Quality and attention to detail are outstanding! Jason is very knowledgeable and took the time to meet with us on several occasions to answer questions and make sure we were happy with our selection. AGS worked with our schedule and timeframe for consult, measurement and installation. They were helpful with recommendations as we wanted to keep our original oak cabinets and tile flooring to find something complimentary to update kitchen. Workers were responsive to requests to leave some materials and plumbing hookups from original sink. We love the finished product with minimal and hard-to-detect seams. Price was right. We are also grateful for their referral of Darrell Stone to complete our upgrade with tile backsplash. Thank you for making me smile when I walk in my kitchen! Before and after photos included.

We are in love with our counters. AGS cut everything precisely. We had a wonderful experience with everyone we talked to at AGS. I especially appreciated Courtney keeping us informed throughout the fabrication and getting us on the install schedule as soon as possible. All of the guys who came out to do the install were courteous and professional. We also felt they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting new counters. They are amazing across the board.

The least stressful part of my home renovation was getting new countertops throughout my house. These guy were super patient, very accommodating, professional, and speedy! They were able to do a pop up outlet in our granite that several other fabricators refused to do. They even agreed to come out twice so that I could have a counter on my island before my other cabinets were ready for a counter. Cannot give a high enough recommendation!!

Jason & his team are efficient. Give good advice on color matching with other materials. In our case, we had 10 year tile floor which was in great shape and Jason went to the house and gave us 2 color options of granite to choose from. My husband had thought bullnose would be good but Jason suggested 1/2 bullnose, said it's in now and popular - also it's a little less expensive. We went with his suggestions and looks great. He also had the counters installed earlier than I had expected. They are very easy to work with as well. We are out of state home owners and selling one of our rental properties. This is the first time we have decided to put granite in and honestly believe that helped to get our house sold. The Granite totally transformed the kitchen. The only thing we did not take into consideration but we should have known was that we would need to get a plumber in there to re-hook the plumbing and possibly get a new faucet installed. Good quote and waited for the install day. Due to a failure of their saw we got pushed to another day. Unfortunately they failed to contact me on the rescheduled day to let me know of another delay, but once I contacted them and Jason (owner) found out, he had one of his guys manually finish the cut, polish and install our marble countertop. He made the inconvenience up to me with a small discount.

Jason and his team are the BEST!! In the middle of our kitchen remodel, our Contractors used another Company to fabricate our Marble slabs and the cuts were jagged, uneven. just a mess. Our Contractors then sought out Jason to fix it, which took looking for 2 new slabs that matched. Jason is the ONLY Fabricator in San Antonio that uses laser technology. He laid everything out and the cuts were perfect! My dream kitchen, almost turned nightmare is so gorgeous I may never move! Not shown, but we were remodeling a bath at the same time and we used the same marble. There was exactly enough to do it and it matches perfectly! I highly recommend Jason with AGS!!

I called AGS Granite because I purchased a new fridge and needed my existing granite countertop trimmed for the fridge to fit. They took the time to refer a contractor, even though it was a very small job. The contractor, Tino, did the job for a reasonable price and did a great job. Both AGS and Tino were professional and so nice. I will do business with them again and would definitely recommend them.

Do not take this company for GRANITE! They did great work! Not only were they patient with the process of selecting the right look for our kitchen, but they were knowledgeable and flexible with their time. This was the first time making this type of home renovation and asked for different quotes from companies. The services provided by AGS Granite were top notch! They came out to measure, gave a reasonable quote with no surprises. Seth answered all my questions promptly. He made some suggestions and made my final selection (Dallas white). Once my cabinets were installed Jason came out and did the final measurements using a hi-tech machine; which helped give exact measurements. The install was less than a week and every piece was a perfect fit. My kitchen looks awesome. I highly recommend them. They were professional, honest and great to work with.

I had some laminate countertops that my previous tenants pretty much destroyed and needed replacement. I contacted AGS and got an estimate that was priced real well. I ordered the countertops and they were installed beautifully with very minimal touch up work left to do. Jason and Seth bent over backwards to make sure everything went well and I'm very pleased. My property manager is also a general contractor and will recommend them to his clients. If you need a reference for them feel free to call me, but all I'm going to tell you is "Hire them. What are you waiting for?"

The services provided by AGS Granite were top notch! They quickly came out to measure and were even able to give me an initial estimate with photos. Seth was super responsive to all of my questions. Jason took the time to come out and help me pick the countertop. There were so many choices to choose from I was truly overwhelmed, but with his help we found something gorgeous, durable, and affordable. Next Jason came out and did the final measurements using an hi-tech machine; which helped give exact measurements. The install was less than a week later and the team that came out to install were excellent. The team of three quickly demoed and installed. Every piece was a perfect fit and they cleaned up nicely as well. This truly was one of the best experiences I've gone through thus far in my renovation process!

Jason and his crew were amazing. I couldn't ask for more out of them. To start off, they were there right on time as promised. Jason brought a lot of samples but I was looking for something different and he didn't stop til he found what I was looking for. Once they arrived to install they said it would take a couple hours, but they had a few complications due to how the contractor had built the breakfast bar ... but that didn't stop them. They did not leave my condo until they were completely done. I know any other company would had left once the sun went down bc we had no power due to the remodeling. Jason and his crew were amazing & were readily available for any questions or issues I had. I do plan on remodeling another house and they will be the only company I will work with.

