Highly recommend All OC Kitchen & Bath and especially Carrie for our kitchen renovation and bath remodel. Everyone who’s seen the end result were ecstatic at the way it turned out. As with any construction projects, there always the unseen bumps in the road and surprises but All OC K&B was terrific in adapting and handling the surprises. Will be using them again on our second bath renovation.

All OC was, and continues to be the best contractor I've ever worked with. They were responsive, completely transparent, and the quality of work was amazing. We had a bit of a unique situation and needed help fast. After interviewing several companies, none offered the level of service that All OC did. I was skeptical at first but they delivered! Staring from the very first consultation with Carrie, who assessed our situation and developed a realistic and actionable plan, we were treated courteously. It was clear that they wanted to earn our business and really valued relationships with their clients. Understanding that timing was critical and we need the work done quickly, the owner went in person, the day after signing our contract, to apply for permits so we could start construction by the end of the week. The rest of the project moved forward efficiently without sacrificing any quality. I can really tell that Eric and his crew take pride in their work. He came back several times to address questions and small details that needed attention and found several ways to improve upon our original vision. Throughout the project, I was proactively contacted frequently with status updates and requests for my feedback. I never get out of the loop or not in control of the project. All OC Kitchen & Bath & Design gets our highest recommendation! We recently purchased an older home and wanted to knock-out a couple walls and put in a kitchen island to create a modern open-concept kitchen. I walked into the All OC office (without an appointment) and was immediately helped by Jim. He and Katrin walked me through the design and remodel process. We ultimately determined we would need to remove a load bearing wall and install a ceiling beam. They took care of everything from start to finish (city permits, engineering plans, electrical inspections, etc.). During the design process, we decided to replace our backsplash and counter tops, add additional lighting, and expand the existing cabinetry. Jim and Katrin were extremely helpful in finding cost effective solutions to making our dreams come true. Their construction crew was top notch and customized the kitchen’s design features to our every wish. Our kitchen remodel turned-out beyond what we could have ever imagined. Their team hit it out of the park! They took a dated and inefficient kitchen (with only two drawers and dreary lighting) and made it into the centerpiece of our home. Now EVERYONE who visits our home is blown away by our kitchen. We are repeatedly asked by our friends looking to remodel, which company we used. When it comes time to remodel our two bathrooms, we will happily choose All OC Kitchen & Bath & Design.

I just completed a full bathroom remodel with All OC and am very happy with the end result. We converted a tub/ shower combo to a walk-in shower and the entire bathroom is now much more beautiful and functional. The tile work was a bit of a challenge since the shower tile was both an abnormal, hexagon shape and had a pattern that needed to be matched which ultimately came out perfectly. Jim was really excellent at helping me hone in on the smaller details design-wise. Katrin was excellent at keeping the project moving forward and advising of and scheduling the next steps. Eric came in to help me revise a few details on the shower tile which gave me a better end result. Overall they were accurate about the timeline, communicated very well and I'm very happy with how it all turned out. They know what they are doing and have a seasoned crew who all work well together. Much appreciation for the beautiful work they did!

Our experience with All OC Kitchen & Bath & Design got off to a great start with a quick response from Carrie (the Design and Sales Consultant). We had a few ideas of our own but not enough to even think about moving forward alone. Carrie was full of ideas and took our requests and expanded them further than we could invision. OC took care of all the materials, experienced tradesmen and stuck to the time line. There was always someone to reach out to if we had questions and they kept us posted of who would be showing up next. We are very pleased with all of the people and the work that was done. We hired All OC kitchen and bath to remodel our master bathroom and so happy we did! From the first time meeting with Jim at our house we felt very comfortable and confident they would do a beautiful job! After reading all the positive reviews we saw on yelp and Google we knew we made the right choice even after having other estimates. There is a lot of work put into remodeling a bathroom ( I had no idea) but Katrin, Jim and Eric made it easy for us and always got back to us immediately if there was any questions or concerns. They only used the best when it came to all the different jobs to finish the remodel. We would 100% highly recommend using this company and now we get to enjoy using our spa like bathroom!

