My wife and I could not be more pleased with the results! From design to installation, Mel, Paul, and staff at AGM provided expertise and professionalism. We used a high-end quartz from Cambria. I would not hesitate to recommend AGM for anyone that’s in the market for countertops!

We had a wonderful experience with Anatolia for our new gorgeous marble countertops. From the beginning, Marco was professional and quick in responding to my many questions. The install guys were kind and we are so thankful!

(The also own Astro Granite in Bristol, TN) The communication from the sales person- Mark has been cordial and great! However- there were a number of issues from a quality control standpoint and customer service stand point from the fabricators. First- we ordered a stone that apparently has fissure cracks regularly. The fabricator knew that it was problematic, and still had it shipped to their fabrication shop. We rejected the stone, and had to go back and pick out other stone. After finding a similarly priced stone- we had it sent to the fabricator to be cut and fit to our needs. This delayed the project quite a bit. Second- one of the pieces was measured incorrectly. It was cut too long, and with the waterfall edge we wanted, it would have to be cut again. Third- they originally cut the stone for their sink, even though on the purchase order, it said 'customer to provide sinks' and they took the paperwork with the sink measurements, and still improperly made the cuts. Further delaying the install. Fourth- the stone looks like it was dropped at some point. Because there is a large chunk missing from the edge, as well as many saddle cracks. Fifth- during install, the installers took a large chunk out of our brand new cabinets, forcing me to get the cabinet face replaced. When I asked to speak with the owner about how we were going to resolve the issues- I was told the owner will not speak to customers. I've been a business owner for over a decade in a service industry based business- if I treated ANY of my clients like this, I'd be horrified. While their prices were better than other quotes we received- I can see why now. They do not care about the customers or the quality of their work. Pay more and go somewhere else. Pictures for reference. EDITED REVIEW: After the back and forth with the sales rep, the installers, and the fabricator- the owner finally contacted me. He did not want to have a reasonable conversation. He wanted to yell, belittle, and berate me. He demanded I pay the full amount before the job was completed (not a chance) and then denied that the issues listed were his company's fault. Then the yelling and threats began. Only hire this company if you want to go through poor customer service, want to patronize an owner who doesn't have any care for the quality of their work.

Our experience with Anatolia Granite and Marble was fantastic! We went into their office looking for quartz countertops for our kitchen remodel and Paul was very helpful in helping us find the PERFECT countertop and backsplash for our kitchen! When it came time for installation, the crew was very professional, the cuts came out nice and straight, and they made sure everything was to our liking. We are always getting compliments on our quartz and we want to thank Anatolia and their team for an excellent job!

THE WORST EXPERIANCE EVER! I've been lied to multiple times. I was given a time line of 2-3 weeks. It has now been 3 months and they are still not finished. At least 4 times they told we they would show up and haven't. I PAID IN FULL which was big mistake because they've pretty much put me on the back burner. They never called me ahead of time when they actually did show up. They were at my home until 10pm at night installing my kitchen countertops after I'd told them I have a son that has school in the morning and can't be kept awake late. When they came to install my bathroom countertops I wasn't home, just my 12 year old. I came home to my bathrooms completely DESTROYED, my son's bathroom half done, mine with no countertops at all, and my walls damaged. No call about what had happened. We went a week without countertops and working sinks. My wall were damaged and my son's bathroom half finished. I called the next day and the office didn't even know what was going on. Turns out they ordered the wrong size. Finally got my bathroom countertop installed. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting on my son's splash guard to be installed. I keep getting the run around. This is what I'm left with. DON'T PAY IN FULL BECAUSE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER. Reporting to the BBB. Still waiting. I'm going to have to paint both my bathrooms. I asked for compensation and it was denied. They offered to try and match the paint but how would they even match it when I don't know the color. LIARS AND RIPOFF COMPANY. The staff is nice, Emily especially but it doesn't do any good when what your told is not followed through. Side note they do not caulk around your kitchen walls. Home Depot does. Save yourself the hassle and you use them. I used them in my past house to replace my kitchen countertops. It was worth the extra money. Horrible.

Just got my countertops and I Love Them! The guys that installed them were super helpful. My counters were measured one week and the next week I had my beautiful quartz. Negotiated the price to beat the competitors.

Anatolia Granite and Marble installed counter tops (granite and quartz) throughout our home. They were within budget, provided a great product, arrived when they were supposed to and sent enough men to do the job quickly. My wife and I are excited about our countertops and highly recommend them for your countertop needs!

