The folks at Any Top Shop have been great to work with so far! Such a massive and unique selection of slabs and remnants. I was able to get a quartzite slab for the kitchen and marble and quartz remnants for 3 bathroom vanities. I shopped around quite a bit and they were the most reasonably priced in the city. The first bathroom is complete and looks stellar! Can’t wait to finish my other two bathrooms and kitchen with them.

Top notch service and craftsmanship! We just finished building a custom home and utilized several different styles of countertops. We are very particular in the finishes of our home. Any Top Shop exceeded our expectations! We had several custom features and the workmanship was outstanding. Victor and Charlie did an excellent top on the installation and truly cared about their workmanship and the quality of the product they delivered. Huge shoutout to Quinten, Austin, Victor & Charlie from Any Top Shop for their incredible work on our kitchen! The marble countertops, island, and backsplash with the integrated shelf turned out perfect 🤩 Any Top Shop’s professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship made the entire process a breeze. One of the best examples of high quality customer service that I’ve seen from a company in a while. Shops like AnyTop are the reason you should always support small businesses. My experience with Any Top Shop was exceptional, from looking at their inventory all the way to the finished product!!! The sales staff are knowledgeable, readily available to answer any questions, and covered every aspect of it thoroughly. We used their plumber to unhook the old faucet, and install the new one without a hitch. I was able to go on site to view the granite slab I had chosen, and tell them exactly how I wanted the layout. On the day of the install, they were right on time, did a wonderful job, cleaned up well after themselves, and gave me instructions on what to do, and not to do with my new counter. A+ service at its best!!!

I purchased granite countertops from Any Top Shop August 2024. Pros: price and selection Cons: They tried to renege on the price they quoted me for the granite. They had to come out the day before installation to double check their measure. They provided the wrong sink and told me I would again have to hire a plumber to detach and reattach the lines, even though these extra steps were due to their error. They had to send out multiple people to fix issues with the installation, like not sealing large areas of the granite. And, saving the best for last, they didn’t appropriately secure the sink. It has since buckled resulting in a broken pipe under the sink. Every step of the way I have had to fight them to get things done right. These pictures were taken this morning (a different contractor broke the tiles on the backsplash when removing the old countertop).

Anytops has a huge selection of really unique granite as well as quartz so we had a hard time choosing. The granite slabs are viewable outside, but honestly I liked that better than a warehouse. The natural light really showed off the natural stones beauty that I might not have appreciated indoors. Anytops staff are so kind and helpful and they really know their product too. The installation was easy on us too. Austin and Quinten were fabulous! They were very professional but made the install an enjoyable experience. Would have them back again! Our kitchen already looks beautiful even before the tile goes up!

The owners are amazing and compassionate people! I cracked my sink on Saturday to the point there was no saving it. I didn't realize undermount sinks are so hard to find and mostly special order. After several hours of hitting every store (Lowes, Home Depot, Menards, true value & even Amazon) I gave up for the night. Sunday on a whim I tried AnyTop Shop and Ryan the owner answered the call. They were closed but he still chose to answer the phone and took the time to not only answer my questions but give me great advice. Ryan and his lovely wife checked stock and found a perfect replacement. They allowed me to come in on normal day off and went above and beyond to take care of our need. thank you so much Ryan for coming to the rescue!

Thank you Any Top Shop for coming to my rescue! When I had my kitchen "refinished" by Jericho for thousands of dollars, I had no idea that just 4 short years later my kitchen sink would become separated from the granite and abruptly fall! Since the company would not accept or return my calls for help, I searched online for someone to help repair it before more damage was done. I found a company I never heard of called Any Top Shop. When I called them, Ryan stated they normally would only repair work they did themselves. However, he felt that a company should always stand behind their work, no matter what. He then decided he was going to help me even though his company did not do my kitchen. True to his word he came the very next day and repaired my sink for FREE! And they did a great job. His team of professionals also stripped and refinished our hardwood floors, The floors look brand new. Ryan's work has added thousands of dollars to the appraised value of our home. This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with any service company. The owner is the most defensive individual I have ever encountered. He created a problem and when he was presented with a valid question, assumed I was calling him a liar. He will not answer a question. The owner is not forthcoming with information and he is rude, as well as condescending. He also treats his employees terrible. On several occasions, on the 4 times his workers were at my home, trying to fix the problem, I heard him yelling on the phone, like his employees were beneath him. They were, by far, the most pleasant people in our ordeal. I would never use this company again and I don't recommend Any Top Shop to anyone. I was offered my $ back three different times. When I finally said I wanted it back, he said he would give half back, then would need to approve the installation of another company before refunding the remainder. Not a company who stands behind their mistakes, but tells the customer they are the problem. If the order had been correct in the beginning, we wouldn't have had to go through this three different times. Interestingly enough, the owner hasn't even called to ask if we were satisfied with the last attempt to correct the blunder he created in the first place. Save yourself a lot of heartache and frustration. Don't use this company!!!

I would not advise anyone to go this direction. They lied to me multiple times. They have items on their website even right now that they will not honor the price on. The owner Ryan is rude and when you have any dealings with him, it will leave a bad taste in your mouth.