Remodel work is never easy, but once it is done, and done properly it is worth it. All OC Kitchen and Bath did a very nice job with our project. We did a complete Master Bath remodel and made a powder room out of half of the master closet. All the trades people that work for OC Kitchen and Bath are highly skilled. This is all the demo, plumbing, framing, tile work, electrical, painting, stucco, hanging doors, cement work, these skilled workers are the backbone of our country. So nice to have it all done

We are so pleased with our master and guest bathroom remodels! We had shopped around a bit before deciding on All OC and are confident we made the right choice. Details (permits; materials; design; cost; schedule) were well tracked throughout the project. The materials are excellent quality, while staying at our comfortable price point. What we TRULY appreciate is the each of the people working on our project is a CRAFTS PERSON...not 'technicians'. They understand their work and love the project into being. Our bathrooms were stock 1972 and our home certainly isn't plumb and straight....but they made it all work: tile, drainage, lighting. They addressed our 'technical' concerns with logical answers. Sydney, our designer, spent time with us and in our home to understand our quirks and (lack) of level of design savvy...then guided/assisted our decisions. Communications throughout the design and build process was timely and easy. This will not be our last project with All OC Kitchen and Bath!

Like most remodel projects, ours had some "bumps in the road". Unlike most contractors I have worked with, who tend to run away from problems, Carrie and the owners engaged immediately and got things back on track. I recently worked with All OC on a kitchen remodel, and they did a wonderful job of making my vision come to life. I worked with Jim on design, and he had some great suggestions of maximizing our kitchen space and rearranging certain things to create more storage, and so far it has worked out wonderfully. We also finished way ahead of schedule (job took only 5 weeks when it could've easily taken 6-8 weeks) because Katrin (co-owner/scheduler) was great about scheduling quickly and moving things along without too much downtime. Highly recommend the team there and would definitely work with them again!

We are so pleased with our kitchen and guest bath remodel with All OC Kitchen. Jim (our designer) did a fantastic job with this project that went far beyond replacing outdated cabinets and countertop. Due to its age, the kitchen lacked many elements that are required or standard inside modern kitchen--electricity at the island, a water line behind the fridge, and a gas line to the stove. We also replaced the mismatched and damaged flooring and baseboards throughout the downstairs. Although we kept the overall layout, Jim improved the usability of the space (e.g., eliminating the clutter on top of the fridge and lots of inaccessible cabinet space), showed us and gave feedback on alternatives where we were undecided, and knew how to make it all not just work but look nicely finished (like with the cabinetry enclosing the fridge). Everything was fully permitted, and they were transparent on pricing throughout. There were some change orders along the way due to things that came up as the work progressed and where we added to the scope of work. Katrin, Eric, and Jim -- thank you for your work!

We recently completed a bathroom renovation with All OC Kitchen And Bath. We first met with Jim who was our consultant and designer. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced! He was an invaluable resource throughout the whole process, and had the answers to all the questions that we had. He helped us to complete the renovation to our liking and efficiently. Katrin was super helpful as far as scheduling times for the various craftsmen to come. When we needed more communication and more specifics about these dates and times, she was more than happy to provide us with daily text messages to keep us appraised of the situation! I can't say enough about the craftsmen that this company uses. Firstly, they did an excellent job of protecting our floors and walls as they did their work. All aspects of the job including demolition, framing, tile work, plumbing, etc was done expertly! I would highly recommend this company. Our bathroom is beautiful!

Worked with Carrie, the designer, to remodel our primary bathroom and kitchen island. It was a pleasure collaborating with her. She listened to what I had in mind and she made useful design recommendations such as (extending island, shower layout, cabinet additions) that we ended up implementing. I'm glad we did. As far as the construction process, I was very happy with the team that made it work, from the floor guys, tiling, to the finishing touches. Eric, the contractor was also a pleasure to work with, making sure to explain what type of work needed to be done. Price is reasonable and transparent. They provide you with a complete breakdown of how much everything costs, which is helpful.

We just completed a full kitchen and entire upstairs remodel with All OC and they did an amazing job! Carrie, our designer, put together a beautiful design and helped us throughout the entire process. She has a great eye for design and really made our mid-century dream come true. Eric and the contracting team did excellent work not just on the remodel but also on the foundation work and framing work needed to remove an entire wall and shore up load-bearing posts with massive underground footings. They were professional, timely, communicative, and efficient throughout the process as well as being open to discussion and feedback. They handled the permitting and inspection process with the city so that we didn't need to be around to deal with them, and they also had excellent tradesmen helping out where necessary. We are very pleased with the work performed and would recommend them for anybody needing a project done.

