Hilary, Bo and Jonathan were FANTASTIC to work with. Assured Flooring has to fix my builders mess up and they were extremely helpful, responsive, professional and friendly. Bo was a fantastic project manager. Checking in with me 2-3x per day to make sure I was happy with everything and answer any questions I may have. Hilary was super helpful in picking everything out and making sure my builder paid them due to the New Home Warranty Act. And Jonathan was great in communicating and checking on progress and satisfaction as well. Their workers were professional, kind, respectful, and trustworthy in keeping my house as clean as possible during their time working in it. My shower looks great! With Assured, we could meet with a designer, shop from the huge variety of stone and tile, and set up an install date. Design, sales, and install — all done under one roof!
