The customer service was knowledgeable and friendly. This company was very professional and flexible to my schedule. I was amazed how beautiful my new counter actually looked when installed. I would not hesitate to use this company for future projects.

After being asked to change my bad review, and doing so, I just can't take falsely misleading people that may be spending a great sum of their money based on misinformation. MANY of these reviews must be famliy, friends and in some cases I see, even employees there. Look at the negative ones...my design was nice...the he price of the cabinets was good...and that's it. Granite was GROSSLY overpriced (I went with another company), the young lady (will not mention names) in there warehouse was rude and unhelpful...ZERO follow-up with communication on delivery of my cabinets and zero follow-through when 3 of my cabinets came in wrong, missing toe kicks, and an impossible way to finish my island (not recommended by Cubitac). The ONLY reason I even removed my original post was because I felt I was being held hostage to get my missing pieces...I finally was able to go straight to the manufacturer to rectify the issue...and they don't typically sell to the public. There is my experience...I am confident that there are some good ones out there I'm sure, but this wasn't the case for me...it's called a review for a reason, not just to post the "good" ones. Again, my design wad nice and the price was right on the cabinets...

I had got new kitchen cabinets and granite installed within a month! They helped me and educated me about all my options especially with counter tops, also gave me a bottle of the sealer they use for free! They were very budget friendly and even helped me find a very reasonably priced farm sink, even though they didn't carry it. If you aren't familiar with the differences in countertops, these guys will educate you to make sure the choice is right.

Great place with great prices. They understood exactly what we needed and were able to really help us design our new 3 bathrooms. They helped match a nice color vanity with the tile we fell in love with. Choosing the vanity top was a blast because of the massive selection they have. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for bathroom or kitchen remodel. Thank you Bargain Tile.

Save yourself the time and stress and go elsewhere.1 star doesn't even do my experience justice. 3 months and multiple chances to make everything right and still not complete. Horrible communication, a joke of an install. I don't believe this professional Installation I paid up front and in full for came with an understanding on how to use a level. I can go on and on and on about how this was a horrible experience, take it from me, not even worth it. Spend the extra money and go with somebody that knows how to at least use a level and hang a proper cabinet, not somebody that purchased a kitchen design software and claims to be professional. The granite yard was the only respectable part of this whole deal, they made right after the initial screw up of the kitchen designer. Cost them 65+ feet in granite but they made right by it.

Got marble corian tile for the floor & shower walls. I never thought I would be asked for the full job payment upfront, that was my first red flag. I figured I was saving money so what the heck. The workers pretty much showed up late every day. Thank God I was home the day when they were building the niche of my shower. They got completely incorrect directions and they would’ve laid out the beautiful tile that I picked out vertically instead of staggered horizontally if I wasn’t there. The bathroom looks beautiful because I designed it myself but the upfront payment, the workers being late and the general frustration made me want to pay more somewhere else.

We purchased quartz countertop from them, Marianna is excellent courteous, understanding, great and knows her stuff. The install was quick and easy ordered, template, and install in a weeks time. Would use again!

I would not recommend the Stone Factory. While the finished product is beautiful, we had major problems with the installation. They neglected to do a template on one section and when it was installed it was too short and looked horrendous. They had to come back and re-measure and it delayed the completion of the project. Then they blamed us for the distance to our house even though they knew our address before we placed the order. We waited for people to arrive and they never showed. The installers also accidentally broke our dishwasher upon installation. They hit it with the slab and cracked it and now it does not fully work and we have to replace it. The Stone Factory would not take responsibility and actually told us it was our word against theirs. Why would we break our dishwasher in a brand-new kitchen? Additionally, they did not seal the granite after the first installation, even though they claimed they did. It was not done until they came back with the piece they had to re-measure. Despite repeated requests we were never able to take our concerns to anyone other than the person who took our order. Their customer service was quite lacking and they made us feel terrible about our decision to use them, especially given the cost.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, IRRESPONSIBLE POOR customer service. They do not follow up. They lie they would contact you and send someone to do the job, but nothing happens. No call, no follow up. More than once. Finally, they yell at you and hang up on you. Multiple people. STAY AWAY!!!!

Stay away, like the other review, they have zero clue what they're doing. Installation was horrible, took forever, still isn't complete, 3 months in. They can't square an island to save their lives, a level cabinet??? That's too much to ask in a professional installation. Go elsewhere

Do not waste your time , they have no clue what they are selling - one of the partners - believe it or not spoke to me about porcelain tiles - had a quote and picked out tiles, went back a day later to firm up the deal/estimate and the OTHER partner says these are not floor tiles but WALL tiles and are NOT even porcelain, my comment was they must be kidding - they would have sold me wall tile and not even porcelain tiles - they people have no clue about their products - I say run to the nearest exit !!!

Beware of this company,There prices may abit lower but there ordering and keeping the customer knowing whats going on and workmanship is terrible,I went there many time to looking at the slabs in there orange warehouse location,I ordered 2 slab of granite steel gray and was suppose to look at slabs before they cut them for color, and bargain tile had there man come out measure,and we would talk where seam would be, Bargain tile guy left and said we will call you,to look at slabs,A few days later, door bell rings and they want to do install..They had all cut pieces and we never got to inspect color on slab ,We look at pieces I notice color was a bit light,The owner said granite had a coating on to make it darker that we looked at warehouse and it would apply it,also all cabinet were reinforce on this job to hold weight of granite except where dishwasher is, And where do you think bargain tile put seam , Right over dishwasher ,Owner stated he would reforce with steel rods...Well bargain tile came to do install couple of day later...Helper was always on his phone looking for parts for his Honda car,Over hang of granite was suppose be 2 in it was over 3 1/2 inches.opening , Stove opening was to tight and had to be cut on job,and some pieces for back splash were missing,Steel rod could not be install over dishwasher like promised where seam is,But the worse was brand new refrigerator door got a dented next to where granite was installed and they said they didn't do it....Bull....Dent matches up even with granite...Then we see many small chip on beveled edge,Men tried to buff out but became worse...After all this color was not right, bargain tile guy came out for third time to buff granite out and look at dent in refrig,But owner never would return my calls,There are many problem with bargain tile ,I am finding out with other contractors and customer now,This owner just doesn't care....All the names of people who were involved in this that work for Bargain tile were kept out of this review,I wish I could have written there names....Any questions please get back to me.....
