Delighted with AGS Stone. My daughter found it in Google while we were in the area so we stopped in and met Kathy King. She helped us find the perfect quartz to go with the cabinets. I wouldn't have picked Sparkling White on my own, so I am glad Kathy thought of it when she saw our blue green island color because it has tiny flecks of blue green glass and a hint of sparkle throughout that works perfectly. The measuring and installation went well, even with our oversized piece. I would recommend AGS Stone to anyone looking for countertops for either kitchen or bathroom and their display of cabinets, handles, sinks and faucets really helped us figure out what we wanted.

Fantastic quality products and experience. I am very picky and I have used AGS stone for 2 major projects now (all new kitchen countertops including a 10x4 ft island 2 years ago) and now my 10ft master bath vanity. I am extremely pleased with my experience, especially with Roland and the installation team that AGS has. Roland is fantastic— he is great with follow up and promptly returns calls to address any questions. I appreciate that a lot. I feel like he takes attention to details and requests seriously, and is not just trying to sell a product. I highly recommend working with Roland and this company. They make the process easy, fast, and ensure things are done exactly right so that you are completely satisfied with the outcome.

AGS recently did 3 bathroom countertops out of a single slab for our remodel, and we were very impressed with how smoothly the process went from start to finish. The rep at the store was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the team that installed the countertops did a phenomenal job. Their work was very clean and the recommended sinks/faucets look great. Sorry for the rough images as the house is still a work in progress, but as far as the stonework goes they were worth every penny! You 100% get what you pay for with AGS.

Rolando was great to work with and drew up a countertop design that I've never seen quite the same before. We were able to keep our lower solid cherry cabinets because the new countertop included a "skirt" that increased the height of the countertop by 4-5". Juan and (I can't remember) were very friendly, careful and professional while installing. These countertops might be my favorite part of our master bathroom renovation. Just beautiful!

I used AGS to install my kitchen, and bathroom countertops. For the quality and price AGS they are unbeatable. Their customer service were awesome Kathy, and Alex made the transaction seamlessly. They help me all the way through with no issues. AGS ran into a small problem on fitting my sink. But Alex quickly resolved the problem without effecting the install of my countertops. And give me a surprised discount. Sure know how make there customer happy. AGS uses quality contracter installer. The Father and Son came to my house on scheduled time, and were super professional on the work they do, and great personality.

ABSOLUTELY UNPARALLELED customer service and professionalism. We walked in during what seemed to be a busy rush, but were greeted and addressed by literally EVERY single family member of this family owned business within 5 minutes of walking through the door. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process of selecting, planning, and financing our choice of countertops and sink. We had previously checked out three other businesses and were anticipating another stressful and lousy experience. ANYONE in the market for cabinet/countertop remodel should definitely come here first. Will provide update after countertops are installed.

My wife and I have now used AGS on two occasions. The first time, we only purchased granite counters for a house we were flipping. They did an excellent job and the counters came out beautifully. The second time, we chose to use them for new cabinets, vanities and counters for a new home we were having built for ourselves. Everything was done very professionally. One of the smaller granite and tile shops we've checked out in our quest for a granite countertop, but even with this shop's small selection I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the saleswoman we worked with. They only seem to carry about 25 granite slabs in shop, but they do have a list of local suppliers which will provide more options to check out if you don't find anything you love. Our salesperson walked us through the granite area, the template and cutting area, and into the store to give backsplash suggestions - all of which was very appreciated. The quote we received was quick and thorough, and I was left with the impression that they definitely know what they are doing. No purchases were made, and their installation services were not utilized, but they are definitely still in the running.

While the quality and installation of their work is good, I have encountered several delays . On 11/19/15 their sales person came out to measure for our new cabinet and take our deposit. Our contractor due to start the bathroom remodel in mid January. When the cabinets arrived (we were told they come from out of state) the middle drawer was too big and did not fit. The template for the granite could not be made until a new drawer was ordered and installed. Finally the drawer came, the template was made and the granite installed only to find out the trim for around the mirror was too big. Again, reorder and wait. Then it arrived and the stain was not correct. Now waiting for the stain to arrive. The contractor finished the remodel on 2/23. Today is 4/23 and I am still waiting. Good work if you don't mind the inconveniences.

if you are trying to stick to a schedule, look elsewhere, these folks take a LOOOONNNNG time to deliver. trying to call to expedite things won't work. and don't bother leaving messages, i am still waiting for a return phone call. bad experience so far. there are many other vendors, some located very close physically, that looked a lot more promising, and priced a whole lot better. i picked them because of their ratings, but deeply regret it now!
