Laysa was a very patient and excellent customer service. She understands customer’s need. I took many visits to try to get the granite I like. She had never shown any sign of upset with my multiple visits. She totally understood customer’s need and gave me the advice to find what I was looking for. She also tried to fix the problem when my granite countertop was first installed with poorly installation, chipping, uneven by the first crew. I went back to see Laysa with pictures. She set up the new crew for me. She sent Ronaldo to fix those problem. Amazingly I can see how professional work can be done. i has to gave 4 stars since the work was not done properly for the first time. Luckily the company is very responsible and willing to fix the problem.
