Great service, products, and professionalism. We would recommend this company 100%. We recently hired Artisan Cabinetry and Stone to remove our tiered counters, replace and install a 1 level counter with a waterfall edge in our kitchen. Jim was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and honest during our first meet. His right hand person Naila was just as considerate, professional , kind and patient during our meeting to pick out slabs and scheduling. Their crew for demolition /electric and in installation were hard working, experienced, neat and clean. Felipe, measured and templated our counter, then professionally installed them. He is very helpful with his knowledge and experience with stone and installs,. Overall, we are pleasantly pleased by the services provided by Artisans. We reached out to Artisan to get cabinets for an addition to our kitchen. From the first conversation, we knew we were in good hands. We worked with Naila who worked with us to meticulously plan out every detail of our addition. All the way down to the trim, cabinet pulls, etc. the installation was seamless and flawless. Artisan has an amazing team! The office manager Niela was super helpful with my wife and I on the design. Jim the owner came out pretty quick for measurements and cabinets didn’t take long. Great quality wellborne cabinets. I was super impressed with the countertop crew! I could tell Felipe really worked hard to get these slabs matched up perfectly and they are a major success! Great team to have helped us out! %100 satisfied! The little coffee area by the fridge isn’t finished because of some finish work on my end but I didn’t want to stall on giving a great review.

Recently remodeled my kitchen with Artisan and the end product was exactly what I hoped for. Kitchen turned out beautiful! Like most remodels, ran into some bumps but Artisan handled it professionally and that speaks volume. Whats nice is they handle everything that is needed during your install, including electric, drywall, plumbing, finishing work. Thanks to Reggie, Jim, AL & Doug!

Jim was responsive and had a fair price. His installer, Phillipe, was excellent! Plus, we own our remnants and Jim may be able to sell them for us (on consignment). I read some of the older negative reviews and I fell like those people were dealing with a different company. We had only a professional and positive experience.

My wife and I decided to remodel our kitchen. We spoke with a few companies to get a feel for cost and available quality of materials. We finally decided to go with Artisan Cabinetry and Stone on Ellis Rd. Melbourne. We could not have chosen a better company. First, Reggie, who was fantastic, came to our home to see the layout and then within a week asked us to come to his showroom to preview the design. He nailed it! Very creative and hit all our expectations. We went with Wellborn cabinets and quartz counter tops. The work came out beautiful and the company exceeded expectations. They stuck to the time line and the craftsmanship was perfect. They even sent in a cleaning crew at the end which was not expected. Hats off to Jim, Doug, Al and Reggie for an exceptional experience. We did a complete kitchen remodel with Artisan last fall and were very pleased overall with the process. Janet coordinated the many different selections with us for the cabinets, countertops, hardware, etc. Pricing was very competitive and a major decision point. The selection of the countertops can be done with multiple partners and the one we chose took only an hour to complete. Installation was done on time, and the crews were very pleasant to deal with. We're still happy with the quality of the cabinets months later. The only reason this review is 4 stars is that one of the cabinets ultimately doesn't open fully, as it runs into the dishwasher. Janet took a lot of timing laying out the design for our small kitchen, so we were surprised but it wasn't a critical problem. Would go with Artisan again if we had another project.

I should have run when I never received an official written estimate from the Project Manager Lisa Veta, and that she did not take any notes considering what happened the day of the installation of my countertops. My conversations were "Straight Lines", showed her photos of what I liked. She was always in a hurry that she stated they can be installed May 10. Another red flag, as I needed to order my sink, so we contacted my plumber supply house, and I paid for it to be expedited shipping, which again was unnecessary due to the delay of the installation day. In addition, I needed/wanted wood accents to hold up the extension of the island, and that it would take 3 weeks to get ordered, shipped and installed. She stated that they would put a temporary wood piece to hold the island until the wood piece is received. I receive a text "installation tomorrow, 1-2pm and I said, so I would be without a faucet for the weekend? She texted me, "you told me that your Plumber would install on Saturday", I never told her that my plumber works Saturday's. She's not organized, she talks not listen, she's all over the place and extremely scattered regarding scheduling, as well as putting words in my mouth. Installation of my new countertops: saw the countertops on the trailer, I the edges were rounded and not squared. Lisa called me and said trimming them would make them look horrible. I would lose inches by having to square the round edges. "STRAIGHT LINES", showing her several photos, several times, of how I wanted the edges. Excuses "oh that's how we do all of our countertops, "rounded edge is better for your hip, the material would crack it's a soft material.She gives you wrong information. he installers were drinking 16oz Budweiser's in my driveway, talking in Spanish the entire time and the young guy was a huge drama queen, always on the phone to the fabricator pissed off, yelling and curing; he did nothing but whine, bitch, and moan about having to do this job. I spent most of my day calming down the drama queen and cleaning up after him, as well as removing all of the caulking left on the walls.

Pathetic performance! My request was to complete a full kitchen and two baths in 8 weeks at an agreed contract price of $28,000. They accomplished neither! My kitchen cabinets did not have tray racks, spice racks, cutlery draw and under cabinet light trim. I was advised one week before completion that Jim miscalculated the stone and I would have to purchase and additional slab at $2600. His mistake and he expected me to pay! I moved into my new home without one sink to wash my face, brush my teeth or wash a dish. Stove and dishwasher were not installed. Because they take 50% to order cabinets, 40% to install granite and 10% upon completion, they never returned to complete the job. I am sorry I ever walked into their store! Amy Z
