We recently purchased some vinyl composite plank flooring from Atlas. Rob (the salesperson who helped us) was patient answering all our questions and gave us the information we needed to purchase the perfect product for our needs. We will definitely will shop at Atlas again. Through Rob, at the time of purchase, we contracted with Mike Frederick to do the installation. One of Mike's employees, Bernie, did the actual installation and we could not be more pleased with his work! He arrived at the scheduled time, did a beautiful installation, was efficient, and completely cleaned up the area when the job was complete. We would hire Bernie again in a heartbeat! Nr 1 stop for carpet,tiles and all you need for your upgrade! I bought a carpet a few years ago and it is the best carpet I ever got. We did the whole basement with this carpet and it was so soft we wanted it on the stairs too :) The service at Atlas is absoloute top notch. Leister and the team is the best in there is in Colorado.

We started buying from Atlas last year during their carpet sale, as we wanted to replace some 30-year-old carpet. Their prices were quite good and they had a huge selection. When the recommended installer had overbooked and was not answering texts or e-mails, a call to Atlas got a quick response from the installer, and we were happy with the resulting installation. They also had countertops on sale, and were willing to extend the sale price to an extra slab if needed after their recommended fabricator (Rocky Mountain Stone Design, who did a great job) measured precisely and tried to hide seams. They presciently warned us that we probably could not get all of our counters (including bathrooms) on two slabs, even though it might be theoretically possible. They contacted the fabricator to see if they had any remnants of the quartz design we’d chosen. Nope, so we bought a different remnant slab from the fabricator for one bathroom, at a small additional cost above their standard deconstruction/installation. We were having our cabinets refaced, and Atlas had a wide selection of handles/knobs, at prices that matched or beat online vendors. And a large selection of tile, as we needed new backsplashes in our bathrooms. In all interactions, their staff was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and not pushy. They encouraged us to take samples home to see how they looked in our house under various lighting conditions. It was so nice to deal with competent employees that knew their products and installers, and were willing to take the time with us that we needed to make decisions. And not feel that we were getting overcharged in the process. We are very happy with all the products we have purchased from them, and highly recommend them.

Atlas flooring co-owners and employees are top notch. They are no-nonsense (in the best way possible) and helped me to find what I needed on multiple jobs I've done with my home or rental properties. Atlas staff have knowledge of their craft and they have never tried to upsell me into something I didn't need. Similarly, they have also helped me to find the best value and ensure the quality of materials for my job is what I was after. Most recently, Atlas employee Bret was particularly helpful as a good listener and subject matter expert. On one job, there was a hiccup with one of their partnered installers, and the Atlas owners took my feedback very seriously. Typical Atlas referred installers are top-notch professionals, and must remain so if they wish to remain on the Atlas referral list. I trust that their business will remain my go-to place for years to come based upon the positive relationships they have cultivated with me and others.

Can not say enough about the service that Atlas provided me to be able to get our new store open. We where on a short deadline two weeks before opening wasn't sure our floor was going to get done in time. I called Atlas spoke to Leister he and Monty got me set up with everything I needed. I was informed due to Thanksgiving week our flooring would be delivered a few days before opening but not to worry they would get it handled. I received a call from Monty two days before Thanksgiving our flooring came in and we were able to get it arranged for install on Thanksgiving day and the day after huge Thank you to Francisco for taking time away from your family during the holidays to take care of us and get this installed in time. The install is fantastic and did not disappoint. I have used Atlas a few times in the past and they have have never disappointed. First class service and first class people. Again Thank you to all involved our opening on 12/4/2023 will be a success.

My husband and I love this place! One stop shop for flooring, cabinets and granite. Best prices and most friendly plus knowledgeable service. We have used this store for five houses personally and referred many friends/family for their homes knowing people we love will be treated with care. Thank you guys for providing such an amazing and fun place! I posted this review a year ago with a flip house of ours and added photos from that home. I've never added or current home because it's finishing touches like crown molding still not on my cabinets. Problem with the contractor being your husband, and our projects coming in second to others. None of these photos are professional, (my phone camera), and I do have a bit of a different style. But I wanted to show off the kitchen Lister helped make possible. Flooring, cabinets and counter tops all through Atlas. We love and appreciate you guys so much! This kitchen makes my nights amazing!