Recently had a shower/tub remodel put in by all OC Kitchen and bath, and the result is stunning! I live in a condo, and the shower that came with the place broke (literally the tub part of it just cracked and caved in under my feet). Initially tried seeing if it could be repaired, but ultimately ended up taking it as an opportunity to upgrade and went the route of putting in a new tub and switching to an a tile shower. So glad we did! It's been a massive upgrade, not only in how the bathroom looks, but it's an amazing shower. I'm surprised at how much nicer it is to have a nice shower, and now look forward to taking one every day . If you're on the fence with a bathroom remodel, my vote is to go for it, and to use All OC as your contractor. This is the first major project i've hired a contractor to work on, and I'm lucky to have gone with All OC, customer service was top notch and they addressed all my concerns and questions during the process. The planning process was pretty fun, a bit overwhelming at first for me (with the extent of my bathroom remodel experience coming from playing The Sims), but they guided me and my wife through everything and we ended up selecting the perfect tile color and fixtures. The plumbers, installers, and painters All OC brought out were all at the top of their craft. The quality of materials, and attention to detail in the installation was impressive. We had a pretty challenging situation since our bathroom is very small, tight space, shared walls, and hard to work in, but the All OC team was able to work magic to get everything into place. The prices seemed very fair, maybe not the cheapest but you absolutely get what you pay for, and they were awesome in making sure the outcome was what we expected, fully permitted, and transparent on additional work that needed to be done (in our case had to get some extra framing due to city codes and shared wall situation). They explained everything in detail and really knocked it out of the park. They also were responsive to concerns I had and went above and beyond to make sure the final result was perfect. The glass door and glass shampoo holder also look amazing, and fit so well with the tile. They seamlessly worked around constraints from the city/building (shared walls so couldn't make a nook) and came up with a solution that honestly probably is even better! I'm so glad to have went with All OC, and my sincere thanks go out to them for not only dealing with a complicated install, but for addressing all my concerns and going the extra mile to make sure the finished item is amazing. We worked with them on a project in our condo. They were very thorough with the process and Jim helped us understand the whole thing clearly. He took care of everything from engineering to permit and inspections. Time to complete was a little over our estimation, but some of it is driven by the City, which no one can predict accurately. The bathroom looks AMAZING but it did take a fair bit longer than expected to get things completed. The price was reasonable, and very transparent about the costs and did great guiding us for the right design as we made up our minds. The people are super friendly and professional, however I feel like the scheduling and communication could use some improvement if I'm to be honest. But for the most part it was okay. Jim did a great design and added in features (e.g. double lazy Susan for the corner) that made it better than what we were originally thinking. Katrin picked out a perfect backsplash when we were overwhelmed by all the choices. Eric and his team were professional, courteous workers and always accommodated our requests. Katrin and Eric kept the project moving and all the major work was done within a month. It took awhile to complete the project, but it didn't impact our ability to use the kitchen or the rest of our house. I am still somewhat amazed at how customer focused this company is. They not only accommodated our requests, but they volunteered to do extra work (at no additional cost) when they saw something else that needed to be done. Examples are demoing an old closet organizer, capping off an abandoned gas line, installing a new chandelier and installing multiple dimmer switches. We hadn't worked with All OC Kitchen & Bath before and there is always some risk when using someone new for a big project, but they were a perfect choice for us. They care about their work and want it done right. I highly recommend them!