We contracted with Jason and AGS granite to remove old tile countertops and replace it with granite. Not only were the prices very reasonable (the big box stores wanted double for the demo and haul a way of the old counters alone) but he and his crew were nothing but courteous and professional. They did things that one of the big box stores we used in a previous home didn't, like cover our appliances with plastic, lay down butcher paper on the floors, etc. the care given to our home and project was noticed and appreciated. I never even left my home for this project! I contacted Jason and he came to my home to provide an estimate and he brought large samples. When I was leaning towards one color but unsure, he pulled up images on his phone to show me other samples in similar price ranges that he could bring back later, and other slabs available to us. He was patient and answered all of my questions about the materials and project. Our counters are beautiful - you can't even see the seams that were necessary unless you're looking hard for them. The attention to detail was great, and the level of customer service was above what I expected. I plan on calling them again when it's time to redo our two bathroom counters.

We loved our experience working with AGS. The granite countertops they installed in our kitchen are gorgeous and were very competitively priced compared to the other quotes I got. Jason was super helpful in answering all of our questions and made the whole process from beginning to end seem much less overwhelming than it had seemed at first. We just moved to a house that needs a lot of work, so we have had all kinds of contractors and workers out to the house for various things, and I can't stand feeling like someone is trying to push me to break the bank. I decided to use AGS after talking to 3 granite countertop installers. Jason arrived on time for the house appt. (for me, that tells a lot about a contractor). He listened intently to our plans, discussed and recommended options using the samples he brought, and provided a quote. He took time to meet us at the granite showroom and assisted in choosing the correct slab design. He is always responsive to all our questions and finished a wonderful job on schedule. We had a great experience. We were actually contacting Fox Granite and since they live further out of SA, they referred us to AGS, who I was looking at getting a quote from anyway from their good reviews on Angie's List. Jason came to the house the next day and got us a quote very quickly, with options as well. He was also very informative about the different types of granite and their pros/cons, because we really didn't know where to be begin. This for me was the more frustrating part because the industry and wholesalers don't have pricing information, so you really just have to do some homework and have a good contractor who will answer all of your questions. We went to the stone warehouse to pick out our slabs and a week and a half later, installation began. Jason even helped us with sink and faucet shopping. The guys installing were great. I was interested in the process so he gladly showed me what they were doing and asked me questions when they had them instead of doing guesswork. Sure, they were late, but I didn't mind this too much and I honestly at this point am surprised if contractors show up on time. I'd rather they not rush anything. Installation was originally planned for one day, but took a day and a half. One cutout fractured during transportation, fortunately we had enough slab leftover for a new cutout, so this is what took an extra day. Overall, they were professional, honest, and knowledgeable, with good prices...a combination hard to find. We absolutely love our new countertops! Will post pics soon.

They installed in my house granite counter tops and did an awesome job. Took about a week and half to deliver and install after we picked out the granite. They even hauled off my old tops and sink. The only thing I had to do is find a plumber to install the brand new faucet and disposal. They gave me a fair place. I'd recommend them.

Overall everything went well. They did what they said they were going to do and did it at a good price. The only thing that didn't go so well was the timeline or lack of one. If you should use them just make sure you have AGS sets your expectations up front. Jason came over and measured and took my deposit( half of total job). He said he would have the granite at his business in the next 2 days but took 6. Normally that would not have bothered me, but when you give someone over a grand and u don't hear from them in a few days it stressed me out. Once i came to the conclusion they were a reputable firm then everything else went fine. Jason followed up after the job was done. Job took 9 days from the time jason came over to measure until completion. They did put a few holes in my Sheetrock when the took out the old back splash. I don't know if that is normal, but since I am putting tile as a new back splash I am not too worried about it. Overall I gad a good experience and would recommend them.

I used him in the past to get work done and it was quality work. A couple years later, I tried to engage him again for another project. He rarely returned my phone calls and needed multiple prods to be reached. When I finally reached him, he set up an appointment and then simply didn't show up. He later called asking to reschedule. Instead, I gave him my specs and asked for a quote. The given price was nearly half of what I paid him for my entire kitchen (but I only asked for a slab from a remnant to fit a small island). He didn't seem to want the business, so I took it elsewhere.

We did a complete remodel of our downstairs and AGS Granite was, by far, our worst contractor. The price was great and Jason seemed nice at first so we thought it was worth a try. Jason said it would take 6 hours to remove our old countertops and install the new. Six DAYS later we had new counter tops. The first day, the AGS fabricators cut the granite an inch too short. Jason (the owner) refused to replace the entire slab they messed up (and we paid for) and said he would add another seam so they didn't lose much on their cost. My husband and I demanded he fix it the right way and he finally did, after lots of heated conversations and Jason not answering/returning our calls. So...we had to drive across town to pick out another slab since they ruined the first one. The owners (Jason and David) were not there like they said they would be. They kept saying they were "5 minutes away" but never showed. The owners lied about the two slabs we needed being from the same bundle (thus, matching) but they weren't. They recut the new slab wrong AGAIN and tried to fix it with the "scraps" on the slab they had used. It was the most frustrating experience because they were so unprofessional and unresponsive. Jason kept telling us he was losing a lot of money on our job because of their mistakes so he couldn't compensate us for the inconvenience or the fact that we had to eat out for six days because of their TWO mistakes. Thankfully, the installers were honest, hard workers and did a great job on the installation and seams. Save yourself the stress and go with someone else for your granite. AGS was a nightmare to work with.
