I am so glad I found this hidden gem of a company to help with a personal kitchen remodel as well as several client remodels. I loved that I had a team member so knowledgeable to help make material and color decisions. I ultimately chose to work with them for this reason over big box stores in order to have good old fashioned in person customer service should any problems arise. We loved our new counters and flooring and the team that did the install were very professional and courteous and did a thorough job. I plan on turning to them again for bathroom project coming up soon!

Just had my kitchen remodeled by Amazon Stone. It is beautiful. The little extra touches make such a difference. They were so great to work with. When a small issue came up with some material from a supplier, it was no problem for Amazon Stone. They sorted it out quickly and efficiently, and we are so incredibly happy with the end result.

Claire and Nico did a job for my parents many years ago. My parents were perfectionists and happy with the work, so I figured they must be good. I used them on a renovation years later and they a fabulous job. Now, I buy and renovate houses. Nico and Clair's team did the stone work in my last house project and did a fantastic job. The nice thing about working with Amazon Stone is not only is the work top notch, they are reliable. They are also our neighbors. They have earned my trust and respect. They complete the work without me having to follow up or micromanage them. My time is valuable and when they do a job for me, I don't have to worry about it. They take care of all of the details and make it all work out beautifully. They are now my 1st choice for countertops and stone work. The price is competitive. The work is very high quality. They are quick to complete the work and they make sure it is done right. In my book, they cover all the bases. I'm thankful to have someone on my team to cover this portion of my projects.

First of all my kitchen turned out beautiful! The reason i gave 4 stars is you need to put your patience cap on when doing a remodel. There were many delays with the cabinets. Don' t know if things were ordered wrong or not ordered. Everything was made right it just took more time. I give Victor the installer 5 stars , he was excellent! Jackie was very patient with me , I can be very picky. I would definitely use Amazon Stone again. I actually would give them 4 1/2 stars.

I have had such a horrible experience with them this time. They messed up our first order ordering the stone and tried to get us to pay another $2000. Then we ordered another stone and waited another 2 weeks to get installed, they missed measured the backing of the counter top and to reorder and wait another week. Then messed up the molding underneath the bar, trying to fix that tore off paint. I would not recommend them at all!!!! Betty Hudson

The owner, despite being at our house twice, took no notes for our job. I had to write the length of the cuts we wanted on an envelope I had laying nearby. So when our job was ready for the stone to be installed, we called in and no one could find our file with job notes or specifications for our stone. The appointment setter (Candy is awesome!!), said there was nothing to be found. So I told her again our dimensions. They went by measurements only (of which we were told to call in with once the contractor had the seat built). The problem with using measurements only is that they don’t account for imperfections in walls (not perfectly square). When the seat didn’t fit exactly, instead of creating a template to match our seat (as I am told should have happened), they cut the end straight up and down right in our driveway. The stone doesn’t fit the seat right, and is not polished on the end. Unfortunately, there wasn’t enough left to fix it. I HATE IT!! I have to hang my towel in a way that covers it, so that I do not have to look at it. They also did not cut our vanity backsplash as specified. We paid for 2 cuts so that the seams would be hidden behind our sinks. We got 1 cut with a seam showing right down the middle. Being generous with an extra star because in the end, they came back and fixed a very small imperfection with some filler that wasn’t caused by them. But we totally over paid for a job they didn’t do AT ALL as we asked or (as we learned too late) up to industry standards correctly.

We visited several places around Atlanta to find the perfect countertop for our kitchen remodel. We found just the right piece AND great customer service all at Amazon Stone. Amanda was patient to explain the benefits of the different kinds of stones, finishes, etc. They didn't try to talk us into upgrades, additional products or installation procedures we neither wanted nor needed, a contrast to some other area businesses. Saved $1,000 compared to another area competitor for similar product. 15-year seal warranty an assurance with quartzite/marble:) Their installation personnel were professional, knowledgeable, and highly competent. We had a death in the family mid-process. They were incredibly understanding and accommodating when they could have been impatient or sold our high demand style to someone else. Grateful for their commitment to the customer. Love our countertops! Highly recommend! 5-star products and service.

We visited a bunch of places to find the right granite. Many of the places we visit were always trying to push exotic stones. It turns out most places carry the same stones from the same quarries. So, the goal is to find people you like working with. Gisa at Amazon Stone was awesome. She helped find great granite AND stay in our budget.
