When we were first evaluating countertop companies, we were recommended to Artisans by two different countertop manufacturers (Vadara and Cosmos). We actually found out about Artisans through Vadara, and when speaking with the people from Cosmos - they were highly regarded. We got quotes from several companies, and Artisans was not the priciest but were not the cheapest. We decided to go with Artisans. I really wish I went with a different fabricator. The quality of the work is fine but the install has gone terribly. At first, the edges were not done correctly between the island to the back counter. When the installers got to the island, the person who took the measurements did not measure correctly. The cabinets actually protruded outwards slightly on the sides. We notated that to the measurement person during the measurement process and he was supposed to account for it but did not. They ended up having to remove the waterfall and take the slabs back to Artisans for a later date to correctly install. We were provided two options: sand down the cabinets or cut an edge in the back of the quartz that wouldn't be visible. We chose to cut the back of the quartz rather than filing down our cabinets, but a few days later the guy showed up with his sander and filed down the sides of our cabinets. We did not want them to sand down the sides of our cabinets but he did it anyway, and it was all because they didnt measure correctly. Today the installers showed up to the house and are currently working to put the backsplash and waterfall island into the kitchen. When mixing epoxy, we told him DO NOT use the ceramic tile from the garage because it is the only pieces left and it is not sold anymore. We cannot get any replacements, and we need it to replace tiles in the bathroom. I go into the kitchen today and they had taken pieces of tile and used them to mix the epoxy after deliberately telling them NOT to. The most frustrating aspect about working with Artisans is that I own my house, and they provide options but have explicitly done the opposite of what we have told them multiple times. Either someone isn't listening or they do not care. The people in the office are pretty nice, but I assure you there are better fabricators in Murfreesboro. Do some research and choose someone else.

Our kitchen sink fell through our granite counter tops and owner went out of his way and personally came to our house and repaired another granite vendor's mistake on install. Found out it was not his company who did the install and still did the repair with a smile. Very nice folks and would highly recommend to anyone.

People, IF you are anything like me, you get quite anxious about remodeling your home. The cost?, what all to purchase?, how in the world can we undertake this project? And WHERE to begin? Thankfully, for Kim and me, Artisan came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. A bathroom model started with: stress, frustration, frenzy on OUR PART...after entering the Artisan showroom, that QUICKLY SUBSIDED!!!! Here you will find a friendly, courteous, and helpful staff!!! No pressure sales. If you don't want it, like it nor need it-Artisans shares information to help you make your best decision for YOUR REMODEL. My vanity top was installed today and it is absolutely GORGEOUS! Normally, I don't get too excited about bathroom fixtures, etc.; however, a lot of time, effort, and unnecessary worrying went in to this project. The install team arrived at 10:30 this morning. These guys, too, were GREAT! Respectful and focused. They installed vanity and were pulling out of my driveway before 11:00. Total professionals! WE WILL BE USING ARTISANS AGAIN AND WE WILL BE GETTING THE WORD OUT!!!!! ARTISANS, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR OUR BEAUTIFUL VANITY AND SINK!!!!!
