I just want to give a huge shout out to All Quality Marble and Granite from the sales staff, Rocky, Elizabeth, and Gabe to the template person, Sandro, and finally, the installers, Leo and Paulo. Each step of the process was seamless and came off without any problems. Clearly, their teamwork is evident every step of the way. I was at my “wit's end” having lived through a major remodel of my home. The kitchen was the final phase of the whole project. Because of previous problems, I was hesitant and waited to finally get this project underway. However, in their highly capable and efficient hands, the whole process from start to finish took exactly 21 days from the time I placed my deposit until the day of my final installation. I love, love, love my gorgeous new quartzite countertops! Thank you, All Quality Marble and Granite for helping me realize the kitchen of my dreams!

I don’t normally write reviews, but the customer service at All Quality Marble and Granite has been exceptional in every aspect. I started working with them over a year ago to renovate my kitchen. Unfortunately, there was a delay on my end due to issues with my builder, but Roberta was kind enough to hold onto my slabs until the kitchen was finally ready. Their flexibility with payment and helpful design suggestions made the whole process much smoother. What also stood out was how friendly and patient the installers were. They were super funny and stayed jovial, even though my husband kept asking questions and hovering around. Not once did they seem frustrated. I’m genuinely confused by any negative reviews, because these guys clearly understand what it means to provide excellent customer service. Our kitchen is almost done, I’ll share pictures soon! Here's a photo of one of the completed area.

Our experience with All Quality Marble & Granite was superb, and we would definitely work with them again. Our project was a quartzite dining room table. They allowed us to directly buy our half slab from Mystic Granite & Marble nearby (instead of having to buy it marked up from them like with other fabricators), which saved us a substantial amount of money. Elizabeth sketched out our vision and helped us refine the finer details, including scheduling a templating appointment in our dining space. She also kept us informed every step of the way. The delivery staff were also friendly and attentive to the details. Some of the larger fragments of the half slab are being made available to us in case we want to use them for another project. Plus, if we need to move our table in the future when we redo our flooring, they're willing to help us out with that! So that's a load off our minds.

I met with Elizabeth and she not only is extremely knowledgeable about granite, quartz, marble, etc....but is budget conscious and answers all of your questions and helps you coordinate the task of redoing your kitchen counters, going to your site and taking the proper measurements. A huge thank you to Rocky and Jeremiah. We chose the Mother Earth granite and it was a very complicated flow pattern to be installed in our large kitchen. Jeremiah was able to cut it so all the flow matched and the seam was absolutely outstanding. You can't even tell. His installers used about three different color mixtures for the seam and it is near perfect. Our contractor said he he has never seen a granite job he liked as much as ours. We could not be happier with the job. We just knew that it was going to be a perfect fit for us when we walked in and met Rocky (and Lola...woof).

Miracle workers! Pete is that extremely rare find of someone who under sells and over delivers. After a horrific experience with a cabinet installer who broke my granite counter top, Pete and his team completed the removal and re-install with surgical precision. I was in complete disbelief it was even possible, and I was on pins and needles until I saw it with my own eyes. They were prompt, efficient, courteous and professional. It is a shame to read people bad-mouthing this company. Any company that is service oriented will have hic-ups from time to time, and in NO way would Peter or his staff do anything deceitful. I know this for a fact because I have been working with this company about 15 years. As an extremely finicky Interior Designer, excellence is demanded. They have NEVER let me down, and I have done countless projects with them throughout the years. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, talented, and professional. I write this review because they truly deserve 5 stars. They just completed another outstanding project of mine--as promised, and for a great price. Koodos, All Quality!! Shop around, and then give them your business. Hands down.

Pete, the owner of the business is a nice guy that was very helpful. David, who is the installer helper is great at his job and is very careful when he is removing the old countertops and installing the new granite countertops. David also cut mine and did an excellent job. I can't say enough good things about David. He should be the lead installer. Jeramiah was great at fixing the problems that I had. Manny has to be the worst employee and installer that I have ever seen. He ripped holes in my drywall when removing the old countertops in the bathrooms. He cut the backsplash wrong in the kitchen and then tried to cover it up with seaming a small piece to it, not acceptable and had to cut a new one. He cut the holes for the faucets in the bathroom countertops wrong. He actually cut into the sinks so the faucets could not be mounted. He is a slob and David had to go behind him and fix his mistakes and clean up after him. The countertops are beautiful and if it were not for Manny, I would be giving this company 5 stars. The owner and all of the employees, except for Manny are great at what they do.

I use them for two houses. BIG mistake. They need to change their name. They are far from quality. I one house they shifted the cabinets leaving a big gap and dishwasher wont open. They didnt seal the counter so it stained right away. They finishes were non existant leaving big gaps with drywall showing through and no backsplash leaving bare wall with glue on it. At my other house they didnt seal the counters and it stained right away. They left the clip off the sink and tried to glue it in place and it fell out. The only thing holding it was the plumbing. Please keep looking. They have a lot of fake reviews.

Beware of the bait and switch low prices they quote you to try and suck you in. The don't disclose all the other fees and I had to drag it out of them. They are hoping you will be too invested at this point when you get the bill. Don't waste your time. There are lots of honest fabricators out there that need your business.
