Alpine Granite & Marble did my kitchen remodel and then I called them back to do our outdoor kitchen. They don’t only do great work, they are a pleasure to do business with. They answered all our questions in a timely manner and did the work exactly like they told us. It all looked great! Will definitely call them to do more again.

We had been searching for a new bathroom vanity. We happened to drive by Alpine and stopped in. Amanda helped us through the entire process. They had great selection and we were on our way in 30 minutes. Our new vanity was installed today and we couldn’t be happier. Great selection, great quality and great service. I highly recommend.

Angel and Amanda were great to work with. Their prices were very reasonable and their service was exceptional. The only advice I would offer to someone considering a granite counter top purchase is to make sure when you are choosing your granite, you select the exact piece for them to cut. Each piece has a different design pattern and may be darker in some areas. Overall, my husband and I are truly pleased.

We had an awesome experience with Alpine. We underwent a full kitchen renovation and were in need of countertops on a tight schedule. Alpine had by far the quickest turnaround time of the companies we considered. They also gave us a very reasonable quote (and even waived the fee to return to install our bathroom vanity top). From the onset, and throughout the entire process, Amanda was a great communicator and transparent timelines. The templating process with her husband was also a breeze. We went with the vdara - sterling light tops and are very happy with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend alpine to anyone in the market.

Alpine Granite and all of their staff have been TOP notch! They were professional, thorough, and did a fabulous job! We loved them so much that after they did our kitchen countertops we had them redo our bathroom vanities, a bar and we built a second island too! Highly recommend Angel, Amanda and all of their employees!

Want a PRO to do your kitchen counters....look no further than Alpine Granite & Marble in Murfreesboro, Tennessee! Brittany, is their office specialist who helps with the beginning; discussing your project and is very patient as you work through your choices. Amanda comes initially to your property and acquires measurements, provides options on your choices of quartz, marble or granite and really helps you narrow it down. Angel is a PRO....he really cares about your kitchen and the finished product. He spent time discussing the project prior to doing a template and fabricating the counters. On install day, he went the extra mile assuring my countertop was perfect! The pictures tell it all....and they are SO worth the investment. I HIGHLY recommend this vendor and company...use them with confidence! Then....refer them over and over.

The team at Alpine were so amazing. They were able to get our stone that we wanted even though the first batch was out of stock. The install team was great and the owner made sure we were completely satisfied. Their response time to inquires were very fast and thorough. They followed up in a timely manner. If we have another project, we will be using them again and I would recommend them to any home owner or contractor alike. They are working on their showroom/shop, but do not let that keep you from using them. We could not be more pleased with the whole process.

Great people to work with. Worked with them three times, and only dissatisfied once, because they took too long to get back to us over the course of the project, but they made it right by giving us a free piece for a small cabinet without us even asking. They really saved us on our kitchen two years ago. Will keep going to them for countertop stuff.

Recently relocated to area and needed new countertops. Stopped by Alpine and they were very helpful in finding what we needed. At time of install, one side of kitchen, had to be shimmed due to unlevel, which was ok. Other side wasn't shimmed though to make both even and it shows. Contacted that night to point out and Angel said it could be fixed. Since June 21st, haven't been contacted, unless I call them, and when given my days off, they never contact me. Very disappointed......

We recently had a remodel and the contractor subcontracted our kitchen countertops with this company. First let me say neither myself nor the contractor could reach them by telephone. If you reach them you will have to get in the car and physically drive to Murfreesboro to speak with them about something that could have been resolved by phone. Note they are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau, & once you get to investigating them the complaints far out number the compliments. Give yourself plenty of time if you use this company because you will be waiting longer than they originally tell you for your countertops. I would never use them again because they are not worth the aggravation and hassle you have to go through. The only persons time that means anything in the project is theirs. I know this is to be expected but it reaches an unreasonable level before the project reaches completion. I wouldn't even give them one star if I had the zero option.

I originally had a planned a good review because their work LOOKED good. Until I woke up to a flood in my kitchen which leaked through the ceiling into my photography studio and caused thousands of dollars worth of damage. When we hired a plumber they found that Alpine had put in an insufficient part which then came dislodged destroying my kitchen floors, my ceiling downstairs, my floors in my studio and the drywall. Amanda had also scheduled with me as I am a photographer and canceled last minute and never paid me and blocked me. Now they refuse to call back after this incident has occured. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

I would seriously never refer these people to anybody!! Almost $8000 later and I'm left with a messed up seam (bc they don't have the right equipment yet) a scratched floor and a scratched front to my brand new dishwasher. When confronted about it they first lied and said they didn't move it until I referenced a video they posted on their social media of them installing it and it was laid face down on the floor. And later telling me that I signed a terms contract with them. I am all for shopping local and doing good business this simply is not the way to treat customers

Our granite was installed in June 2019. Amanda was great in the beginning, but then we had our granite counter tops installed, and it went downhill fast from that point on. They leveled and lifted one side of the kitchen but not the other, so we now have about a 1 inch difference on either side of our stove and we're unable to install our backsplash. We have tried for months to have Amanda set up a day for them to fix this error. It's now been over 5 months. They either do not show up after we've made an appointment or they say they never received a phone call or message from us with an an appointment date and time. (We have been documenting everything) With the amount of money we spent, the work and customer service is way below par. If and when they eradicate their error, I will possibly bump up my rating.
