The crew from Artistic Tile and Granite showed up right on time, explained the process, set up their work area (our kitchen) and got to work. They placed all the new countertops, leveled and bonded them with adhesive. Only one seam for this project. I watched as they lined up the slabs and bonded them. Tight, Level, almost invisible! Then they mounted our beautiful new stainless sink under the new countertop. It looks so nice! When everything was done, they took time to explain to us how to care for the new surface. They cleaned up all the dust, debris, and tools, and said goodbye. We really enjoyed our experience. Highly recommended!!! Pictures as the new granite was being installed, and then pictures of the final product. These guys are Great! Definitely Recommend!!!

I am very happy with the looks of my new countertops and back splash but there were many install concerns I had. First issue was the damage to my walls 6 places took damage that could have been prevented. I personally fixed the places that were damaged during install. The owner did reach out to me and expressed his concern and took $200 off my bill to offset the damage and my time to repair. The jester was nice, however I would have never allowed someone into my home and pay me $200 so the can cause that damage. I feel the $200 was ok but did not take all the sting away. They installed support brackets under the quartz for support but the brackets used were unpainted steel and again something I have to paint to make look proper. Our countertop next to the fridge was cut almost a 1/4 inch to wide so now we have a very tight fit moving the fridge out to clean. These are minor issues but still issues that took place during the install. Again I want to express the end result looks great fit and finish was dead on. Just wish they treated my home with a little more care. The owner was very responsive and did express real concern. Over all I am very happy with the finished project just wish more care had been taken to protect my home of 20 years. The did more damage to my walls in one afternoon than my wife or I have done in 20 years.

I really enjoyed working with Rocky and Charles. They are a first class act. Rocky even met me at the granite places on a Saturday morning to educate me on picking out the material for my counter. This is my second project with Artistic. They are top notch from start to finish! I also got a discount on my sinks through them at Fergusen. The workmanship and installation was shear perfection as well. I highly recommend them.

I have a very small kitchen in a beautiful and unique home. Most contractors are not interested in small projects. They all want a $50K+ kitchen remodel to even give a quote. Artistic Granite & Marble took me and my little project seriously. They had to come out and measure twice. The first time, so I had a clue about the price, so I could budget for the quartz countertops. (Many contractors double the price for a small kitchen because they really don't want the job.) It took several months for me to have the $$$ to go forward. Everyone from their project manager, the estimator and the installers were great. They were on time, precise and professional. I couldn't be more pleased with my updated kitchen. Thank you, Artistic Granite & Marble!!!

Responsive and competitive bid. Templater and installers were on-time, easy to talk to and worked efficiently. Office staff were pleasant to work with and answered all my questions. Accommodated the dates that worked for my schedule. Countertops look great. Not a single blemish or mistake. Easy payment by check or electronic bank transfer. The person running this shop must be really good because everyone that works here did great.

Well, we are veterans of using Artistic Tile and Granite. Our family has used them three times now and we have had two homes with granite countertops in the kitchen from them. The level of service from Artistic is unmatched!! Both of our homes we have had kitchen countertops done turned out amazing!! We just received new countertops at our new home today and I can't stress enough how impeccable the measurements were and how nice the end product is. For instance, the spacing by the stove and the match of the grain in the one area we had a seam was perfect. Working with Charles and Mark has always been easy peasy and they respond to your questions in a timely manner which I can't say for other businesses. We will have future work done by them in our master bath next. Wouldn't work with anyone else. I wish I knew the names of the two gentleman that installed the counters today. I can't remember, however, they were both excellent at their job and very professional as well. Class act all around!!!! Thank you again Artistic!!!

Awesome job! When the put in our counter and island tops the sealant hadn't set and we were worried. The OWNERS came and sealed the counter and island tops that day, again! We have been very happy ever since. We will use them again (if the will have us).

I hired them to do tile for 1 bathrooms and a granite kitchen counter. The bathrooms were subcontracted which Charles Stearns did not tell me. The work is horrendous, Tiles were unevenly cut, unevenly set, shower walls cave in and out, tile on back of tub sits on lip instead of in front of it. Where tile setter decided to avoid cutting tile, he just filled in with globs of grout. my recommendation is to avoid and please note this was called Caffall Tile. Name change due to??? Any questions just post and I will answer,