I've used atlas flooring for two separate projects, one DIY tile and carpet removal and install of true hardwood. Leister give me some pointers on the easiest way to remove the old tile/carpet and install the new hardwoods. The second project was a re carpeting job on stairs and a basement the total turn around time was less than 24hours installers were polite fast and professional they even hauled away the old carpet and pad. There prices were great on both projects, fast responses on quotes/questions and quick turn around times on both jobs. Not many people do business like this anymore�

Atlas Flooring Boulder helped solve our strange problem. We bought a 'spec house' and the wall to wall carpeting over the first 2+ yrs of living there started to rise and cause ridges and bumps...to the point where I tripped one night and I called them to express my concerns. In 20+ yrs in construction management I've never seen carpets do this and indeed, after 3 visits by staff and inspectors, they honored the warranty (glue on back had failed) and replaced it at no charge. Atlas staff were calm and moved thru the process respectfully...and while it was a pain, at least all is safe now. Paul (the installer) and his team were perfectly professional and easy to work with. In the meantime, we elected to swap out the wall to wall in the master with a hardwood (on our dime) and are thrilled with that as well. Their installers are great and honest about their findings. In a world where customer service is all but gone - had to give a shout out to the Atlas Flooring Boulder team! Mike - kudos!

I can't say enough about how great Atlas Flooring is! We had a small job, retiling a shower. Monty treated us with the same responsiveness he would have had we been redoing the floors in every room of our house. He helped us choose two beautiful tiles for shower walls and floor, which they had in house so no waiting, and gave us a discount on the already reasonable price. Before finding Atlas, we had interviewed several installers, none of whom gave us the confidence we wanted for the work. Monty recommended Nelson Melara who, along with his brother and son, did a sensational job for us. Sometimes it's especially hard to find companies that provide good service on small jobs. Big or small, in the future, when we need something done, we will be using Atlas Flooring.

Atlas had been recommended to us for flooring, and we decided to use them as a supplier for our LVT and carpet purchase. The purchase went very smoothly. The Atlas employees were friendly, helpful and thoroughly knowledgeable about the products they sell. They recommended a contractor to install the products, and Levi with HB Flooring did an outstanding job on the project. The work was done at a mountain cabin built in the early 60s. Naturally, in a job like that, surprises are the norm. Nonetheless, Levi and his brother addressed the challenges and produced an outstanding installation. We left the cabin open for them to work for the entire week. The cabin and contents were respected and the job site was left perfectly clean. Thank you!

I had a flood in my home and I didn't need to tear out the carpet on the stairs, just the floor. I called the place I had bought the carpet from, to just recarpet the floor and not the stairs. They gave me a quote of $830.00. I got another quote from Home Depot for 1500.00 for the floor and the stairs. I stopped in this place, I got the floor and the stairs for $750, even though the installer estimated 9 Square Yards over what I needed, and the carpet I received was superior in quality then either of the previous estimates. The customer service was phenomenal. The installer was well skilled and did a great job. I'd rate it 10 stars if I could.

Everything about my recent first experience with Atlas Flooring was exceptional. With a need to replace all carpet in my rental townhouse as quickly as possible between tenants, I talked to Leister just before he left on vacation, and I provided him the bid I already had from another vendor. Leister quickly checked on cost and let me know they would beat the price with the same materials. Leister then handed me off to Monty, who effectively handled everything from quote (20% lower than competitor!), arranging a visit to confirm measurements, material order, and install coordination. The perfect install was completed seven business days after first contact, which I was very pleased with. Communication was clear and thorough every step of the way, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Where do I even start with this company? We have been using their services for many years, first for carpet, then we started buying tile and now we go brought them for cabinets, countertops, etc etc! The guys (and gal) who work here are always willing to help, offer opinions and have ALWAYS fixed any mistakes or helped me come to a fix if I'm having an issue. I work specifically with Leister and Todd, who are amazing, but I would trust all the of the employees with my new builds and remodels. Best carpet and tile experience buying ever! We are remodeling a rental and I dreaded going to the store to pick out flooring since it usually takes all day. My fiance and I were completely remodeling our home and needed wood floors, bathroom tile, shower tile, and cabinets. We were referred to Atlas Flooring and we are so glad we decided to go with them! Everyone at this company is so friendly and so helpful from the second you walk into the door which made the project a lot more bearable. They have a nice selection of wood floors and they were a lot cheaper than everywhere else we looked! The staff was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right kind of wood for our lifestyle (we were getting a German Shepherd and didn't want the floors to scratch). We brought in our floor plans from our architect and Leister Bowling designed our cabinets in minutes! The whole process was much easier than we were anticipating, the staff was incredible, and the selections and prices were perfect. I would recommend them whether the size of your project.

Update on my first (also 5 star) review... Atlas called us today to let us know we had accidentally paid twice for something. I paid via credit card over the phone, and when they sent the receipt, my husband thought it was a bill and sent them a check. They called to see how we wanted to handle the overpayment, though they could easily have pocketed the money. Love these guys and their personal service and honesty.