So happy we choose to use All OC Kitchen and Bath for our remodel! What started as just a kitchen remodel, turned into the whole downstairs and all bathrooms so it was crucial to have a company that could coordinate so many changes at once. Our kitchen was small, without much counter space, but Jim was able to design the perfect solution to transform the open space to provide more cabinet space and doubled the counter top area. He really captured our vision and turned it into a reality. The whole downstairs flooring was redone, the half bath, guest bath and master bathroom, as well as updating the fireplace. Throughout the whole remodel Katrin, Eric and Jim were there to ensure each phase went smoothly. They all provided timely updates and helped us coordinate choosing the materials to complete each rooms look. The contractors they used were always pleasant, respectful and did good quality work. We recently purchased an older home and wanted to knock-out a couple walls and put in a kitchen island to create a modern open-concept kitchen. I walked into the All OC office (without an appointment) and was immediately helped by Jim. He and Katrin walked me through the design and remodel process. We ultimately determined we would need to remove a load bearing wall and install a ceiling beam. They took care of everything from start to finish (city permits, engineering plans, electrical inspections, etc.). During the design process, we decided to replace our backsplash and counter tops, add additional lighting, and expand the existing cabinetry. Jim and Katrin were extremely helpful in finding cost effective solutions to making our dreams come true. Their construction crew was top notch and customized the kitchen's design features to our every wish. Our kitchen remodel turned-out beyond what we could have ever imagined. Their team hit it out of the park! They took a dated and inefficient kitchen (with only two drawers and dreary lighting) and made it into the centerpiece of our home. Now EVERYONE who visits our home is blown away by our kitchen. We are repeatedly asked by our friends looking to remodel, which company we used. I would recommend. I waited a couple of months to write this because I wanted to make sure we were happy.. and we are. Couldn't be happier with our new kitchen. I think, overall, things went well from the very start. When we were looking for someone to remodel our kitchen our first visit was with Jim. He showed us everything we wanted in that visit. And provided a written estimate. Something others were reluctant to do. Doing due diligence, we contacted 3 additional contractors. We were not as pleased them, to say the least. They came in a little cheaper, but what they offered was not as good, or they seemed shady. Our decision to go with All OC was the right one. Not everything went perfect. I didn't expect it to. But, everyone's response to all my questions and concerns was what exactly what I had hoped for. They listened and resolved. I have to give big kudos to Katrin. She is excellent at what she does. She listens, she follows up, she gets results. She knows how to manage a project. I would have to say that Mo, the cabinet guy, is probably the best in his field. The installation was done perfectly. I guess when someone comes in with a 3D laser level, you have to expect he knows his stuff. The tile guys also did an amazing job. The floor looks perfect. I had to laugh at one point because I heard a two of the guys arguing over the layout. You know you have some folks passionate about their work when argue for perfection. There is more I could write, but you probably stopped reading a couple paragraphs up. So, yes, I would recommend.

We were a bit apprehensive going into the project during the pandemic but right from the consultations, quoting and following up the team was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Katrin provided insights into design options and suggested alternatives as we shaped the look and feel. I highly recommend them for any job. I hired them for a small remodeling project and wanted them to be done in 3 weeks. Don't let the name of the company limit you for asking them to help you with any project. As with any remodeling project, I kept adding to their scope of works. They were quick to respond with a quote and time frame. I got many useful advices along the way. They finished my remodeling to my satisfaction and I will definitely hire them for the second phase of my remodeling.

We hired Eric to do a total remodel of our master bathroom. The job required the removal of all existing appliances along with the removal of our slate walls and shower enclosure. From the moment we met with Eric, walked the project and negotiated the bid, it became so clear that Eric was a contractor apart from all others. Eric is professional, his contract is clear, he is to the point, extremely honest and reliable. Our new bathroom is extraordinary. It came out even nicer than we had anticipated. I couldn't more highly recommend Eric and his team! There is one more comment I would like to add. This comment is in regard to Eric as a human being. After we started our bathroom, we learned we had an ice maker leak in our kitchen. As it turns out, this leak created mold throughout most of our kitchen. We tore out our kitchen...and then our son had a horrible surfing accident. We didn't know if he would live, but learned he would be able to come home after a week at Mission Hospital. We called Eric and asked if he could build us a temporary kitchen. Eric showed up early the next morning,and then we went back for another long day at the hospital. When we arrive home late that night, Eric and team had put up rails for our son to hold onto as he convalesced, evened out the kitchen floor so our son wouldn't lose his balance, and installed a temporary sink, countertop dishwasher and temp island. And to top it off, Eric wouldn't even let us pay him for that day. He told me that he is a Dad, and his heart went out for us. Not only is Eric a great contractor with whom to work, he is truly an amazing individual with such a warm heart. A very capable and special person indeed.

All OC did a great job on 3 bathroom remodels for me. From quoting to material selection, to scheduling and getting the work done, everything was courteous, reliable, and professional. They worked with my budget and communicated every step of the way, I'm very happy with the end result. The crew was awesome, cleaned up well, and very courteous to my neighbors during demolition and cutting tiles. In fact, my neighbor was so impressed that she just hired them to redo her kitchen! The only delays that occurred were due to city inspection rescheduling, which is out of All OC's control, but Katrin kept me well informed of the progress, and the whole project finished on time.

We hired All OC K & B to remodel our guest bathroom recently. We completely redid the entire bathroom including a new bathtub, tile, flooring, vanity, toilet and lighting. Jim Becker was the salesperson and designer and he helped me select finishes, flooring and tile that turned out beautifully. I asked for additional electrical and lighting in the bath and hallway and Eric did a great job on that. Lighting on a dimmer for soaking in the new bathtub was perfect.
