. When you work with Kaveh you definitely have confidence you are dealing with someone who really cares. This place has amazing customer service, Kaveh helped me pick out our counter tops and gave me solid advice on which ones were the most durable. He was knowledgeable, showed up on time every time, and kept a close eye on the project to prevent any issues. Our kitchen counter tops, which are black silestone and white quartzite were fabricated and installed quickly, and the fabricators were able to level the counter even though my cabinets actually are not level and tilt downhill (eek!) We will be working with Kaveh again for our back splash! They have an amazing selection for all styles... way better than other places I have seen in OC!

He spent hours with us in the home measuring all areas to be remodeled and in his store examining the multiple options available for flooring and tile. He explained the pros and the cons of the various types and qualities of flooring and tiles available. It should be noted that his store was a veritable warehouse of materials for floors, counters and shower walls. Kaveh even took the time to draft designs for the remodeled bathroom and entertainment center that was planned. I cannot recommend anyone higher. We interviewed 6 contractors before going with Kaveh at Bella Tile to remodel 3 bathrooms and our kitchen. Kaveh impressed us from the moment we met him at his store in Mission Viejo and we were never disappointed. Kaveh was so easy to work with and seems genuinely interested in his customers. He was actively involved in our project from start to finish. We could always get a hold of him when we needed to and always showed up on time which is unheard of in this industry. He was patient and very knowledgeable when giving us advice. Our project finished exactly on time and we are very pleased with the quality of his work. We noticed extreme attention to detail from each of the vendors and pride in a job well done. We spoke with Kaveh pretty much every day during our 5 week project which left us with a lot of confidence that he was on top of everything, which he was. We had such a pleasant experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone and already have to some of our friends and family. Even at the end while we were finishing up the final touches, we received as much attention from Kaveh as we did when he was bidding our project. 3 words: Quality, Customer service and Best prices. We had a slab leaks 7 months after moving into our home in Mission Viejo (Who knew this was so common in OC). Basically the lab leak destroyed the whole kitchen and dining room and the laminate floors were useless. After doing a whole house Pex pipping (long term solution for slab leak) , remediation, painting etc. and our stingy insurance company paying very little; any new flooring would be out of pocket. I got quotes and interviewed 3 other contractors and by far Bella Kitchen, Bath and Flooring had the best competitive prices. They even got their supplier to reduce the cost of the tiles we wanted. They have installer working for them for more than a decade and these guys were great. We got African Beige wood like ceramic tiles and they turned out beautifully. Total job was 5 days which include 1100 sq feet of flooring, new baseboards, disconnect/reconnect appliances etc. Kaveh, the owner, came by every day to ensure we were satisfy with the progress. They truly value their reputation and ensuring their customers are happy. We are still enjoying our beautiful floors and compliments we get from friends.

This shop is the best we have experienced. We recently purchased our fifth floor from Bella and they have performed exactly as promised. They were competitively priced, showed up on time, were extremely professional in protecting the jobsite from other dirt/debris, and finished ahead of schedule. From Kaveh the owner, to the installer, everything was professional from selection to installation. I give these shop my highest recommendation.

We just had an excellent experience working with Pat (and his wonderful staff) at Bella Tile and Stone of Mission Viejo. My wife Sue and myself (Bill) just had our entire kitchen remodeled (along with a beautiful wood laminate flooring) and they were - without a doubt - the most pleasant contractors I've ever dealt with. The workers were always on time and the quality of the work; fantastic. We were also under budget (I know - remarkable). We worked with Payman Rad and Bella Tile & Stone last year while upgrading various parts of our home: new wood flooring, lots of moulding, kitchen refresh including cabinet painting (looks awsome), new cabinet, wine fridge, lighting, painting and even new tile outside. Payman was super terrific to work with, and all workers were courteous and took extra care to cover all furnishings prior to doing work. Work was done timely and the cost was super fair. They have a large selection of tile/stone/hardwoods/carpet in the showroom and even have a number of "showers", tubs & sink samples to assist with the design process. Fariba (sp?) was very helpful in assisting us with design choices. We will use them for ALL home remodeling work in the future and have referred them to friends as well. Thank you Bella Tile & Stone!

Bella Kitchen Bath & Flooring recently installed porcelain tile in my bathrooms and carpet in my master bedroom. They did a very good job and the materials were excellent. Kaveh stayed on top of the project from start to finish. He came out to check on the job once a day and was readily available if I had a question. Without doubt, I will contact them again for additional work.