I recently purchased carpet from Atlas and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Tommy was an outstanding sales person - very helpful, knowledgeable, no pressure. Matched the carpet and did better on price than I'd found at another store. They gladly stored the carpet until I was ready for installation - months later! The installer they recommended was also top notch. Installation was incredibly professional. They moved furniture (and were politely patient while I dusted baseboards behind beds!), did an outstanding job with edges, and happily made one small adjustment I observed. I was so pleased that I called the store to compliment them! I can't think of enough superlatives!

These are the nicest folks around! The owner is very nice and patient and I have visited several times. Yes, sometimes you have to wait for assistance because they are busy. They may be a little pricer than a store in Denver but it's Boulder and this is the best place around. Wouldn't hesitate to come back. I bought tile from here.

After 4 weeks of hassle trying to use Home Depot and their contractor Hom Solutions and another 4 weeks still remaining until they could do the job I called Atlas and they saved the day. They were able to get me a better price on some in-stock carpet and set me up with an installer within the same week (I called on a Tuesday and the carpet was in that Saturday). The installer Levi did an excellent job, I honestly don't think it could have been done better. I'd highly recommend Atlas to anyone looking to upgrade their flooring, and hopefully you go to them first.

I've worked with Atlas several times and always had exceptional service, so I don't know what possessed me to try to order carpet through the Home Depot for my rental unit. Actually, I do know, it was because I was tight on money and wanted to take advantage of their 12-month no-interest financing deal. I also had a small window for the install, with one tenant moving out on a Friday and the new one moving in on Sunday. I won't bore you with the details, and I don't mean to write a bad review of Home Depot since everyone I dealt with was very nice, but suffice it to say I dealt with no fewer than 8 different people in 4 or 5 departments over the course of 2 weeks, only to be told that my "in stock" carpet with the "7 day guaranteed install" could not be done on the day I needed it. I promptly cancelled my order with HD and went straight back to Atlas, and I'm soooo glad I did. With Atlas, there's no BS. The carpet that's "in stock" is available the next day if needed (or probably even the same day!). I dealt with ONE salesman (who was fabulous), who put me in touch directly with the installer, and I was able to talk him directly about schedules and pricing. It was so easy, I couldn't believe I hadn't just gone with them in the first place. Even though it was totally last-minute at this point, the installer said "no problem" to squeeze me in on a Saturday morning with 4 days notice. He came by a few days later to do a quick measure, and showed up on time as promised to do the install. He was reassuring and friendly both times I met with him, and everything looked perfect when his team left the house after the installation was complete. All I can say is lesson learned: If you want personal service, go local and not to the big box store. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

By far the best carpet, tile or kitchen store in boulder. You walk in and are immediately taken care. I am friends with the owner so I would expect to get great service. I have referred 2 people to them to redo there kitchens and these people didn't name drop me and they got the same great customer service that I did. Oh yeah and I didn't tell the owner they were coming. Nowhere else to go other then Atlas

I have worked with the folks from Atlas for more than 10 years, and on about 8 - 10 different projects for our home. They are problem-solvers, easy to work with, great on quality and pricing. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Outstanding! Leester and his entire staff are awesome! Atlas Flooring is more then just flooring. We purchased counter tosp, tub deck, carpet and had we known we would have purchased cabinets and hardware there as well. I highly recommend Atlas Flooring! Great products and prices!

We went to Atlas a couple weeks ago to buy 1500 square feet of carpet for our home. I was pleased with their selection, both the custom-order selection and their in-stock options. Both times we were there we were helped immediately and all our questions patiently answered. I've also called them several times and found them very helpful. Jim helped us choose a padding that wouldn't void the manufacturer's warranty (something I hadn't thought of) and made sure we bought enough carpet (since it had a pattern to it) without paying for too much. Scheduling with the installer, Victor, took a while, but he's an independent contractor so that's not directly Atlas' fault. He and his assistant came over two different days to install the carpet, which had lots of weird cuts and included a really tricky stairway. We chose a carpet with a pattern, so the seams are slightly visible but I think that's inevitable to some extent. I was surprised to see that he didn't use a power-stretcher, but the carpet looks good and I have no concerns that if install problems come up in the future that Victor and/or Atlas will step up. I was also surprised that Victor walked into the house and immediately reprogrammed the thermostat to turn on the heat (it was a 90 degree summer day)... apparently necessary for the install, but it was a little strange that he just did it himself. But he was careful picking up after himself every day... he was installing until 7:30pm one night and still took 45 minutes at the end to walk around and pick up after himself. No dings in the baseboard, and he vacuumed the carpet before he left. I shouldn't need carpet again for a long time, but I'll definitely consider buying tile and cabinets from Atlas if needed in the future.
