When I originally contracted with them for the job they made promises they never delivered on. When they came to install no one inside the company knew what was going on. The sales agent got on the phone and begin to cuss me out. Because I had to have the project finished to sell my house I tried to work with the owner who also did not live up to any promises. The contractor left my house in shambles. None of the people who work their work for the company. They only sell granite. This was a terrible experience from the minute I gave them half up front. They left my kitchen in shambles and then charged my credit card more than we had agreed on. I strongly suggest you stay away from this company. At this point they have still charge my card without my authorization and I am still fighting for my money. They also left my yard in my driveway trashed.

I had such a great experience with ATM, from being right on time for estimate to the final install, they were such a pleasure to do business with. I got a good price and a perfect piece of quartz! Installation was quick and precise. They were able to move my appointment up 3 days earlier and were in and out in about 45 minutes start to finish. I have used ATM Granite twice now and would go back again! They provided an excellent granite, precisely cut to fit the undermount sink etc., all within 2 weeks of order during holidays. Best part though is their service after the install. There were couple of minor issues after the install, like dishwasher not closing correctly which they sent someone to fix next day at no cost. I had painted cabinets just before the granite install. The cabinets showed some minor paint cracks/scratches after the install. I called my painter to retouch and just sent a photo of the damage to ATM. They immediately issued me a check in the amount that I had paid the painters, no arguments, no questions asked. Small issues can happen with any large project so how a contractor deals with them is as important to me as the work itself. Gabi and others were absolute professional and very courteous through out the process. Love their materials and service! Thank you so much for making our kitchen beautiful.

So, I am not sure how ATM granite and Dave Goessling's Classic and Cont Countertop design are related, but I know my tour of the ATM granite warehouse and equipment are amazing. They have a huge CNC machine that can cut in water and does an amazingly accurate job. They can hone on site but not leather. Elias who came out and did the template was fantastic. Milton and his guys who did the install were fabulous too. I would totally use them again. Beautiful job.

I want to say that Mauricio at ATM Granite has been wonderful. He helped us at a difficult time when my mother passed and we needed to do some work on her home before putting it on the market. He is a real gentleman with excellent advice. Now we have asked him to help us with our own home starting with the kitchen. He is a calm influence with great taste and a pleasure to work with. ATM granite did an excellent job with my countertops. Valerie, the sales rep, was extremely Helpful in the design and selection process and went above and beyond to locate the slab that I chose, when another warehouse confirmed that they didn’t have enough for my project. There were issues with my cabinet at installation, so they had to come back multiple times to complete the installation. Their pricing was reasonable and I am very happy with the final result. I highly recommend and would use again.

This place is amazing. I had the best sales rep and she was very involved from start to finish. Valerie, I give you all the credit for my beautiful kitchen. Not only are they affordable, but they have amazing customer service and a quick turnaround. I will forever recommend you to all my friends and family.

I can’t say enough positive things about this company. This will be a lengthy review as I don’t want to leave out anything regarding this granite buying experience. Let me start by expressing my heartfelt gratitude and thank you to everyone who works here. I was referred to ATM Granite by a previous customer who continually called me cheap for not exploring granite countertops as an option for my newly remodeled kitchen. I’m by no means cheap, but I’m a senior in a fixed income who thought granite was out of my budget, not at ATM Granite. I had previously received quotes from other companies and they were in fact more than I could afford. After several months I finally called ATM and scheduled my free in home quote. On the day of my appointment “Valerie” promptly arrived. She was on time, professional, extremely personable and she wasn’t pushy at all. She brought a lot of samples & I mean a lot lol. By the end of my appointment it felt like my new friend had just left my house. Although I didn’t commit to anything that day I promised to visit the showroom and look at the stones, which I did several weeks later. Before my visit to ATM Granite’s huge showroom I received 1 final lower quote from a different company. However I wanted to go with a reputable well established company versus a newer unestablished company, so off to ATM I went. I picked “Ubatuba” for my kitchen and explained that I’d received a lower quote for the same thing & without any hesitation ATM GRANITE PRICE MATCHED that quote. (WINNING) Everyone from Valerie, to the ladies in the office, to the installers (I forgot all of their names) were great. Each and every question or concern I had was answered promptly and clearly without leaving any doubts about anything. My 1st buying & installation experience was go positive, I went back several weeks later & purchased my granite vanity countertop. I can’t say enough positive things about my granite buying experience at ATM Granite. I’ve had my granite in my home less than a month and have already referred several friends to them. I’ll tell everyone I know about this fabulous company.