They did a horrible job, and refused to work with us to resolve the issue. They don’t stand behind services. The seam on the island was horribly done, the overhang was too short, and sides uneven. They also have an F with the Better Business Bureau for not responding to complaints, https://www.bbb.org/us/tn/knoxville/profile/countertops/agm-anatolia-granite-and-marble-0533-90028993/overview-of-bbb-ratings

We have used Anatolia multiple times for clients homes & remodels for us - ONLY because we were friends with someone who worked there. We have been without a master bathroom since June 2021. Today is December 17,2021 - we still do not have countertops. 1st week Nov. had a guy from Anatolia come and measure (our cabinets all installed). He said one to two weeks they would be out to install - white quartz. My husband and I waited and waited. Husband called the man we knew, who has to manage two locations, and he tried to help us. Long story short, we were told got the man that came out to measure did not place the order for us and that we did not need to communicate with him anymore. So we asked when would they be ordered and installed? Turns out that they lost our order and then they were supposed to arrive last week. I sat at home from 7am until 8pm for TWO DAYS STRAIGHT - their technicians kept calling us saying that they were at an install and that they would arrive at our house within a few hours… Then that few hours return it to five hours… And then they would call us at 7:15 PM to tell us that they were on their way…. Then we would get a call at 8 PM saying that they could not make it and that they would come the following day, 3 days this repeated itself. So I was not able to leave my home, not able to go to our officd to work, not to to a grocery store, nothing. Because my life had to be on hold for them. We did not complain. We were still trying very hard to be understanding because we understand that in today’s workforce it is almost impossible to find anyone that wants to work. This week rolls around and we wonder what day are they going to show up? They decided to show up yesterday, Wednesday, December 16th, at lunchtime. The main guy that came in the house was nice but I did have to ask him to please take off his muddy boots before walking in and tracking mud everywhere (literally 30 seconds prior to him walking in our housekeepers were walking out). He was surprised, I guess that’s not something they have been trained to do, no biggie - he was nice and didn’t mind. We went around the corner of the house and he instantly said, there’s no way this countertop is going to fit. Are you kidding me?!?!Here we have been waiting for weeks and that is his initial statement to me. I told him, that is not an option, your employee was here measuring and I imagine that you have plenty of other workers here that can assist you in getting the countertop up the stairs which is just one level. He ended up calling for additional support, which is fine & I appreciated. He called for Brett, who had installed our master kitchen countertops in the past and had more experience than any of the other guys here. Two huge trucks and a car at my house. An hour passed. Then The main guy told me to come outside because he wanted to show me where the countertop was busted and cracked and he said he did not want to be dishonest with me but there is no way that I should accept it. Sure enough there was an obvious crack, that appeared from a blunt force perhaps it happened in a warehouse/picking it up and hitting it on something. Bright white quartz so it was no way to hide it. I appreciated the fact that they tried hard to try to get rid of the crack with different methods - they had epoxy, a sander, other items outside but it did not help. All of the employees were apologetic and very nice. I feel very bad for them though. The owner, “Tim” called the main guy and chewed him out for coming over to help the other guys. We could all hear the owner yelling at him.At the same time, the other employees told me “yeah, what’s crazy is our boss (owner) knew this piece was busted last week and told us in warehouse”. I was shocked!!! I said, “you mean to tell me that your owner is the one who sent this busted countertop to my house on purpose - it was not an accident?”. Today, Dec 17th I called the owner. He fired me & said they could not do work & couldn’t provide one piece countertop. Without our money, no bathroom, right before Christmas. Al because I asked him to slow down talking because I could not understand him and he then said something to the effect that they could not even do that countertop in one piece because it is too big, I think that’s what he said? If someone is understanding it is us - we are employers & try very hard to show others kindness & forgiveness. However, we have been lied to & the owner was the one who was fine sending us the busted countertop and put his employees in a bad situation. Very weird. We have multiple homes we are working on on a regular basis and I can assure you we will not subject any of our customers to this. It’s a shame - we always try to remain loyal. We will be working with a new company who has ethics moving forward.

Their work is the worst. They left uneven, ugly seams. Obvious they do not know what they are doing. My entire house is covered in quartz dust where they cut the quartz in the house without hanging plastic. Left the house in a huge mess. They have zero customer service. They do not return calls. Please do yourself a favor and run fast away from these people.

New to Tennessee we chose Anatolia Granite and Marble because of the great reviews. These reviews were right. Our countertops are GORGEOUS!!! From the first time I spoke with Ferno on the phone, I knew this was the place for us. When I described what we were looking for, Ferno immediately texted me pictures and even offered suggestions. His expertise is priceless! When I went in to the store he spent a lot of time showing me different countertops. There prices were great too. Even though it is the holiday season and they were busy, they were on time with their installation. Everyone involved in the process from measurements to installation was super friendly, professional, and very helpful. Ferno always checked in throughout the process and was always on top of things. If that were not enough, my husband had an unexpected surgery during this process. Not only did Ferno move things around to accommodate us, he made sure it all happened so we would have a countertop for Thanksgiving. If that were not enough he even checked in to see how my husband was doing! Who does that? Anatolia Granite and Marble does!!!
